EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment also provides a control method for executing the coin processing apparatus according to any one of the above-described embodiments.
Specifically, referring to the flowchart 7 of the above embodiment, the control method specifically includes the following steps:
step S1, after the Mth coin falls into the Mth slot body 22, the turntable 2 rotates forwards for K preset angles, and the Mth and Kth empty slot bodies 22 rotate to the lower part of the first coin inlet 11 to receive the Mth and Kth coins, wherein M and K are positive integers;
and step S2, rotating the turntable 2 according to the current position of the Mth chute body 22, and rotating the chute body 22 storing the Mth coin to the position above the first coin outlet 15 to release the Mth coin.
The above results show that: by controlling the number of times of rotation of the rotary disk 2, that is, the number of times of rotation by a preset angle, each slot body 22 can be sequentially rotated to the lower side of the first coin inlet 11 to receive coins in order. When the coin needs to be released, the coin is sequentially rotated to the lower part of the first coin outlet 15 through the control turntable 2, and the ordered coin release can be realized.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the following sub-steps are further included in step S1:
step S11, when the coin needs to be received, the first coin outlet 15 is closed;
step S12, after the Mth coin falls into the Mth slot body 22, the control device obtains the coin information corresponding to the Mth slot body, wherein the coin information comprises the coin type information and the serial number information;
step S13, controlling the turntable 2 to rotate by K preset angles along the positive direction, and enabling the M + K vacant groove bodies 22 to rotate to the lower side of the first coin inlet 11 so as to receive the M +1 coin;
and step S14, the control device matches and binds the number information and the corresponding type information with the number of the preset angles corresponding to the current position of the Mth slot body 22.
For example, when coins need to be received, the control device controls the closing door 4 to close the first coin outlet 15 according to a coin receiving signal received from the outside, and rotates the rotary disc according to a rotation sequence matched with the coin receiving signal so that the mth coin falls into the mth slot body 22, and then determines the coin information corresponding to the mth slot body 22, for example: before the coin falls into the trough body of the coin processing device, the coin detection module 9 arranged outside or inside the shell body 1 generates the coin type information when sensing the coin, and sends the coin type information to the control device 3, and the control device 3 generates the coin information according to the sequence of the received coin type information. When the coin-in sensor 8 senses the coin falling into the Mth slot body 22, a coin-in signal is sent to the control device 3, and the driving assembly is controlled to drive the turntable to rotate once.
After the control device 3 receives the coin-in signal, the control driving component 7 pushes the rotary disc 2 to rotate by a preset angle, such as a preset angle, in a forward direction, such as clockwise or counterclockwise direction, so that the M +1 th empty slot body 22 rotates to the position below the first coin inlet 11 to receive the M +1 th coin.
After the turntable 2 rotates by a preset angle, the control device 3 may process the coin information through a corresponding algorithm, so that the generated serial number information and the corresponding type information are matched and bound with the number of preset angles corresponding to the current position of the mth slot body 22, for example: the respective slot bodies 22 are numbered in the order of 1, 2, and 3 … M, and when no coin is received by the respective slot bodies 22, the corresponding numbers thereof are defaulted to 0. When the mth slot body 22 receives a coin, the corresponding number information is 1, and the number information corresponding to the M +1 th slot is 0; after the carousel 2 rotates a predetermined angle, the number information that the corresponding of the M cell body 22 updates to 2, the number information that the M +1 cell body 22 corresponds is 1, after carousel 2 rotates a predetermined angle again, the number information that the corresponding of the M cell body 22 updates to 3, the number information that the corresponding of the M +1 cell body 22 updates to 2, the number information that the corresponding of the M +2 cell body 22 updates to 1, so on and so on, in order to realize matching and binding the number of the predetermined angle that the position that number information and the M cell body 22 are present at corresponds.
According to the steps, when coins are stored in the slot bodies 22, the coin information and the position information of the slot bodies 22 can be bound, so that the slot bodies 22 can be rotated according to the number information after the coins are bound, and the coins needing to be distributed can be rotated to the upper side of the first coin outlet 15 to be released.
As shown in fig. 15, the step S2 includes the following steps:
step S21, when the coin needs to be released, the first coin outlet 15 is opened;
step S22, the control device determines the number of the corresponding preset angles according to the number information corresponding to the Mth slot body and sends driving signals matched with the number of the preset angles to the driving assembly;
step S23, the driving component reversely rotates the turntable according to the driving signal and enables the groove body stored with the Mth coin to rotate to the upper part of the first coin outlet so as to release the Mth coin;
and step S24, when the Mth coin is released, the coin information corresponding to the Mth slot body 22 is cleared.
In detail, when coins need to be released for dispensing, the first coin outlet 15 can be opened through the closing door 4, then the serial number information of the coins need to be dispensed is determined according to the coin information pre-bound to each slot body 22, the number of preset angles for storing the rotation of the coins, namely the number of times of rotation, is determined according to the serial number information, how many times the rotary disc 2 needs to rotate in the reverse direction is determined, and then the slot body 22 is rotated for the corresponding number of times to rotate the slot body 22 to the position above the first coin outlet 15, so that the coins are released.
The steps are as follows: the corresponding rotation times of the groove body 22 in which the coins are stored can be determined through the bound and updated coin information, so that the rotary disc 2 is reversely rotated according to the rotation times, and accurate release and distribution of different types of coins are achieved.
Here, it is worth mentioning that, as a preferred mode, after the control device 3 receives the coin-in signal, the control driving component 7 drives the rotary disc 2 to rotate a preset angle in sequence in a forward direction, for example, clockwise or counterclockwise direction, i.e. to rotate a frame, so that each empty slot body 22 rotates to below the first coin-in opening 11 in sequence and receives the corresponding coin, i.e. to release one coin once per rotation. After controlling means 3 received out the coin signal, control drive assembly 7 promoted carousel 2 according to serial number information and in proper order a predetermined angle of counter rotation to make each cell body 22 in proper order go out the coin of correspondence from first play coin mouth 15 release, realize the accurate release and the distribution to different kind coins.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, the method further includes, after step S1, the steps of:
step S3, when all coins need to be released, the first coin outlet 15 is closed, and the second coin outlet 16 is opened;
in step S4, the turntable 2 is rotated, and the chutes 22 are sequentially rotated to the upper side of the second coin outlet 16 to release the coins.
Specifically, the steps S1 to S4 are preferably performed in the coin handling apparatus according to any one of the above embodiments, for example: when all coins need to be released and the coins are not sorted, the control device 3 controls the sealing component 5 to drive the sealing door 4 to move so as to seal the first coin outlet 15 and open the second coin outlet 16, and the rotating disc 2 is rotated reversely or positively, so that the groove bodies 22 can be sequentially rotated above the second coin outlet 16, for example, the rotating disc is sequentially rotated by a preset angle, namely, one lattice, so that the coins can be released under the condition that the distribution of different types of coins is not influenced, and the coins can be cleared.
Obviously, the second coin outlet 16 in this embodiment can be always opened without being closed by the closing door 4, so as to improve the working efficiency.
The above embodiments are merely to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, not to limit the same, and the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and equivalent arrangements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention and it is intended to cover the appended claims.
