To sum up, the terminal upgrading method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention determines a terminal to be upgraded and a terminal upgrade package required by the terminal to be upgraded by obtaining state information corresponding to each of a plurality of terminals, and then sends the terminal upgrade package to the corresponding terminal to be upgraded without using a usb disk for terminal upgrade, thereby saving labor and operation cost, avoiding a deficiency in upgrading by using a usb disk in the prior art, avoiding self-upgrade of a terminal, not occupying an excessively high bandwidth, saving traffic resources of a user, improving the stability of terminal upgrade, and avoiding a deficiency in self-upgrade of a terminal in the prior art.
[ second embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal upgrade apparatus. As shown in fig. 2, the terminal upgrade apparatus 20 includes, for example, an information acquisition module 21, a terminal determination module 22, an upgrade package determination module 23, and an upgrade package transmission module 24.
Specifically, the information obtaining module 21 is configured to obtain state information corresponding to each of the plurality of terminals to obtain a plurality of state information. The terminal determining module 22 is configured to determine whether each of the plurality of terminals needs to be upgraded according to the plurality of status information, so as to determine a terminal to be upgraded. The upgrade package determining module 23 is configured to determine, according to the state information corresponding to each terminal to be upgraded, a terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded. The upgrade package sending module 24 is configured to send the terminal upgrade package to the corresponding terminal to be upgraded, so that the terminal to be upgraded is upgraded.
Further, the aforementioned status information includes, for example: a plurality of application version numbers corresponding to the plurality of applications and a plurality of hardware drive version numbers corresponding to the plurality of hardware drives. As shown in fig. 3, the terminal determining module 22 includes, for example: a first judging unit 221, a second judging unit 222, and a third judging unit 223.
The first determining unit 221 is configured to determine whether the multiple application version numbers and the multiple hardware drive version numbers sent by each of the multiple terminals are customized version numbers, and in response to that the multiple application version numbers and the multiple hardware drive version numbers are the customized version numbers, the corresponding terminal is a customized version terminal. The second determining unit 222 is configured to determine whether the multiple application version numbers sent by each of the terminals except the customized version terminal are the same as the corresponding multiple application target version numbers, and in response to that any one of the application version numbers is different from the corresponding application target version number, the corresponding terminal is the terminal to be upgraded. The third determining unit 223 is configured to determine whether the multiple hardware drive version numbers sent by each of the terminals except the customized version terminal are the same as the corresponding multiple hardware drive target version numbers, and in response to that any one of the hardware drive version numbers is different from the corresponding hardware drive target version number, the corresponding terminal is the terminal to be upgraded.
Further, the mentioned status information also includes a product model. As shown in fig. 4, the upgrade package determination module 23 includes, for example: a category determination unit 231, a first determination unit 232, a second determination unit 233, a third determination unit 234, and a fourth determination unit 235.
The category determining unit 231 is configured to determine a category of the upgrade package according to the product model sent by each terminal to be upgraded. The first determining unit 232 is configured to determine, in response to that the plurality of application version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded are different from the corresponding plurality of application target version numbers, that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded includes a full software package based on the upgrade package category, where the full software package includes software upgrade data corresponding to the plurality of application programs. The second determining unit 233 is configured to determine, in response to that a part of the application version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded is different from a corresponding part of the target version numbers of the application, that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded includes a software differential package based on the upgrade package category, where the software differential package includes software upgrade data corresponding to the part of the application. The third determining unit 234 is configured to determine, in response to that the plurality of hardware drive version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded are different from the corresponding plurality of hardware drive target version numbers, that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded includes a system full package based on the upgrade package category, where the system full package includes system upgrade data corresponding to the plurality of hardware drives. The fourth determining unit 235 is configured to determine, in response to that a part of the hardware drive version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded is different from a corresponding part of the hardware drive target version numbers, that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded includes a system differential package based on the class of the upgrade package, where the system differential package includes system upgrade data corresponding to the part of the system hardware.
Further, the upgrade package sending module 24 is specifically configured to send the terminal upgrade package to the corresponding terminal to be upgraded through the local area network, so that the terminal to be upgraded starts upgrading after the terminal to be upgraded checks that the terminal upgrade package is qualified.
Further, the terminal upgrading apparatus 20 disclosed in this embodiment further includes: the terminal monitoring module is used for receiving feedback information sent by each terminal to be upgraded; and monitoring the terminal to be upgraded in real time according to the feedback information.
It should be noted that the terminal upgrading method implemented by the terminal upgrading device 20 of the present embodiment is as described in the first embodiment, and therefore, a detailed description thereof is omitted. Optionally, each module and the other operations or functions in the second embodiment are respectively for implementing the method in the first embodiment of the present invention, and the technical effect of the terminal upgrading device 20 provided in this embodiment is the same as that of the terminal upgrading method in the first embodiment, and for brevity, no further description is given here.
[ third embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 5, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal upgrade system. As shown in fig. 5, the terminal upgrade system 30 includes, for example: a processor 31 and a memory 32 connected to the processor 31. Wherein the memory 32 stores instructions to be executed by the processor 31 and the instructions cause the processor 31 to perform operations to perform the terminal upgrade method as described in the first embodiment.
It should be noted that the terminal upgrade system 30 provided in this embodiment has instructions for causing the processor 31 to execute the operation to perform the terminal upgrade method as described in the foregoing first embodiment, so that detailed description is omitted here. Optionally, each processor and each memory in this embodiment are respectively for implementing the method in the first embodiment of the present invention, and the technical effect of the terminal upgrade system 30 provided in this embodiment is the same as that of the terminal upgrade method in the first embodiment, and details are not described here again.

Referring to fig. 6, a fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium. As shown in fig. 6, computer-readable storage medium 40 stores computer-readable instructions. The computer-readable instructions include instructions for performing the terminal upgrade method according to the foregoing first embodiment, and therefore, will not be repeated here. The computer-readable storage medium 40 is, for example, a non-volatile memory, and includes: magnetic media (e.g., hard disks, floppy disks, and magnetic tape), optical media (e.g., CDROM disks and DVDs), magneto-optical media (e.g., optical disks), and hardware devices specially constructed for storing and executing computer-executable instructions (e.g., Read Only Memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), flash memories, etc.). The computer-readable storage medium 40 may be executable by one or more processors or processing devices to execute computer-readable instructions.
In addition, the technical effect of the computer-readable storage medium 40 provided in this embodiment is the same as that of the terminal upgrading method in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and/or method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and the actual implementation may have another division, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. Claims (10)

1. A terminal upgrading method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring state information corresponding to a plurality of terminals respectively to obtain a plurality of state information;
judging whether each of the plurality of terminals needs to be upgraded according to the plurality of state information so as to determine the terminal to be upgraded;
determining a terminal upgrading package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded according to the state information corresponding to each terminal to be upgraded; and
and sending the terminal upgrading packet to the corresponding terminal to be upgraded so as to upgrade by the terminal to be upgraded.
2. The terminal upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein the status information comprises: a plurality of application version numbers corresponding to the plurality of applications and a plurality of hardware drive version numbers corresponding to the plurality of hardware drives.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether each of the plurality of terminals needs to be upgraded according to the plurality of status information to determine the terminal to be upgraded comprises:
judging whether the plurality of application program version numbers and the plurality of hardware drive version numbers sent by each of the plurality of terminals are customized version numbers, and responding to the plurality of application program version numbers and the plurality of hardware drive version numbers as the customized version numbers, wherein the corresponding terminals are customized terminal;
judging whether the version numbers of the application programs sent by each of the other terminals except the customized version terminal in the plurality of terminals are the same as the target version numbers of the corresponding application programs, and responding to the fact that any application program version number is different from the target version number of the corresponding application program, wherein the corresponding terminal is the terminal to be upgraded;
and judging whether the plurality of hardware drive version numbers sent by each of the other terminals except the customized version terminal in the plurality of terminals are the same as the corresponding plurality of hardware drive target version numbers, and responding to the fact that any one hardware drive version number is different from the corresponding hardware drive target version number, wherein the corresponding terminal is the terminal to be upgraded.
4. The terminal upgrading method according to claim 2, wherein the status information further comprises: the product model;
the determining, according to the state information corresponding to each terminal to be upgraded, a terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded includes:
determining the corresponding upgrading packet type according to the product model sent by each terminal to be upgraded;
in response to that the plurality of application program version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded are different from the corresponding plurality of application program target version numbers, determining that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded comprises a full software package based on the upgrade package category, wherein the full software package comprises software upgrade data corresponding to the plurality of application programs;
in response to that part of the application program version numbers in the plurality of application program version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded are different from the corresponding part of the application program target version numbers, determining that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded comprises a software differential package based on the upgrade package category, wherein the software differential package comprises software upgrade data corresponding to the part of the application programs;
in response to that the plurality of hardware drive version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded are different from the corresponding plurality of hardware drive target version numbers, determining that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded comprises a system full package based on the upgrade package category, wherein the system full package comprises system upgrade data corresponding to the plurality of hardware drives;
and in response to that part of the hardware drive version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded are different from the corresponding part of the hardware drive target version numbers, determining that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded comprises a system differential package based on the upgrade package type, wherein the system differential package comprises system upgrade data corresponding to part of the system hardware.
5. The terminal upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the terminal upgrading packet to the corresponding terminal to be upgraded for upgrading by the terminal to be upgraded comprises:
and sending the terminal upgrading packet to the corresponding terminal to be upgraded through a local area network so that the terminal to be upgraded starts upgrading after the terminal upgrading packet to be upgraded is checked to be qualified.
6. The terminal upgrading method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the sending the terminal upgrade package to the corresponding terminal to be upgraded for upgrading by the terminal to be upgraded:
receiving feedback information sent by each terminal to be upgraded; and
and monitoring the terminal to be upgraded in real time according to the feedback information.
7. A terminal upgrade apparatus, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the state information corresponding to each of the plurality of terminals to obtain a plurality of state information;
the terminal determining module is used for judging whether each of the plurality of terminals needs to be upgraded according to the plurality of state information so as to determine the terminal to be upgraded;
the upgrading packet determining module is used for determining a terminal upgrading packet required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded according to the state information corresponding to each terminal to be upgraded; and
and the upgrade package sending module is used for sending the terminal upgrade package to the corresponding terminal to be upgraded so as to upgrade the terminal to be upgraded.
8. The terminal upgrading apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the status information includes: a plurality of application program version numbers corresponding to the plurality of application programs and a plurality of hardware drive version numbers corresponding to the plurality of hardware drives; the terminal determination module includes:
a first determining unit, configured to determine whether the multiple application version numbers and the multiple hardware driver version numbers sent by each of the multiple terminals are customized version numbers, and in response to that the multiple application version numbers and the multiple hardware driver version numbers are the customized version numbers, a corresponding terminal is a customized version terminal;
a second determining unit, configured to determine whether the multiple application version numbers sent by each of the terminals except the customized version terminal are the same as corresponding multiple application target version numbers, and in response to that any one of the application version numbers is different from the corresponding application target version number, determine that the corresponding terminal is the terminal to be upgraded;
a third determining unit, configured to determine whether the multiple hardware drive version numbers sent by each of the terminals except the customized version terminal are the same as the corresponding multiple hardware drive target version numbers, and in response to that any one of the hardware drive version numbers is different from the corresponding hardware drive target version number, the corresponding terminal is the terminal to be upgraded.
9. The terminal upgrading apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the status information further includes: the product model;
the upgrade package determination module includes:
the category determining unit is used for determining the category of the corresponding upgrade package according to the product model sent by each terminal to be upgraded;
a first determining unit, configured to determine, in response to that the multiple application version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded are different from the corresponding multiple application target version numbers, that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded includes a full software package based on the upgrade package category, where the full software package includes software upgrade data corresponding to the multiple application programs;
a second determining unit, configured to determine, in response to that a part of the application program version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded is different from a corresponding part of the application program target version numbers, that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded includes a software differential package based on the upgrade package category, where the software differential package includes software upgrade data corresponding to the part of the application programs;
a third determining unit, configured to determine, in response to that the multiple hardware drive version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded are different from the corresponding multiple hardware drive target version numbers, that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded includes a system full package based on the upgrade package category, where the system full package includes system upgrade data corresponding to the multiple hardware drives;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine, in response to that a part of the hardware drive version numbers in the multiple hardware drive version numbers of the terminal to be upgraded is different from a corresponding part of the hardware drive target version numbers, that the terminal upgrade package required by the corresponding terminal to be upgraded includes a system differential package based on the class of the upgrade package, where the system differential package includes system upgrade data corresponding to the part of the system hardware.
10. A terminal upgrade system, comprising: a processor and a memory coupled to the processor; wherein the memory stores instructions for execution by the processor and the instructions cause the processor to perform operations to perform a terminal upgrade method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
