Abstract
本发明涉及纺织机械技术领域,且公开了一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,包括外壳,所述外壳的底部转动连接有滚筒;利用布料的移动和切割磁感线原理,启动后续的涂覆操作,增大结构之间的联动性,操作便捷,具有较高的自动化程度,通过滚筒、气缸、卡框和涂覆辊的共同作用,自动调节涂覆辊的位置,方便布料的安装,并且在进行涂覆时,控制涂覆辊下移靠近滚筒,与其表面的布料相贴,方便胶液转移操作的进行,在调节涂覆辊位置的同时,自动启动胶液补充操作,使胶液转移至涂覆辊的上方,涂覆辊随滚筒转动的同时不断蘸取胶液,将胶液转移至布料上,并且挤压布料,使胶液渗透进入布料内,涂覆效果更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织机械技术领域,具体为一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置。
背景技术
涂覆机是常见的纺织机械之一,是将液态胶水涂在纺织品表面上的一种机械设备。随着纺织业的发展,涂覆机的出现代替了传统的人工涂胶。现有的涂覆机,是利用气压将胶液喷涂于布料的方式进行涂胶,胶液仅仅堆积在布料的表面,无法填充布料的间隙,涂覆效果比较差。而具有刮胶机构的涂覆机,可将布料表面的胶液涂抹均匀并且刮去多余的胶液,但是刮具与布料摩擦时存在刮花布料的情况,并且也无法使胶液渗透进入布料内部,布料的加工质量比较差。
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,具备涂覆效果更佳和操作便捷的优点。
发明内容
(一)技术方案
为实现上述涂覆效果更佳和操作便捷的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置包括外壳、滚筒、铜棒、磁极组、入料辊、收料辊、固定框、气缸、卡框、涂覆辊、侧杆、转杆组、制流杆、料管。

一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,包括外壳,外壳的底部转动连接有滚筒,滚筒的表面设有转轴,转轴的表面固定连接有凸柱,滚筒的表面滑动连接有铜棒,铜棒的外侧固定连接有卡板,卡板的表面开设有通槽,铜棒的外侧设有磁极组,磁极组由N极块和S极块构成,滚筒的左侧设有入料辊,入料辊靠近滚筒的一侧设有第一传送辊,滚筒远离入料辊的一侧转动连接有收料辊,收料辊靠近滚筒的一侧设有第二传送辊,外壳的内部设有固定框,固定框的内部设有气缸,气缸的驱动与铜棒电连接,气缸的底部固定连接有卡框,卡框的顶部活动连接有两个规格相同的弹簧,卡框的两侧均设有卡杆,卡框的内部转动连接有涂覆辊,固定框的两侧均活动连接有侧杆,侧杆有两个并且规格相同,侧杆呈现倒置L状,其横杆的表面开设有通槽,侧杆的上方转动连接有转杆组,转杆组有两个并且规格相同,转杆组由横杆和斜杆构成,横杆和斜杆的外侧均设有卡块,转杆组的右侧滑动连接有制流杆,制流杆有两个并且规格相同,制流杆呈现倒置工字状,两个制流杆相互远离一侧竖杆的表面开设有通槽,制流杆的外侧设有料管,料管由主管和两个侧管构成,主管位于两个制流杆之间,主管正对制流杆的管体为软质材料。
(二)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、该纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,通过滚筒、铜棒、磁极组、入料辊和收料辊的共同作用,利用布料的移动和切割磁感线原理,启动后续的涂覆操作,增大结构之间的联动性,操作便捷,具有较高的自动化程度。
2、该纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,通过滚筒、气缸、卡框和涂覆辊的共同作用,自动调节涂覆辊的位置,方便布料的安装,并且在进行涂覆时,控制涂覆辊下移靠近滚筒,与其表面的布料相贴,方便胶液转移操作的进行。
3、该纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,通过滚筒、卡框、涂覆辊、侧杆、转杆组、制流杆和料管的共同作用,在调节涂覆辊位置的同时,自动启动胶液补充操作,使胶液转移至涂覆辊的上方,涂覆辊随滚筒转动的同时不断蘸取胶液,将胶液转移至布料上,并且挤压布料,使胶液渗透进入布料内,涂覆效果更佳。

请参阅图1-3,一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,包括外壳1,外壳1的底部转动连接有滚筒2,滚筒2的表面设有转轴,转轴的表面固定连接有凸柱,凸柱卡在铜棒3外侧卡板的通槽内,滚筒2的表面滑动连接有铜棒3,铜棒3的外侧固定连接有卡板,卡板的表面开设有通槽,卡板卡在磁极组4的N极块和S极块之间,使铜棒3在N极块和S极块之间移动时,切割N极块和S极块之间的磁场并且产生电流,与之电连接气缸8的驱动开始运行,铜棒3的外侧设有磁极组4,磁极组4由N极块和S极块构成,滚筒2的左侧设有入料辊5,入料辊5靠近滚筒2的一侧设有第一传送辊,滚筒2远离入料辊5的一侧转动连接有收料辊6,收料辊6靠近滚筒2的一侧设有第二传送辊,外壳1的内部设有固定框7,固定框7的内部设有气缸8,气缸8的驱动与铜棒3电连接,气缸8的底部固定连接有卡框9,卡框9的顶部活动连接有两个规格相同的弹簧,弹簧远离卡框9的一侧与固定框7的内壁活动连接,卡框9的两侧均设有卡杆,卡卡杆的外侧且位于固定框7内壁的表面开设有卡槽,卡杆卡在其卡槽内,可增加卡框9移动的稳定性。
卡框9的内部转动连接有涂覆辊10,涂覆辊10位于滚筒2的正上方,固定框7的两侧均活动连接有侧杆11,侧杆11有两个并且规格相同,侧杆11呈现倒置L状,其横杆的表面开设有通槽,侧杆11竖杆的外侧设有限位管,限位管与固定框7固定连接,侧杆11竖杆的外侧设有支杆,支杆与卡框9固定连接,侧杆11的上方转动连接有转杆组12,转杆组12有两个并且规格相同,转杆组12由横杆和斜杆构成,横杆和斜杆的外侧均设有卡块,转杆组12斜杆的卡块卡在侧杆11横杆的通槽内,其横杆的卡块卡在制流杆13竖杆的通槽内,转杆组12的右侧滑动连接有制流杆13,制流杆13有两个并且规格相同,制流杆13呈现倒置工字状,两个制流杆13相互远离一侧竖杆的表面开设有通槽,制流杆13横杆的外侧设有限位管,制流杆13的外侧设有料管14,料管14由主管和两个侧管构成,主管位于两个制流杆13之间,主管正对制流杆13的管体为软质材料,料管14侧管与卡框9相接通。
该装置的工作过程及原理如下:
使用时,输出轴带动收料辊6进行顺时针转动,收料辊6带动其表面的布料转动收卷,布料转动的同时带动滚筒2同步转动,并且带动入料辊5释放布料,由于滚筒2转轴表面的卡柱卡在铜棒3外侧卡板的卡槽内,卡板卡在磁极组4的N极块和S极块之间,使滚筒2在转动的同时带动铜棒3外侧的卡板在N极块和S极块之间移动,使铜棒3切割N极块和S极块之间的磁场并且产生电流,与之电连接气缸8的驱动开始运行。
气缸8带动卡框9下移,卡框9在移动的同时通过支杆带动侧杆11下移,由于转杆组12斜杆的卡块卡在侧杆11横杆的通槽内,其横杆的卡块卡在制流杆13竖杆的通槽内,制流杆13横杆的外侧设有限位管,使侧杆11下移的同时带动转杆组12发生转动,转杆组12带动制流杆13以远离料管14一侧的方向移动,使两个制流杆13相互远离,不再对料管14的主管进行挤压,此时料管14内胶液顺畅流通,胶液流至卡框9内,有利于涂覆操作的进行。
卡框9下移的同时带动其内部的涂覆辊10靠近滚筒2并且与其相贴,涂覆辊10在滚筒2的作用下发生转动,使涂覆辊10表面附有胶液,胶液随着转动的涂覆辊10转移至滚筒2表面的布料上,并且涂覆辊10挤压布料,使胶液渗透进入布料内,不断进行涂覆操作。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,包括外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的底部转动连接有滚筒(2),滚筒(2)的表面滑动连接有铜棒(3),铜棒(3)的外侧设有磁极组(4),滚筒(2)的左侧设有入料辊(5),滚筒(2)远离入料辊(5)的一侧转动连接有收料辊(6),外壳(1)的内部设有固定框(7),固定框(7)的内部设有气缸(8),气缸(8)的底部固定连接有卡框(9),卡框(9)的内部转动连接有涂覆辊(10),固定框(7)的两侧均活动连接有侧杆(11),侧杆(11)的上方转动连接有转杆组(12),转杆组(12)的右侧滑动连接有制流杆(13),制流杆(13)的外侧设有料管(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述滚筒(2)的表面设有转轴,转轴的表面固定连接有凸柱,铜棒(3)的外侧固定连接有卡板,卡板的表面开设有通槽,磁极组(4)由N极块和S极块构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述入料辊(5)靠近滚筒(2)的一侧设有第一传送辊,收料辊(6)靠近滚筒(2)的一侧设有第二传送辊。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述气缸(8)的驱动与铜棒(3)电连接,卡框(9)的顶部活动连接有两个规格相同的弹簧,卡框(9)的两侧均设有卡杆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述侧杆(11)有两个并且规格相同,侧杆(11)呈现倒置L状,其横杆的表面开设有通槽,转杆组(12)有两个并且规格相同,转杆组(12)由横杆和斜杆构成,横杆和斜杆的外侧均设有卡块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述制流杆(13)有两个并且规格相同,制流杆(13)呈现倒置工字状,两个制流杆(13)相互远离一侧竖杆的表面开设有通槽。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织布料加工用的转动挤压式涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述料管(14)由主管和两个侧管构成,主管位于两个制流杆(13)之间,主管正对制流杆(13)的管体为软质材料。
