The invention discloses an automatic intelligent feeding method which is innovatively designed, and comprises a method and a device for feeding a medicament, wherein a flange rack of an outer cylinder device is fixed through bearing seats at two ends, the medicament is conveyed through a rotary conveying material guide plate of the automatic intelligent feeding method and the device, a speed reducer is driven by a variable frequency motor, a main shaft is driven by the speed reducer to drive the rotary conveying material guide plate to rotate, so that the rotary conveying material guide plate conveys the medicament into the outer cylinder device through a feeding hole, and then the rotary material guide plate is driven to carry out conveying operation, so that the rotary material guide plate is driven to carry out conveying motion. Through the calculation of interlocking and the dose of DN100 electrically operated valve feedwater time, medicament and well return water concentration detect, what the automatic calculation dose, realize that the continuous accurate dose of little flow (dose 25kg/h, 0.4 kg/minute), stabilize medicament concentration (mix after the stirring with water ratio concentration 0.8 thousandth), the requirement of the tailing flocculation of dispensing. A rotary medicament feeding device is shown in figure 1 and comprises a rotary medicament feeding barrel, wherein a feed inlet 10 is formed in the upper portion of the right side of the rotary medicament feeding barrel, a medicament barrel 7 is connected above the feed inlet 10, the right side of the rotary medicament feeding barrel is sequentially connected with a speed reducer 12 and a motor 13 through a coupler 11, and a discharge outlet 15 is formed in the bottom of the left side of the rotary medicament feeding barrel; the two ends of the rotary feeding cylinder are provided with bearing seats 1 containing sealing rings, the center of the interior of the rotary feeding cylinder is provided with a main shaft 14, the outer side of the main shaft is provided with a rotary conveying guide plate 4, and the two ends of the rotary conveying guide plate are respectively provided with a baffle 3.
The design is as follows:
(1) the rotary feeding method is characterized in that under the condition that the strength and the rigidity meet the requirements of field production, a horizontal step main shaft 14 is ingeniously designed, the diameter multiplied by the length of the overall dimension is not equal to (phi 20-phi 40) multiplied by (800-900) mm, the distance and the operation space of the automatic intelligent feeding method and the automatic intelligent feeding device are increased, and the medicament is prevented from being accumulated into a mass, so that the operation is more stable, and the rotation load is smaller and more flexible;
(2) the two ends of the horizontal stepped shaft are respectively provided with a bearing seat 1 at the left and the right, the inner diameter of the bearing seat is connected with a main shaft 14 through a bearing, the outer diameter of the bearing seat is connected with an outer cylinder 5 through a flange, lip-shaped sealing rings are designed at the two ends of the bearing seat in order to separate the invasion of a medicament, and a space separation metering technology is adopted, so that the sealing reliability of the bearing is improved, and the influence on the service life of the bearing caused by the medicament entering the bearing is avoided;
(3) designing a feeding method and a device of a medicament, and being characterized in that in order to improve the strength and rigidity of a bearing of the automatic intelligent feeding method and the device, bearings at two ends of a main shaft of the automatic intelligent feeding method and the device are set to be self-lubricating nylon bearings 2, the external diameter/internal diameter multiplied by the length of a self-lubricating nylon sleeve is not less than (phi 50-phi 40)/(phi 30-phi 20) multiplied by 30mm, the clearance between the self-lubricating nylon sleeve and the main shaft is 2-4 mm, a cross oil storage tank is arranged in the middle of the internal diameter, the depth of the oil storage tank is 2-4 mm, and the bearing capacity of the bearing for adapting to severe environment and loading is improved;
(4) a feeding method of a medicament is designed, and is characterized in that 4-6 groups of rotary conveying material guide plates are welded on a main shaft, the pitch is 40-60 mm, the external diameter of the external dimension is multiplied by the length of (phi 105-phi 85) × (400-600) mm, the clearance with an outer cylinder 5 is 2-3 mm, the direction is clockwise and rightwards, and the number of rotary heads is 1-3. N rotating heads can be arranged according to the feeding amount, and at most, N to N + X rotating heads can be arranged, so that the medicine can be continuously and accurately conveyed in a small amount.
(5) The left end and the right end of the rotary conveying material guide plate are respectively provided with a medicament baffle plate 3, the external diameter multiplied by the length of the external dimension is phi 105-phi 85 multiplied by (4-8) mm, and the clearance with the outer cylinder 5 is 1.5-2.5 mm, so that the medicament is blocked at the left end and the right end of the rotary conveying material guide plate, and the medicament is prevented from being connected in series to the two ends of the rotary conveying material guide plate.
In addition, non-stick plates which do not stick materials (are smooth) are arranged on the feeding hole, the discharging hole, the inner wall of the feeding cylinder and the material guide plate, the material is nylon (also called as the non-stick plates, wherein the non-stick plates are bonded with the material guide plate and the like by an adhesive J184 to prevent medicaments from being bonded with the material guide plate and other equipment), and the thickness of the non-stick plates is 2-4 mm.
(6) An outer cylinder 5 is arranged on the outer circle of the rotary conveying material guide plate, flanges are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end, and the size is that the outer diameter/the inner diameter multiplied by the length = (phi 190-phi 170)/(phi 120-phi 100) × (15-25) mm, so that the bearing seats 1 at the two ends of a main shaft 14 are fixed. The outer cylinder 5 is characterized in that an outer circle for conveying the medicament is made of a phi 108MMQ235B steel pipe, and the external dimension of the outer cylinder/the internal diameter of the outer cylinder is multiplied by the length = (phi 120-phi 100)/(phi 110-phi 90) × (500-700) mm, so that the purpose of supporting the bearing seat 1 and conveying the medicament by rotating the conveying guide plate 4 in a transmission manner is achieved, and the medicament leakage is prevented.
(7) A medicament feed port 10 and an air purge hole (inner diameter DN20 multiplied by 80 mm) are arranged on the upper surface of the front (right) end of the outer cylinder 5 and are connected with an external air compressor pipeline (the purpose is to purge the adhered medicament in the rotary feed cylinder), the outer diameter/inner diameter multiplied by the length of the medicament feed port 10 is not (= (phi 300-phi 200)/(phi 200-phi 180) × (110-90) mm, the purpose is to directly feed the rotary feed guide plate 4, and the source and the start of medicament delivery are realized;
(8) a medicament discharge port 15 is arranged below the rear (left) end of the outer cylinder 5, and the external dimension of external diameter/internal diameter multiplied by length = (phi 60-phi 40)/(phi 50-phi 30) × (160-140) mm, so that the rotary conveying guide plate 4 is used for directly discharging and is an outlet for medicament conveying;
the outer end of the discharge port is provided with a water (steam) baffle 16 for preventing water (steam) from being mixed with a medicament and blocking the discharge port, the water (steam) baffle 16 comprises an O-shaped hinge shaft arranged in the middle, the diameter of the hinge shaft is set to be phi 8-phi 12mm, the right side is provided with a round steel plate with the thickness of 5mm and the diameter of phi 90-phi 70, the left side is provided with a square steel plate with the size of 30 multiplied by 45mm, when feeding is stopped, the water (steam) baffle automatically blocks the discharge port due to the fact that the dead weight of the left side of the water (steam) baffle is slightly larger than the dead weight of the right side, and water (steam) is prevented from entering the discharge port and being prevented from being bonded with the material; when the rotary feeding cylinder rotates for feeding, the material enters the discharge port, and the water (steam) baffle is forced to open due to the dead weight of the material pressing the water (steam) baffle, and the medicament enters the mixing cylinder through the discharge port for mixing.
The diameter of the feed inlet is 4-8 times that of the discharge outlet; a gate valve with the size of DN 200-DN 300mm is arranged above the feeding hole (the first purpose is to close the gate valve when feeding needs to be stopped in production and pull the medicament in the rotary feeding barrel empty to prevent the material from being bonded into a mass, and the second rotary feeding barrel is closed to execute the maintenance task of the rotary feeding barrel when maintenance is carried out on the first rotary feeding barrel and the second rotary feeding barrel), and a medicament barrel is connected above the gate valve.
(9) A medicament barrel 7 is arranged above the feed inlet 10, the lower end of the medicament barrel is conical, the upper end of the medicament barrel is cylindrical, the lower end of the medicament barrel is connected with the feed inlet 10 by a flange, and the lower end of the medicament barrel is conical, wherein the conical shape of the lower end is the size of the outer diameter of the lower end/the outer diameter of the upper end multiplied by the length (phi 300-phi 200)/(phi 1100-phi 900) mmx (600-400) mm; the upper end of the device is cylindrical, the external diameter and the length of the device are = (phi 1100-phi 900) × (2100-1900) mm, the thickness of the device is 4-6 mm, the device is used for storing medicaments, the stored medicament amount is 275-325 kg, the medicament amount is 24 hours a day, and the device is also used as a source and a start of medicament delivery;
(10) a screen is arranged on the medicament cylinder 7, the mesh size is phi 5-phi 10mm, and the purpose is to filter impurities in the medicament so as to avoid blocking the next working procedure. A medicament cylinder round cover plate is arranged on the screen to play a role in sealing.
(11) Arranging a bakelite rod pin coupler 11 at the front (right) end of a main shaft 14, wherein the external dimension of the left half coupler is the external diameter multiplied by the length = (phi 110-phi 90) × (50-70) mm, the size of the bakelite rod is (phi 20-phi 10) × (40-60) mm, and the number of the bakelite rod pins is 6;
(12) an integrated variable frequency motor and speed reducer driving mode is designed on the right half coupler at the other end of the bakelite pin coupler 11, the type number of the integrated variable frequency motor and speed reducer driving mode is R37DT90L4-SRD1, the driving power is 0.75kw, and the integrated variable frequency motor and speed reducer driving mode is in transmission connection with the split type pin coupler and is coaxially and horizontally installed with the rotary dosing cylinder. The daily operation frequency is 10-15 Hz, the small-flow constant, accurate and continuous feeding of the medicament (the dosage is 25kg/h and 0.4 kg/min) is ensured, and small-amount and uniform feeding is achieved;
(13) the automatic feeding method and the automatic feeding device are designed at the upper part of the medicament mixing cylinder, the driving variable frequency motor is interlocked with the water supply electric valve, when the water supply electric valve is started, the variable frequency motor is synchronously started, the operating frequency is set to be 10-15 Hz, the water supply electric valve is stopped, and the feeding method and the feeding device are synchronously stopped, so that the small-flow constant proportioning is realized, the precise and continuous dosing is realized, the concentration of the mixed medicament and water is ensured, and the concentration standard of the mixed medicament is 0.8 per mill. (for example, the water supply time in the mixing tank is 5 minutes, the operation frequency of the rotary dosing cylinder is 12.5Hz and is synchronous with the water supply time, the dose is 13.6 kg, and just meets 0.8 per mill of the proportioning index of the medicament dilution process).
(14) Designing a concentration meter below the surface of the well backwater liquid, feeding back the concentration to a feeding variable frequency motor when detecting the variation of the well backwater water quality, namely the concentration is more than 0.5 per thousand, properly improving the variable frequency speed and the feeding quantity of the feeding method and the device, and realizing automatic intelligent feeding; on the contrary, when the quality of the return water of the large well is detected to be good, the concentration is less than 0.5 per mill, and the return water is fed back to the feeding method and the feeding device, so that the frequency conversion speed and the feeding amount of the feeding method and the feeding device are properly reduced, the feeding of the medicament is reduced, and the operation cost is reduced.
The invention repeatedly tracks the on-site mixed liquid medicine, calculates the relation between the water supply time, the volume and the dosage in the mixing cylinder, combines the manual dosage mode and process, designs the automatic rotary continuous dosage device, automatically calculates the dosage by interlocking the water supply time of the DN100 electric valve and the dosage calculation, detects the concentration of the medicament and the backwater of the big well, automatically calculates the dosage, realizes the continuous and accurate dosage with small flow (the dosage is 25kg/h and 0.4 kg/min), stabilizes the concentration of the medicament (the concentration is 0.8 thousandth of the ratio of the medicament to the water after stirring), and accurately meets the requirement of the concentration of tailings.
The invention applies the space separation design technology, including an innovative design automatic intelligent rotary feeding method, applies the (N) rotary conveying guide plate feeding principle, drives a speed reducer by a variable frequency motor, is continuous and accurate and adjustable in rotary feeding, is driven by the speed reducer to self-manufacture the automatic intelligent feeding method and the device for the rotary conveying guide plate, is provided with a bearing seat (containing a sealing ring), (a sliding bearing) self-lubricating nylon sleeve bearing, a medicament baffle, a rotary conveying guide plate, an outer cylinder device, a main shaft device, a medicament cylinder, a screen, a feeding port, a discharging port, a coupler, a speed reducer, a motor and the like as the automatic intelligent feeding method and the device shown in the figure 1, and solves the technical problems of large labor intensity, influence on the health of workers, easy caking and agglomeration of medicaments, influence on the flocculation effect of the medicaments, large cleaning amount of the workers and the like in the original manual dosing; the technical problems solved by the invention are as follows: the design of the automatic intelligent rotary conveying feeding method of the horizontal steps realizes the aims of few faults, small quantity of accurate feeding, no adhesion of muddy water, no caking and agglomeration and the like of the automatic intelligent feeding method and the device, and ensures that the feeding machine is uniform in stress and small in machine vibration.

a concentration meter is designed below the surface of the return water of the large well, when the variation of the return water quality of the large well is detected, namely the concentration is more than 0.5 per thousand, the return water is fed back to a feeding variable frequency motor, the variable frequency speed and the feeding amount of a rotary feeding barrel are properly improved, and automatic intelligent feeding is realized; on the contrary, when the quality of the return water of the large well is detected to be good, the concentration is less than 0.5 per mill, the return water is fed back to the rotary feeding barrel, the variable frequency speed and the feeding amount of the rotary feeding barrel are properly reduced, and the feeding of the medicament is reduced.
