Specifically, referring to fig. 5 to 7, the waterproof mechanism 170 includes a sealing member 171, a rotating member 172, and a water discharging member 173, the sealing member 171 is connected to the vertical mounting member 122 and is used for sealing the vertical mounting member 122, the rotating member 172 is disposed on one side of the sealing member 171 and can be driven to rotate by the first rotating shaft 144 or the second rotating shaft, one end of the water discharging member 173 is connected to the sealing member 171, and the other end of the water discharging member is spaced from the imaging mechanism 130, the water discharging member 173 has a receiving cavity 1735 for receiving the rotating member 172, and a water discharging opening 1731 is formed on the water discharging member 173, and water flows onto the rotating member 172 along the first rotating shaft 144 or the second rotating shaft and is discharged from the water discharging opening 1731 of the water discharging member 173.
Specifically, the sealing member 171 includes a sealing ring 1711 and a connecting ring 1712, a mounting groove 1222 surrounding the first rotating shaft 144 or the second rotating shaft is formed on the vertical mounting member 122, the sealing ring 1711 is disposed in the mounting groove 1222, and the connecting ring 1712 is fixedly disposed on the vertical mounting member 122. The first rotating shaft 144 is provided with a fixing element 1441, the fixing element 1441 penetrates through the mounting hole 1221 and partially extends into the vertical mounting element 122 and is connected with the worm and gear transmission assembly, a receiving groove 1442 is formed between the fixing element 1441 and the rotating element 172, one end of the connecting ring 1712 is fixedly connected with the vertical mounting element 122 and surrounds the first rotating shaft 144, and part of the connecting ring is located in the receiving groove 1442, so that preliminary sealing is achieved. One end of the drainage member 173 forms a gap with the mounting frame 132 of the imaging mechanism 130, and the other end is connected with the other end of the connecting ring 1712 and is disposed around the first rotating shaft 144, the rotating member 172 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 1735, the drainage member 173 is provided with a drainage opening 1731 and a flow passage 1732, the drainage opening 1731 is disposed at the lowest point of the drainage member 173, and water flows to the rotating member 172 through the first rotating shaft 144 or the second rotating shaft, is stopped by the rotating member 172, falls onto the flow passage 1732 due to its own gravity, and is discharged through the drainage opening 1731.
However, when raindrops fall under the action of the seal ring 1711, water flows down from the connecting ring 1712 and the drain 173 while being blocked by the seal ring 1711. And the raindrops are prevented by the drain 173 from falling directly by gravity when they fall, so that the water flow entering the vertical installation member 122 along the first and second rotation axes is reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the water discharging member 173 includes a first sub-water discharging member 1733 and a second sub-water discharging member 1734, the second sub-water discharging member 1734 is connected to the other end of the connecting ring 1712, the flow passage 1732 penetrates the first sub-water discharging member 1733 and the second sub-water discharging member 1734, and the water discharging opening 1731 is provided on the first sub-water discharging member 1733, so that the water drops from the rotating member 172 to the flow passage 1732 and finally is discharged from the water discharging opening 1731. By designing the drain 173 to include two sub-drains, raindrops are blocked out, and the path of the water flow flowing to the rotation member 172 along the first rotation shaft 144 or the second rotation shaft is extended.
Since a gap is formed between the first sub-drain 1733 of the drain 173 and the mounting bracket 132, when rainwater falls onto the first rotating shaft 144, the rainwater flows along the first rotating shaft 144 to the lowest point of the rotating member 172 and finally is discharged from the drain 1731 of the drain 173, so that the moisture is reduced from entering the vertical mounting member 122, and the worm and gear rotating assembly, the pitch motor 141 and other parts are corroded.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the first sub-drainage member 1733 and the second sub-drainage member 1734 may be formed with two receiving cavities 1735, and the two rotation members 172 are received in the two receiving cavities 1735, so as to further extend the flow path of the flowing water and further reduce the flow of the flowing water into the vertical mounting member 122.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the transmission mechanism 160 includes a carrier 161, a slip ring 162, and an elastic member 163, the slip ring 162 is disposed in the base 110, and includes a stator 1621 and a rotor 1622 disposed in the stator 1621, the elastic member 163 is connected to the support 120, the carrier 161 is used to carry the input line 131, one end of the carrier 161 is connected to the rotor 1622, and the other end is connected to the elastic member 163, and the input line 131 is electrically connected to the rotor 1622, so that the support 120, the imaging mechanism 130, and the input line 131 are driven to rotate by the horizontal rotation mechanism 150, and the stator 1621 of the slip ring 162 is electrically connected to the rotor 1622, so that the rotor 1622 drives the input line 131 on the carrier 161 and the support 120 to rotate in the same direction and speed, thereby avoiding the occurrence of twisting, and therefore the horizontal rotation mechanism 150 in this embodiment can drive the imaging mechanism 130 to rotate around the vertical axis for an infinite number of times.
Referring to fig. 4, the horizontal rotation mechanism 150 in this embodiment is a hollow rotation platform, and includes a driving motor 152 and a rotation platform 153, the driving motor 152 is disposed on one side of the rotation platform 153, the rotation platform 153 is connected to the bracket 120, the driving motor 152 is used for driving the rotation platform 153 to rotate around a vertical axis, the rotation platform 153 is used for driving the bracket 120, the imaging mechanism 130 and the pitch adjustment mechanism 140 to rotate around the vertical axis, wherein the rotation platform 153 forms a first through hole 151, and the other end of the bearing element 161 passes through the first through hole 151 and then is connected to an elastic element 163, and it can be understood that the elastic element 163 can be disposed at the bottom of the horizontal mounting element 121, so as to achieve connection with the other end of the bearing element 161. In other embodiments, the horizontal rotation mechanism 150 may also be a hollow DD motor to drive the imaging mechanism 130 with greater rotational accuracy in rotation about the vertical axis.
In addition, the drive motor 152 in the present embodiment employs a reduction motor, so that the accuracy of the rotation angle about the vertical axis can be improved.
Specifically, the horizontal mounting member 121 is provided with a second through hole 1211, the second through hole 1211 corresponds to the first through hole 151, the elastic member 163 is erected on the second through hole 1211 and connected to the horizontal mounting member 121, the bracket 120 is connected above the rotating platform 153, and the bearing member 161 sequentially penetrates through the first through hole 151 and the second through hole 1211, so that the bearing of the bearing member 161 on the input line 131 is realized.
Specifically, the input lines 131 pass through the imaging mechanism 130, sequentially extend along the vertical mounting member 122 and the horizontal mounting member 121, pass through the second through hole 1211 and the first through hole 151, and are connected to the carrier 161, so that the input lines 131 are orderly arranged.
Specifically, the input line 131 in this embodiment is fixedly wound around the bearing 161 after penetrating into the second through hole 1211 and the first through hole 151.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the bearing 161 is vertical, and during the rotation process, the bearing 161 has a longer length, and the other end of the bearing 161 has a certain distance from the rotor 1622 during the rotation process, so that the bearing may be damaged by the rotor 1622, and the elastic member 163 is disposed to absorb the shake of the bearing 161 during the rotation process, so that the bearing 161 and the rotor 1622 can rotate smoothly, and the slip ring 162 is protected.
In other embodiments, the bearing 161 may be designed in multiple segments, the multiple segments are coupled, and two ends of the bearing 161 are respectively connected to the horizontal rotation mechanism 150 and the rotor 1622 of the sliding ring 162, so as to eliminate the problem of eccentric shaking during the rotation of the bearing 161.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, in order to prevent moisture from entering the base 110 from the rotating platform 153, a water retaining ring 154 is disposed around the rotating platform 153.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the imaging apparatus 100 further includes a first origin positioning mechanism 180 and a second origin positioning mechanism 190, the first origin positioning mechanism 180 is used for detecting a rotation angle of the pitch adjusting mechanism 140, and the second origin positioning mechanism 190 is used for detecting a rotation angle of the horizontal rotation mechanism 150.
Specifically, the first origin positioning mechanism 180 includes a first detector 181 and a first detector trigger 182, the first detector 181 is disposed on the bracket 120, the first detector trigger 182 can be driven by the pitch adjustment mechanism 140 and detects a rotation angle via the first detector 181, and the first detector 181 transmits detected information to the control device.
The first detector 181 and the first detector trigger 182 are disposed in a cavity formed by the vertical mounting member 122, and the first detector 181 detects that the first detector trigger 182 is driven by the pitching adjustment mechanism 140 to rotate, so that when the imaging mechanism 130 is turned on again, the pitching adjustment mechanism 140 can be controlled by the control device to drive the imaging mechanism 130 to rotate to the original observation angle.
The second origin positioning mechanism 190 includes a second detector 191 and a second detector trigger 192, the second detector 191 is disposed in the base 110, the second detector trigger 192 is disposed on the bracket 120, and can be driven to rotate by the horizontal rotation mechanism 150, and can detect a rotation angle by the second detector trigger 192 through the second detector 191, and transmit the acquired rotation information to the control device, so that when the imaging mechanism 130 is turned on again, the control device can control the horizontal rotation mechanism 150 to drive the imaging mechanism 130 to rotate to an original observation angle.
The imaging device 100 is provided with the origin positioning mechanism, so that the pitching adjustment mechanism 140 and the horizontal rotation mechanism 150 can be driven to rotate to the original observation angle when the imaging device 100 operates again, and the waterproof protection of the pitching adjustment mechanism 140 is realized by the waterproof mechanism 170.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention. Claims (7)
1. An image forming apparatus, characterized by comprising:
a base;
the bracket is arranged on the base and can rotate relative to the base;
the imaging mechanism is arranged on the bracket;
the pitching adjusting mechanism is arranged on the bracket and can drive the imaging mechanism to adjust the pitching angle relative to the bracket;
the horizontal rotating mechanism is arranged on the base and can drive the bracket, the imaging mechanism and the pitching adjusting mechanism to rotate around a vertical axis;
the transmission mechanism is arranged on the base, is used for bearing an input line of the imaging mechanism, and comprises a sliding ring, a bearing piece and an elastic piece, wherein the elastic piece is connected with the bracket;
the horizontal rotating mechanism comprises a driving motor and a rotating table, the rotating table is connected with the support and used for driving the rotating table to rotate around a vertical axis, the rotating table is connected with the support and forms a first through hole, and the other end of the bearing piece penetrates through the first through hole and then is connected with the elastic piece; the support includes horizontal installed part and locates two perpendicular installed parts at the relative both ends of horizontal installed part, imaging mechanism connects in two between the perpendicular installed part, and can be relative two perpendicular installed part rotates, be equipped with the second through-hole on the horizontal installed part, the second through-hole with first through-hole is corresponding, the elastic component erects in on the second through-hole and with horizontal installed part connects, the leg joint in the top of revolving stage, hold the carrier and wear to establish in proper order first through-hole with the second through-hole.
2. The imaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the input line extends sequentially along the vertical mount and the horizontal mount, passes through the first and second through holes, and is connected to the carrier.
3. The imaging device of claim 1, wherein the tilt adjustment mechanism comprises a tilt motor, a worm gear assembly, a first shaft and a second shaft, the worm gear assembly is connected to the tilt motor and disposed in one of the vertical mounts, the first shaft is connected between the worm gear assembly and the imaging mechanism, the second shaft is connected between the other vertical mount and the imaging mechanism, and the tilt motor drives the first shaft and the second shaft to rotate the imaging mechanism.
4. The imaging device according to claim 1, further comprising a waterproof mechanism, wherein the imaging device is connected to the bracket through a rotating shaft, and the waterproof mechanism surrounds the rotating shaft and is used for waterproofing the bracket.
5. The image forming apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said waterproof mechanism includes a sealing member connected to said bracket, a rotation member provided on a side of said sealing member and capable of being driven by said rotation shaft, and a drain member having one end connected to said sealing member and the other end spaced from said image forming mechanism, said drain member having a receiving chamber for receiving said rotation member, and said drain member being provided with a drain opening.
6. The imaging apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a first origin positioning mechanism for detecting a rotation angle of the tilt adjustment mechanism and a second origin positioning mechanism for detecting a rotation angle of the horizontal rotation mechanism.
7. The imaging apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the first origin positioning mechanism includes a first detector provided on the support and a first detector trigger that is capable of being driven by the pitch adjustment mechanism and detects a rotation angle via the first detector; the second origin positioning mechanism comprises a second detector and a second detector trigger piece, the second detector is arranged on the base, and the second detector trigger piece can be driven by the horizontal rotation mechanism and detects the rotation angle through the second detector.
