Referring to fig. 1, a deviation correcting device for strip steel in a loop comprises: the device comprises a supporting base 110, a rotating base 120, a rotating shaft 130, a deviation rectifying side roller 140, a telescopic spring 150 and a horizontal limiting component; the two ends of the rotating shaft 130 are fixed inside the rotating base 120, the rotating shaft 130 penetrates through the deviation rectifying side rollers 140, the deviation rectifying side rollers 140 are rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 130 through bearings 160, the side walls of the deviation rectifying side rollers 140 are in contact with strip steel, and the axial lines of the deviation rectifying side rollers 140 are perpendicular to the plane of the strip steel; one end of the extension spring 150 is fixed on the supporting base 110, and the other end is fixed on the rotating base 120, and the horizontal limiting component is used for limiting the relative horizontal linear motion of the supporting base 110 and the rotating base 120 when the two move relatively.
One side of the strip steel is provided with a rotatable deviation rectifying side roller 140, and the strip steel is pushed to the central position of the conveying belt by the reaction force of the telescopic spring 150, so that the deviation rectifying effect is good.
Specifically, the horizontal limiting assembly comprises a sliding rail 170 and a sliding block; the slide rail 170 is fixed on the support base 110, and the slide block is fixed at the bottom of the rotating seat 120; the slider is slidably engaged with the slide rail 170.
That is, the horizontal stop assembly is interfitted with the conventional slide rail 170 and slider assembly.

The height changing assembly 180 may be a cylinder, an electric cylinder, etc. which are conventional linear driving devices, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In order to automate the movement of the height changing assembly 180, a proximity switch is disposed at a side of the rotary base 120 adjacent to the strip steel, and when the proximity switch detects the presence of the strip steel, the height changing assembly 180 receives a signal of the proximity switch, and the height changing assembly 180 reciprocally changes the height of the support base 110 back and forth.
Therefore, through the arrangement of the proximity switch, once the height changing assembly 180 has the strip steel, the reciprocating linear motion is automatically started, and the operation is fast and convenient.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in particular, the vertical position limiting assembly includes a plurality of guiding pillars 310 disposed on the supporting base plate 190 and a guiding sleeve 320 disposed at the bottom of the supporting base 110 and matched with the guiding pillars 310.
In order to facilitate smooth sliding between the guide post and the guide sleeve 320, more specifically, the guide post 310 includes a guide body 400; a liquid adding unit is arranged above the guide body 400 and comprises a liquid storage block 500, lubricating liquid is placed in the liquid storage block 500, and a liquid adding hole 510 is arranged below the liquid storage block 500; a liquid adding switch is arranged at the liquid adding hole 510.
The liquid adding unit that sets up can store appropriate amount lubricated liquid, can open liquid adding hole 510 when guide body 400 and guide pin bushing 320 relative motion for the lubricated liquid realizes lubricating on guide body 400, reaches the effect of automatic lubricated liquid that adds, and is simple and convenient.
More specifically, the liquid storage block 500 is hollow, the guide body 400 forms a fixing column upwards, an external thread is arranged on the fixing column, and a fixing hole in threaded fit with the fixing column is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage block 500; the liquid storage block 500 is sized to be received by the guide sleeve 320. The liquid adding switch comprises a closed bead 521, the closed bead 521 is fixedly connected in the liquid adding hole 510 through a liquid adding spring 520, and the diameter of the closed bead 521 is matched with that of the liquid adding hole 510.
It is understood that the fitting means that the diameter of the closure bead 521 is slightly larger than the diameter of the fluid adding hole 510.
When the sealing bead 521 contacts with the inner wall of the guide sleeve 320 and is pressed, the liquid adding spring 520 contracts, and the lubricating liquid flows out of the liquid adding hole 510. When the closing bead 521 is not pressed, the plating spring 520 pushes the closing bead 521 out of the blocking plating hole 510 by the pressing force.
In order to facilitate the guiding body 400 to flow lubricating liquid, a liquid guiding groove 410 extending downwards is formed on the guiding body 400 corresponding to each liquid adding hole 510, and the liquid guiding groove 410 is in a straight shape.
Based on the same invention concept, the invention also provides strip steel conveying equipment which comprises a conveying belt, wherein a plurality of conveying rollers are arranged on the conveying belt and are arranged in parallel, and strip steel is driven by the conveying rollers to advance; the two sides of the transmission belt are symmetrically provided with the deviation correcting devices for the belt steel in the loop.
