Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,以及网络平台的快速发展,目前有大量的儿童节目、儿童模特等活动需要对儿童进行化妆,越来越多的儿童开始使用腮红、口红、眼影以及粉底液等彩妆品,但是儿童皮肤薄,皮脂分泌少,屏障功能弱,其皮肤结构及生理特征均不同于成人,化妆品对儿童皮肤的影响日益加重。
打底霜的主要功能是阻隔空气中的污染物,让外界环境污染对肌肤的伤害减到最低,并且打底霜是基础护理,保护皮肤,上妆效果好。防晒霜或彩妆品里含有高含量的色粉、颜料、硅油、化学合成油脂、钛白粉、硅粉以及化学合成的成膜剂,儿童使用后容易出现毛孔堵塞、皮肤紧绷、僵硬、干燥、干痒脱皮和红肿等。市面上成年人可用的妆前打底乳,不是专门针对儿童肌肤设计的,含有很多的硅石和硅粉等,不容易透气,容易堵塞毛孔,不适合儿童使用。另外,普通的儿童类保湿乳液只能保湿,没有很好的成膜防护及修饰肤色作用,不能用于打底。因此,目前亟需开发一款安全性高、打底及保湿作用好的儿童适用的化妆前打底保湿乳液来保护儿童肌肤。
专利公开号为CN102670444A,公开了一种肌底液及其制备方法,其由苹果干细胞精华,阿尔卑斯山玫瑰干细胞,纳米铂金多肽,聚季铵盐调理剂LIPIDUREPMB,仙人掌原液和大马士革玫瑰精油,其活性物质精华能够重新激发特定基因的活性,从而促进”修护”蛋白质的合成。但是该发明没有隔离外界污染、易于上妆、没有很好的成膜防护及修饰肤色作用的,最重要的是该产品中含有对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,其对皮肤或粘膜也有一定的刺激作用,可能引起接触性皮炎和荨麻疹血管性水肿等症状,如果直接接触眼睛更是可能引起疼痛和刺激,儿童使用具有不安全性。
专利公开号为CN108498393B,其公开了一种抗污染组合物及含有该抗污染组合物的洗发产品及其制备方法,油菜/油桐共聚物、猴面包树籽提取物和水解角蛋白三种物质具有抗污作用,减少头皮的紫外线和热损伤。但是该发明不具有易上妆、修饰肤色的作用。
专利公开号为CN111712251A的中国专利,公开了用于治疗和预防污染相关损伤的土木香提取物,该发明包含源自于旋覆花属(Inula)植物(例如土木香(Inula helenium))的极性溶剂提取物和/或其级分的组合物,及其保护包含上皮细胞的组织免受毒素、特别是起源于环境污染的毒素的不良效应的方法和用途。但是其应用对象主要是暴露于烟雾、污染气体之下。
目前,市场上缺少一种安全性高的、具有保湿、促进肌肤屏障修复、抗污染、减少有害物质渗透等护肤效果,修饰肌肤瑕疵和瞬间提亮肤色的修颜作用具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本发明的提供了一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:
一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳主要包含以下按质量分数计的组分:
聚季铵盐调理剂1.00-5.00%、护舒桐0.20-2.00%、植物舒肤剂0.50-2.50%、土木香提取物0.40-2.00%、多元醇3.00-10.00%、增稠剂0.20-1.50%、植物油脂5.00-20.00%、乳化剂1.00-3.00%、抗氧化剂0.10-1.00%、防腐剂0.40-2.00%、芳香剂0.05-3.00%和水48.00-88.15%。
优选地,所述具有妆前打底功能的儿童保湿乳包含以下按质量分数计的组分:
聚季铵盐调理剂1.20%、护舒桐1.50%、植物舒肤剂1.50%、土木香提取物0.80%、多元醇5.50%、增稠剂10.00%、植物油脂0.60%、乳化剂1.80%、防腐剂0.55%、抗氧化剂0.30%、芳香剂0.15%和水76.10%。
所述的聚季铵盐调理剂含有2.50-6.00%的聚季铵盐-51、90.00-97.00%水和0.50-4.00%苯氧乙醇。该组分跟皮肤的亲和力好、防水、滋润保湿锁水,还可以减少细菌吸附。
优选的,聚季铵盐调理剂成分含量为5.00%的聚季铵盐-51、94.00%水和1.00%苯氧乙醇。
所述的护舒桐是油菜和油桐油交联制得的一种天然共聚物,天然来源,质地稠厚滋润,可以提升肌肤的保湿力和滋润度,耐摩擦,增强肌肤的抗刺激能力。
所述植物舒肤剂是一种龙舌兰叶提取物和麦芽糖复配的原料,具有提升肌肤滑感,改善产品的铺展性,改善皮肤的外观和遮瑕等作用,而且有抗衰等作用。
所述土木香提取物含有0.50-5.00%%甘油、90.00-97.50%水和2.00-5.00%土木香提取物。土木香提取物能够促进角质屏障功能增强,保护肌肤免受城市污染和蓝光损害,使皮肤健康,容光焕发,减少炎症的发生。各个成分之间相互协调,可以增强彼此的功能。
优选的,所述的土木香提取物成分含量为1.50%的甘油、96.00%的水和3.50%土木香提取物。
进一步地,所述多元醇为甘油、1,2-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、2,3-丙二醇或1,3-丙二醇中的一种或多种。

(3)将乳化剂、抗氧化剂投入油相锅,开启加热,加热到70-85℃,搅拌至所有组分变成均一液体;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的料液投入步骤(1)中,搅拌使混合均匀然后高压均质1-10次、每次1-120秒;
(5)边搅拌边降温到40-55℃,向主反应锅中投入植物舒肤剂,搅拌均匀;
(6)降温到20-45℃,投入聚季铵盐调理剂、土木香提取物、防腐剂和芳香剂,搅拌均匀;
(7)静置20-48小时,灌装、包装,得到具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳。本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明提供的具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳通过配方优化,各成分协同增效,具有保湿、促进肌肤屏障修复、抗污染以及减少有害物质渗透等护肤作用,还具有修饰肌肤瑕疵和瞬间提亮肤色等修颜作用。
2.本发明提供的具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳不添加二氧化钛等矿物粉体、化学合成色素、香精、化学防腐剂、硅油和硅粉等对儿童肌肤不安全的成分,不会堵塞毛孔和损伤皮肤。本发明安全性高、质地温和、性质稳定、肤感好。
3.本发明提供的具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳的制备方法简单、操作方便,活性成分充分释放,最终获得均一稳定的打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳适于标准化生产和推广应用。

(1)将配方量多元醇及增稠剂、水加入到反应器中,加热到80℃,静置保温10分钟,使其完全溶解,备用;
(2)将植物油脂和护舒桐一起投入油相锅,搅拌10分钟,然后高压均质3次,每次时间30秒至护舒桐分散均匀;
(3)将乳化剂、抗氧化剂投入油相锅,开启加热,加热到80℃,搅拌至所有组分变成均一液体;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的料液投入步骤(1)中,搅拌使混合均匀然后高压均质3次,每次时间60秒;
(5)边搅拌边降温到50℃,向主反应锅中投入植物舒肤剂,搅拌均匀;
(6)降温到45℃,投入聚季铵盐调理剂、土木香提取物、防腐剂和芳香剂,搅拌均匀;
(7)静置24小时,灌装,包装,得到具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳。

1%HA 5.45%、护舒桐1.00%、植物舒肤剂2.50%、土木香提取物2.00%、植物油脂20.00%、多元醇3.00%、乳化剂3.00%、增稠剂0.40%、抗氧化剂1.00%、防腐剂0.40%、芳香剂0.30%和水61.10%。
制备方法:
(1)将配方量多元醇及增稠剂、水加入到反应器中,加热到80℃,静置保温10分钟,使其完全溶解,备用;
(2)将植物油脂和护舒桐一起投入油相锅,搅拌10分钟,然后高压均质3次,每次时间30秒至护舒桐分散均匀;
(3)将乳化剂、抗氧化剂也投入油相锅,开启加热,加热到80℃,搅拌至所有组分变成均一液体;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的料液投入步骤(1)中,搅拌使混合均匀然后高压均质3次,每次时间60秒;
(5)边搅拌边降温到50℃,向主反应锅中投入植物舒肤剂,搅拌使分布均匀;
(6)降温到45℃,投入土木香提取物、1%HA、防腐剂和芳香剂,搅拌均匀;

制备方法:
(1)将配方量多元醇及增稠剂、水加入到反应器中,加热到80℃,静置保温10分钟,使其完全溶解,备用;
(2)将植物油脂、乳化剂和抗氧化剂,一起投入油相锅,开启加热,加热到80℃,搅拌,高压均质3次,每次时间30秒至所有组分变成均一液体;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的料液投入步骤(1)中,搅拌使混合均匀然后高压均质3次,每次时间60秒;
(4)边搅拌边降温到50℃,向主反应锅中投入植物舒肤剂,搅拌使分布均匀;

聚季铵盐调理剂1.20%、护舒桐1.50%、稻米淀粉1.50%、土木香提取物0.80%、植物油脂10.00%、多元醇5.50%、乳化剂1.80%、增稠剂0.60%、抗氧化剂0.30%、防腐剂0.55%、芳香剂0.15%和水76.10%。
制备方法:
(1)将配方量多元醇及增稠剂、水加入到反应器中,加热到75-80℃,静置保温10分钟,使其完全溶解,备用;
(2)将植物油脂和护舒桐一起投入油相锅,搅拌10分钟,然后高压均质3次,每次时间30秒至护舒桐分散均匀;
(3)将乳化剂、抗氧化剂也投入油相锅,开启加热,加热到80℃,搅拌至所有组分变成均一液体;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的料液投入步骤(1)中,搅拌使混合均匀然后高压均质3次,每次时间60秒;
(5)降温到45℃,投入聚季铵盐调理剂、土木香提取物、稻米淀粉、防腐剂和芳香剂,并搅拌均匀;

水71.30%、甘油15.00%、聚二甲基硅氧烷4.00%、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷3.00%、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物2.00%、鲸蜡基peg/ppg-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷2.55%、氯化钠1.00%、烟酰胺0.50%、积雪草提取物0.05%、苯氧乙醇0.50%、DMDM乙内酰脲0.10%和CI75470 0.001%。
将上述制备的实施例1-4和对比例1-4的儿童妆前保湿乳进行效果评价。
1.斑贴测试
测试方法:选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴试验的方法进行测试。将实施例1-4和对比例1-4所制备得到的产品分别取约0.020g-0.025g涂于斑试器内,贴敷于33位受试者前臂曲侧处,设置2个空白对照组。24h后去除受试物,分别于去除0.5h、24h、48h观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中皮肤反应分级记录其结果。受试者为18-60岁,健康,无化妆品过敏史的志愿者。
表1斑贴测试结果
本次测试有效数据是33人,实验结果如表1所示。去除受试物后0.5h的观察结果为:实施例4测试出现1例1级皮肤不良反应,实施例1-3没有出现任何不良反应;对比例4出现了5个1级反应,2个2级反应,对比例2出现了1个1级反应,其他对比例无皮肤不良反应。
2.肤感测试
实验方法:将实施例1-4制备得到的样品,涂抹在志愿者手臂内侧,每个部位2*2cm,在22-25℃,湿度40-60%的环境下,志愿者静坐20分钟,将每个样品涂抹20圈,记录皮肤感受。
由图1可知,实施例3的肤感最好,考虑到肤感是化妆品非常重要的指标,并且实施例3的安全性也较高,所以以实施例3为基准,继而与对比例的其他功效测评。
3.保湿度测试
测试方法:取0.050-0.055g样品涂于测试者前臂内侧,分别涂抹20圈。测试前先测试该区域保湿值(保湿度=涂抹后的保湿值-涂抹前的保湿值),同时均匀涂抹在测试区域内,然后测试涂抹测试样品后5min、10min、15min、30min、45min和60min的保湿值,每个保湿值测3次,取其平均值。

从上述表格可以看出,只涂抹粉底液时,10分钟后保湿力快速下降,而且后续皮肤保湿度小于空白实验;涂抹实施例和对比例产品的皮肤保湿度有不同程度改善,其中实施例3效果最好。
4.经表皮失水测试
测试方法:选取干性皮肤的志愿者10位,分别用实施例3和对比例1-4制备得到的产品涂抹手臂前臂内侧,每天2次。分别在涂抹前、10分钟、30分钟、60分钟、120分钟和180分钟后在20℃和(40-60)%相对湿度条件下测试皮肤经表皮失水值(TEWL值,g/hm2)。测试仪器为VapoMeter测试仪。将10个人的数据取平均值,得出实施例3和对比例1-4的产品使用不同时长后的TEWL值。
结果如图2所示,涂抹后皮肤经皮失水值都有下降,但实施例3的减少值最大。实施例和对比例对皮肤屏障功能有改善,但实施例3改善效果最好。
5.对UV吸收剂的抑制效果测试
试验方法:先将实施例3、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4的样品涂在皮肤上,涂抹量为2mg/cm2,等待10分钟,将甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯以2μL/cm2的浓度滴在刚才涂过样品的皮肤处。在开放状态下,静置4小时后,用胶带剥离法,回收皮肤表面和角质层,从回收的各层中抽出甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯,用HPLC定量。

6.抗污染效果实验
试验方法:在1.5*1.5cm的聚氨酯制的树脂上涂抹实施例3和对比例1-4的样品25mg并干燥,将平均粒径2.5μm的竹炭粉末(模拟大气中PM2.5颗粒)20mg均匀涂抹上上述树脂上,然后放入装水的容器中,浸泡30秒,取出树脂并干燥,用光学显微镜算出附着于树脂表面的竹炭粉的量(每1mm2面积的比例)。
由图3可看出,实施例3对竹炭粉的吸附量远远少于对比例,因此,本发明提供的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳具有很好的防护作用,可以减少有害组分如化学防晒剂、香精和色素等对皮肤的渗透。
最后,通过对比例1-4和实施例3的对比可看出,实施例3中的聚季铵盐调理剂、护舒桐和植物舒肤剂复配使用,可以达到最好的综合效果,当把这三个搭配中的任一组分更换后均达不到原来实施例3的清爽、保湿、成膜、防有害物质渗透、修复肌肤屏障、抗污染以及遮瑕的效果。因此,本发明提供的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳配方中各功效成分具有协同作用。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳,其特征在于,主要包含以下按质量分数计的组分:聚季铵盐调理剂1.00-5.00%、护舒桐0.20-2.00%、植物舒肤剂0.50-2.50%、土木香提取物0.40-2.00%、多元醇3.00-10.00%、增稠剂0.20-1.50%、植物油脂5.00-20.00%、乳化剂1.00-3.00%、抗氧化剂0.10-1.00%、防腐剂0.40-2.00%、芳香剂0.05-3.00%和水48.00-88.15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳,其特征在于,所述聚季铵盐调理剂主要包括以下按质量分数计的组分:2.50-6.00%聚季铵盐-51、90.00-97.00%水和0.50-4.00%苯氧乙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳,其特征在于,所述土木香提取物主要包括以下按质量分数计的组分:0.50-5.00%%甘油、80.00-97.50%水和2.00-15.00%土木香提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳,其特征在于,所述多元醇为甘油、1,2-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、2,3-丙二醇或1,3-丙二醇中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为黄原胶、卡波姆、丙烯酰胺二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物或鲸蜡硬脂醇中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳,其特征在于,所述植物油脂为橄榄油、霍霍巴油、白池花籽油、稻糠油或澳洲坚果油中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯、蔗糖硬脂酸酯或鲸蜡硬脂基葡萄糖苷中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为辛酰羟肟酸、戊二醇、己二醇、辛甘醇或乙基己基甘油中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳,其特征在于,所述芳香剂为茉莉精油、甜橙精油、青柠精油、橙花精油或依兰精油中的一种或多种。
10.一种具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:(1)将配方量多元醇及增稠剂、水加入到反应器中,加热到70-85℃,静置保温5-20分钟,使其完全溶解,备用;
(2)将植物油脂和护舒桐一起投入油相锅,搅拌5-20分钟,高压均质1-10次、每次1-120秒至护舒桐分散均匀;
(3)将乳化剂、抗氧化剂投入油相锅,开启加热,加热到70-85℃,搅拌至所有组分变成均一液体;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的料液投入步骤(1)中,搅拌使混合均匀,高压均质1-10次、每次1-120秒;
(5)边搅拌边降温到40-55℃,向主反应锅中投入植物舒肤剂,搅拌均匀;
(6)降温到20-50℃,投入聚季铵盐调理剂、土木香提取物、防腐剂和芳香剂,搅拌均匀;
(7)静置20-48小时,灌装、包装,得到具有打底功能的儿童妆前保湿乳。
