The environment-friendly V-belt as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the sizing agent for canvas sizing comprises the following components in parts by weight: 110 parts of natural latex, 0.4 part of active agent, 0.15 part of co-coagulant, 0.37 part of coagulant, 0.9 part of accelerator, 0.9 part of anti-aging agent, 1.2 parts of softener, 1.2 parts of pigment and 0.9 part of vulcanizing agent.

The environment-friendly V-belt as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the activator adopts zinc oxide, the co-coagulant adopts casein, the coagulant adopts potassium hydroxide, the accelerator adopts accelerator ZDC, the anti-aging agent adopts anti-aging agent MB, the softener adopts lanolin, and the vulcanizing agent adopts sulfur.
7. The process for preparing the environment-friendly V-belt as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, making a framework of a V-belt, and weaving canvas by adopting a mixture of first-grade cotton and large chemical fiber;
2) soaking canvas in the slurry to raise the adhesion of fabric;
3) pressing a layer of calendering glue on the reverse side of the soaked canvas by a calender and then coating the canvas outside a framework of the V-belt;
4) when wrapping cloth, the inner layer of the triangular belt is wrapped with the rubber surface, and the outer surface of the triangular belt is wrapped with the non-rubber surface;
5) finally, vulcanization is carried out.
8. The process for preparing an environment-friendly V-belt according to claim 7, wherein: the proportion of the mixture of the primary cotton and the large chemical fiber in the step 1) is 65: 35.
