本发明提供了一种显示面板(10)及显示装置(20),其中显示面板(10)包括有机电致发光显示层(100),且包括显示区(11)和非显示区(12),有机电致发光显示层(100)包括第一电极(130)、发光层(120)及第二电极(110),发光层(120)设置在第一电极(130)的表面上;第二电极(110)设置在发光层(120)远离第一电极(130)的表面上且位于显示区(11)内;第二电极(110)的面积小于与第二电极(110)邻接的层的面积而使外界光线至少有部分不经第二电极(110)的反射而到达与第二电极(110)邻接的层。显示面板(10)通过设置第二电极(110)的面积小于与其邻接的层的面积来降低外界光线在第二电极(110)上的反射率,进而提高显示面板(10)的显示对比度。
