The invention realizes the automatic opening or closing effect of the valve after the breathing oil pipe is installed or disassembled.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobiles, in particular to a one-way valve connected with an automobile oil tank and an automobile.
Background
With the improvement of the requirements of consumers on automobiles, the four-wheel steering technology is applied to the field of automobiles, and the driving requirements under different speeds are met through the steering control of rear wheels. The oil suction and oil discharge are required to be carried out on the system in the rear wheel pair from the oil tank through the breathing oil pipe in the working process, so that the breathing oil pipe is designed to be connected with the oil tank through a valve so as to meet the working requirements of the system. The oil tank is required to be detached to check other parts in the maintenance process, and the oil leakage problem can occur when the oil tank is detached because the valve is arranged at the bottom of the oil tank, so that the oil in the oil tank is required to be completely emptied to guarantee normal maintenance, and the oil in the oil tank is wasted.

the cross-sectional area of one side of the valve core close to the oil tank, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, is larger than the cross-sectional area of the hollow structure of the valve sleeve, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, and the cross-sectional area of one side of the valve core close to the breather pipe, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the hollow structure of the valve sleeve, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve.

Compared with the valve in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention realizes the automatic opening or closing effect of the valve after the breathing oil pipe is installed or disassembled.

the cross-sectional area of one side of the valve core 3 close to the oil tank, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, is larger than the cross-sectional area of the hollow structure of the valve sleeve 2, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, and the cross-sectional area of one side of the valve core 3 close to the breathing oil pipe 1, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the hollow structure of the valve sleeve 2, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve.
The working principle of the embodiment can be referred to as the following expression: as shown in fig. 1, when the breathing oil pipe 1 is installed, the breathing oil pipe 1 abuts against the valve core 3 and presses the valve core 3 to move towards the oil tank, and a certain gap 6 is formed between the side of the valve core 3 close to the oil tank and the valve sleeve 2 to communicate with the one-way valve. As shown in fig. 2, after the breather pipe 1 is disassembled, the valve core 3 is pressed by the control member 4 to move towards the breather pipe 1, the side of the valve core 3 close to the oil tank is abutted with the valve sleeve 2, and the one-way valve is closed.
In addition, the control part 5 can be designed to be an elastic part for extruding the valve core 3 to move, and can also be designed to be a slider with a certain weight for pulling the valve core 3 to move, and the control part 5 can meet the requirement of controlling the valve core 3 to move towards a fixed direction.

As an alternative embodiment, the outer surface of the valve sleeve 2 is designed as a two-step structure, the cross section of the valve sleeve 2 close to the oil tank perpendicular to the flow direction is consistent with the cross section of the hollow structure of the valve head 5 perpendicular to the flow direction, and the cross section of the valve sleeve 2 close to the breather pipe 1 perpendicular to the flow direction is larger than the cross section of the hollow structure of the valve head 5 perpendicular to the flow direction and can be completely covered.

In this embodiment, the valve body 3 is designed to have a spherical shape on the side close to the tank, which is adapted to the inner diameter of the valve housing 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and can completely block flow when in contact, and the presence of the gap 6 when not in contact can ensure the flow of the check valve. The cylindrical part of the spool 3 acts as a guide, making the direction of movement of the spool 3 coincide with the direction of the valve housing 2 and changing the state of the control member 4 by abutting or not abutting the breather tube 1.
As an alternative embodiment, the control element 4 comprises a spring and a spring seat, the spring seat is designed as a concave shape, the concave side is close to the valve head, the spring is arranged in a hollow area formed by the spring seat and the valve head, and the diameter of the spring seat is smaller than the inner diameter of the valve head.
In the above embodiment, the spring is provided with a predetermined amount of compression, and the spring seat can be kept in continuous contact with the valve body 3. The diameter of the spring seat is smaller than the inner diameter of the valve head 5, so that oil can pass through the spring seat.
As an alternative embodiment, the valve head 5 is provided with an oil outlet on the side close to the oil tank, and the area of the oil outlet is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the spring seat perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve.
The valve head 5 is provided with the oil outlet for realizing communication of the one-way valve, and the area of the oil outlet is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the spring seat perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, so that the spring base is built in the valve head 5 to continuously provide extrusion effect on the valve core 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, the one-way valve comprises a valve head, a valve sleeve, a valve core and a control piece, and when the breathing oil pipe is connected with the one-way valve, the breathing oil pipe is abutted against the valve core and is extruded to move towards the direction of an oil tank, so that a gap is formed between the valve sleeve and the valve core, and the one-way valve is conducted; when the breathing oil pipe is detached from the one-way valve by a person, the control element extrudes the valve core to move towards the breathing oil pipe, so that the valve sleeve is abutted against the valve core, the one-way valve is closed, and the automatic opening or closing effect of the valve after the breathing oil pipe is installed or detached is realized.

the valve core and the control part are arranged in hollow structures of the valve sleeve and the valve head, the control part is connected with the valve core, the valve core is in a two-section type, the control part controls the valve core and the valve sleeve to move relatively, the side of the valve core close to the breathing oil pipe slides in the hollow structure of the valve sleeve, and the side of the valve core close to the oil tank is abutted or not abutted with the valve sleeve;
the cross-sectional area of one side of the valve core close to the oil tank, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, is larger than the cross-sectional area of the hollow structure of the valve sleeve, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, and the cross-sectional area of one side of the valve core close to the breather pipe, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve, is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the hollow structure of the valve sleeve, which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the valve.
