As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, in the locked position, the locking hooks of the front latch 3 and the rear latch 4 are lockingly engaged with the steel wire 51 of the upper rail 5. The seat base 1 is provided with a fixed lower pressure rod 11, and the first positioning bracket 63 and the second positioning bracket 64 tilt away from the upper slide rail 5 under the action of the lower pressure rod 11.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, in the unlocking position, the unlocking handle 7 is rotated counterclockwise to unlock the front lock 3 and the rear lock 4 and the first positioning bracket 63 and the second positioning bracket 64 are held to be tilted up by the zipper, so that the first positioning bracket 63 and the second positioning bracket 64 are prevented from descending to interfere with the upper slide rail 5 in the subsequent lifting and rearward movement processes.
As shown in fig. 6A and 6B, in the lifted position, the gas spring 62 lifts the seat base 1 to the safe position.
As shown in fig. 7A, 7B and 7C, in the rearward position, the rollers 69 move the seat base 1 rearward on the slide rails 2. Move to the automobile body rear, can make things convenient for fork truck uninstallation. It will be appreciated that, upon release of the unlocking handle 7, the first positioning bracket 63 and the second positioning bracket 64 will be lowered to the free state by the spring 66.
As shown in fig. 8A and 8B, in the forward position, the rollers 69 move the seat base 1 forward on the slide rails 2. The first positioning leg 63 is advanced, and the guard wheel 67 thereof rolls along the upper surface of the platform 52 by means of the slope 521, thereby elastically avoiding the first positioning leg 63 (the free end of the first positioning leg 63 does not contact the upper surface of the platform 52). It should be understood that the protection wheel 67 in the free state is higher than the wire 51 of the upper rail 5, thereby performing escape in the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 9A and 9B, in the installation position, the first positioning bracket 63 returns to the free state abutting against the limiting block 611 on the inner side installation bracket 61 under the action of the spring 66 of the first positioning bracket 63 after passing through the platform 52, the second positioning bracket 64 is always in the free state under the action of the spring 66 of the second positioning bracket, and the free ends of the first positioning bracket 63 and the second positioning bracket 64 are simultaneously contacted with the slope 521 of the platform 52 to generate self-locking, so as to limit the forward and backward movement of the seat base 1.
As shown in fig. 10A and 10B, in the descending position, an external force presses the seat base 1 against the action of the gas spring 62, the pressing rod 11 of the seat base 1 touches the tail features of the first positioning bracket 63 and the second positioning bracket 64, so that the first positioning bracket 63 and the second positioning bracket 64 rotate and tilt up, the protection wheel 67 starts to move up and away from the upper slide rail 5, abnormal sound is avoided from being generated during driving, and the locking position of fig. 4A and 4B is restored.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various changes may be made in the above embodiments of the present invention. All simple and equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the content of the specification of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present patent application. The invention has not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the invention.
