Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-climbing guardrail, which is a guardrail for restraining people from stepping and climbing.
Background
The road traffic guardrail is a measure for improving traffic efficiency. When the guardrail is used in the middle of two-way traffic of roads, the guardrail can separate object traffic, prevent dazzling and inhibit people from crossing; when the device is used between a roadway on the side of a road and a non-motor vehicle lane or a non-motor vehicle lane and a sidewalk, the device has the function of preventing people from interfering with traffic. The main components of the road traffic guardrail are a base, a vertical column, a cross rod and a vertical rod. The cross bar mainly combines all parts into a rigid whole and improves the energy dissipation effect when the vehicle is in collision contact. Some guardrails only have cross bars at the lower part, and some guardrails also have cross bars at the upper part, so that the protection grades can be different. The cross bar improves the overall strength, but also provides the pedaling and climbing conditions for people to climb over the guardrail; the lower cross rod is convenient for pedaling by feet, and the upper cross rod is convenient for climbing by hands. When the upper part and the lower part provide the convenience of the operation of the contact of the scaffold, the person can easily climb over the guardrail. In order to prevent people from climbing the guard rail, the structural composition of the cross bar portion should be perfected.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned problems in the background art, the present invention provides an anti-climbing guardrail.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: an anti-climbing guardrail mainly comprises upright posts, a lower cross rod, an upper cross rod, a vertical rod, a small short post, a spring and screw-shaped bulges; the lower cross rod and the upper cross rod are horizontally connected with adjacent separating upright posts, and the vertical rods are fixedly connected with the lower cross rod and the upper cross rod at intervals; a small short column with a spherical head is erected upwards in the middle of each unit separated by a vertical rod on a cross rod at the lower part, the height of the small short column is 3-4cm, and the diameter of the small short column is 0.8 cm; a spring with the pitch of 1-1.3cm is arranged right above each unit separated by the vertical rod on the upper cross rod, the spring is provided with 4-9 coils which are alternately fixedly connected to the upper cross rod at intervals, and the coils cover the upper cross rod and are cantilevered out from the side surface; the upright posts are paired and respectively supported on the bases at the two sides.
Preferably, the spring is additionally provided with screw-shaped bulges which are symmetrically fixed along the length direction of the cross bar at the fixed part of the coil and the upper cross bar, and the length and the diameter of each screw-shaped bulge are 0.3-0.5 cm.
Preferably, the spring is a steel wire compression spring, the wire diameter is 0.1-0.3cm, and the outer diameter is 4-10 cm.
The invention utilizes the small short column with the spherical head to be convexly fixed on the middle part of the unit separated by the vertical rod on the lower cross rod, can inhibit treading due to local concentrated stress during horizontal treading, and can inhibit treading due to extrusion clamped between the small short column and the vertical rod when the lower cross rod is treaded by the inclined foot plate. A spring is fixedly connected right above each unit which is separated by a vertical rod on the upper cross rod, the clamping and embedding of small-pitch oblique coils and the pressing counter force of the coils which are alternately fixedly connected at intervals after stress deformation exist, and the climbing of hands can be inhibited by adding the top thorn interference of screw-shaped bulges. Meanwhile, the clothes can be prevented from climbing by the aid of the spring coil with the side overhanging out. Not only can people look at it daunting, but also can give up climbing when suffering from pain, and the coil of the spring can release stress to return to the original state. The screw-shaped bulge is protected in the spring coil and cannot be damaged unless actively touched, so that the safety is high. The spring coil has small penetration resistance to the side incoming wind, does not have large-area wind resistance similar to a shading thin plate, and improves the safety under wind load. Moreover, the compression spring expanded coil consolidated by the upper cross bar enhances the anti-glare function. The measure is simple, elegant and safe, is easy to produce and install, has less ash pocket and is convenient to wash.
