Referring to fig. 1 to 12, the present invention provides an adjustable charging pile for smart communities, which has the following technical scheme:
an adjustable electric pile that fills for wisdom community, includes base 1, fills electric pile 2 is installed at the top of base 1, fills and installs cable 5 in the electric pile 2, and the one end of cable 5 is connected with the rifle 6 that charges, fills and is provided with rotary mechanism, storage mechanism, pulling mechanism and clean mechanism on the electric pile 2.
The rotary mechanism comprises a connecting plate 3, a rotating ring 4, a rotating groove 7 and a sliding groove 8, wherein the connecting plate 3 is connected with the inside of the charging pile 2, the rotating ring 4 is embedded and installed on the connecting plate 3, a cable 5 is rotationally connected with an inner ring of the rotating ring 4, the rotating groove 7 and the sliding groove 8 are formed in the shell of the charging pile 2, the rotating groove 7 and the sliding groove 8 are rotationally connected with two arc-shaped rotating plates 9, the two arc-shaped rotating plates 9 are mutually connected through a buckle and are all provided with arc-shaped groove positions at the connecting positions, the cable 5 penetrates through the arc-shaped groove positions, and a pulling mechanism is connected in the arc-shaped groove positions.
After the user stops the car, according to the position of user's vehicle charging port, pulling or pushing cable 5 rotates, at this moment swivel becket 4 and two arc pivoted plates 9 that connect can follow cable 5 and rotate the direction of cable 5 to the position that is fit for the car charging port, pick up charging gun 6 and inject the charging port of car, owing to set up swivel becket 4, make cable 5 in-process with connecting plate 3 frictional force greatly reduced, and then reduced cable 5 receive the wearing and tearing of connecting plate 3 and reduce cable 5 because the top is rotatory and the below blocks and still lead to the fact cable 5 to produce the phenomenon of distortion, and along with cable 5 two arc pivoted plates 9 that rotate together can effectually block that outside wind and rain etc. material blows into the inside of filling electric pile 2, external influence to rotary mechanism has been reduced.
The wiping mechanism comprises an inserting block 20, a sleeve 21, a wiping plate 25, circular grooves 26 and an elastic scraping plate 29, wherein two inserting blocks 20 are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the charging pile 2, inserting plates 22 are slidably connected in the two inserting blocks 20, the sleeve 21 is fixedly connected between the two inserting plates 22, an inserting rod 23 is slidably connected in the sleeve 21, a first spring 24 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the sleeve 21, one end of the first spring 24 is contacted with the inserting rod 23, one end of the inserting rod 23, far away from the sleeve 21, is fixedly connected with the wiping plate 25, four circular grooves 26 are formed in the wiping plate 25, and second springs are fixedly connected in the four circular grooves 26. 40, four second springs. In the working state, when a user needs to charge the electric automobile in a rainy day, the user can press an umbrella and clamp the charging gun 6 into the clamping mechanism from bottom to top, then the user horizontally pulls the charging gun 6, pulls the inserting plate 22 out of the inserting block 20, scrapes the automobile body part above the charging port of the electric automobile from bottom to top by the elastic scraping plate 29 and the wiping cloth 30 connected to the round groove 26, erases the water above the charging port, pushes the charging gun 6 to squeeze the automobile body, the elastic scraping plate 29 and the wiping cloth 30 can squeeze the top plate to the wiping plate 25, finally the sucking disc 31 protrudes more than the elastic scraping plate 29 and the wiping cloth 30, so that the sucking disc 31 is adsorbed on the automobile body, then the charging gun 6 is inserted into the charging port, the user can simultaneously wipe the automobile body and insert the charging gun 6 in the charging process in the rainy day, the situation that the user can wipe the rainwater above the charging port well, and the rainwater above the charging port can be absorbed by the sucking disc 31, and the rainwater flow to the charging port can be reduced before the charging gun 6 is safely charged, and the rainwater flow down is safely.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the pulling mechanism includes an arc 10, an elastic band 13 and a clamping sleeve 14, the arc 10 is divided into two pieces and is clamped between the two arc rotating plates 9 together, one sides of the two arc 10 are fixedly connected with the elastic band 13, one ends of the two elastic bands 13 are fixedly connected with the clamping sleeve 14 together, and the clamping sleeve 14 is sleeved on the outer side of the cable 5.
When using the rifle 6 that charges, the user can directly pull out cable 5 to because the rifle 6 that charges among the prior art all contains the self-locking function, can not pull back by elastic band 13, and after using, the user only need put the rifle 6 that charges into the mouth of placing of rifle 6, elastic band 13 just can pull into the electric pile 2 with cable 5, and then in the charging process, cable 5 can not drag on ground, further embody for having reduced cable 5 because drag on ground and appear pedestrian or other article to step on the condition that presses and produce, protected cable 5, reduced cable 5's breakage rate, increase of service life.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, 6, 10 and 11, the storage mechanism includes a wire barrel 16, a connecting rod 17, a wire roller 18 and a wire receiving tube 19, the inner wall of the charging pile 2 is connected with a bracket, the bracket is connected with the wire receiving tube 19, the wire receiving tube 19 is internally inserted with a cable 5, the top of the connecting plate 3 is hinged with four elastic plates 15, the tops of the four elastic plates 15 are jointly hinged with the wire barrel 16, and the cable 5 is slidably connected in the wire barrel 16.
When the cable 5 is pulled back, the cable 5 can be retracted into the charging pile 2 along the inner wall of the wire-retracting tube 19, so that the cable 5 cannot be coiled or twisted together in the charging pile 2 after being retracted, the rubber surface of the cable 5 is further protected, and the service life of the cable 5 is prolonged.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 11, a plurality of groups of connecting rods 17 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the wire barrel 16, each group of connecting rods 17 is a group of connecting rods, a wire roller 18 is rotatably connected between each group of connecting rods 17, and the wire roller 18 contacts with the cable 5.
In the process of retracting the cable 5, the hinged wire guide cylinder 16 can shift to a certain extent according to the position and the angle of the cable 5, and the wire guide roller 18 arranged in the wire guide cylinder 16 facilitates the retraction of the cable 5, and a retraction direction is provided for the retraction of the cable 5, so that the cable 5 can be successfully retracted into the wire guide tube 19, further convenience is brought to the retraction of the cable 5, and convenience and rapidness are realized.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, a snap ring 901 is provided at a connection portion between the arc-shaped rotating plate 9 and the arc-shaped plate 10, and an arc-shaped groove corresponding to the snap ring 901 is provided on the arc-shaped plate 10.
When installing the arc 10, only need with arc 10 card advance in the snap ring 901, then with two arc rotation plates 9 through the buckle on again, when installing arc rotation plate 9 then, also can install two arcs 10 to the displacement of arc 10 horizontal direction is lived to effectual restriction, makes arc 10 use more conveniently.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, inclined blocks 101 and inclined grooves 102 are respectively provided at upper and lower connection portions of two arc plates 10, the inclined blocks 101 are engaged with the inclined grooves 102, and a cleaning mechanism is provided in the arc plate 10.
In the process of withdrawing the cable 5, the cable 5 can pass through the cleaning mechanism in the arc-shaped plate 10 to clean the moisture on the surface of the cable 5 or sundries such as windings, so that the surface of the cable 5 is kept clean, the pollution and abrasion of the sundries on the rubber surface of the cable 5 are further reduced, and the use of the cable 5 is prolonged.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the cleaning mechanism includes an arc-shaped blade 11 and an arc-shaped brush 12, and the arc-shaped blade 11 and the arc-shaped brush 12 are both two and are inserted into the two arc-shaped plates 10.

As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the clamping mechanism includes 601, a connecting block 32, slot positions 33, first clamping blocks 34 and second clamping blocks 37, one end of the sleeve 21 away from the inserting rod 23 is fixedly connected with the connecting block 32, two slot positions 33 are symmetrically provided on the connecting block 32, the first clamping blocks 34 are hinged in the two slot positions 33, connecting grooves 36 are provided at the bottoms of the two first clamping blocks 34, the second clamping blocks 37 are hinged in the two connecting grooves 36, elastic pieces are fixedly connected between the second clamping blocks 37 and the first clamping blocks 34, one sides of the two first clamping blocks 34 are fixedly connected with inserting holes 38, inserting rods 39 are movably inserted in the two inserting holes 38, arc grooves 35 are provided on the two first clamping blocks 34, and 601 are fixedly connected in the arc grooves 35.
When the elastic scraping plate 29 and the wiping cloth 30 are required to be used for wiping rainwater, the two second clamping blocks 37 are jacked up from bottom to top by using the charging gun 6, the charging gun 6 is clamped into the arc-shaped groove 35, then the two second clamping blocks 37 are downwards sprung, the charging gun 6 is clamped between the two first clamping blocks 34, when the charging gun 6 is required to be taken out after the use is finished, the inserting rod 39 is pulled out of the inserting hole 38, the inserting rod 23 is lifted up again, at the moment, the two hinged first clamping blocks 34 are upwards folded, so that the charging gun 6 can leave the clamping mechanism, further, the wiping mechanism is quite convenient to use, and a user is more convenient and safe when the user needs to charge in rainy days.
In a natural state, the sleeve 21 is inserted between the two inserting blocks 20 by the inserting plate 22, at this time, a user can put the cable 5 which is too long pulled on the top of the sleeve 21 and the inserting blocks 20, the cable 5 which is too long pulled out is prevented from being pulled on the ground, the condition that the cable 5 is stepped on is reduced, and therefore the cable 5 can be protected, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.

When a user needs to charge the electric automobile in a rainy day, the user can open an umbrella and clamp the charging gun 6 into the clamping mechanism from bottom to top, then the user horizontally pulls the charging gun 6, pulls the inserting plate 22 out of the inserting block 20, scrapes the automobile body part above the charging port of the electric automobile from bottom to top by the elastic scraping plate 29 and the wiping cloth 30 connected on the round groove 26, erases the water above the charging port, pushes the charging gun 6 to squeeze the automobile body, the elastic scraping plate 29 and the wiping cloth 30 can squeeze the top plate to move towards the wiping plate 25, finally the sucking disc 31 is enabled to protrude more than the elastic scraping plate 29 and the wiping cloth 30, so that the sucking disc 31 is adsorbed on the automobile body, and then the charging gun 6 is inserted into the charging port, so that the user can simultaneously wipe the automobile body and insert the charging gun 6 in the rainy day, the user can wipe the rainwater above the charging port well, and can absorb the water above the charging port by utilizing the sucking disc 31 to adsorb the water on the automobile body, the rainwater flowing down to the charging port can be prevented from flowing down before the charging gun 6 is charged in the rainy day. In a natural state, the sleeve 21 is inserted between the two inserting blocks 20 by the inserting plate 22, at this time, a user can put the cable 5 which is too long pulled on the top of the sleeve 21 and the inserting blocks 20, the cable 5 which is too long pulled out is prevented from being pulled on the ground, the condition that the cable 5 is stepped on is reduced, and therefore the cable 5 can be protected, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.
When the charging gun 6 is used, a user can directly pull out the cable 5, and because the charging gun 6 in the prior art has a self-locking function, the cable 5 cannot be pulled back by the elastic band 13, and after the charging gun 6 is used, the user only needs to put the charging gun 6 into a placement opening of the charging gun 6, the elastic band 13 can pull the cable 5 into the charging pile 2, and further, the cable 5 cannot be pulled on the ground in the charging process, the situation that pedestrians or other objects are stepped on by pulling the cable 5 on the ground is further reduced, the cable 5 is protected, the breakage rate of the cable 5 is reduced, the service life is prolonged, in the process of retracting the cable 5, the hinged wire guide cylinder 16 can shift to a certain extent according to the position and the angle of the cable 5, and the wire guide roller 18 arranged in the wire guide cylinder 16 facilitates the retraction of the cable 5, the cable 5 is retracted, a retracting direction is provided for the cable 5 to be successfully retracted into the collecting tube 19, the cable 5 is further convenient to be received, the cable 5 is convenient and quick, in the process of retracting the cable 5, the cable 5 can pass through the cleaning mechanism in the arc plate 10, moisture or sundries such as winding and the like on the surface of the cable 5 are cleaned, the surface of the cable 5 is kept clean, the pollution and abrasion of the sundries to the rubber skin of the cable 5 are further reduced, the use of the cable 5 is prolonged, when the two arc plates 10 and the cleaning mechanism are replaced, after the buckles on the arc rotating plates 9 are released, the arc rotating plates 9 are pulled, then the two arc plates 10 are separated, the arc scraping plates 11 and the arc brushes 12 are pulled out of the arc plates 10, the arc scraping plates 11 and the arc brushes 12 are inserted into the arc plates 10 and the two arc plates 10 are combined together to be clamped in the clamping ring 901, the two arc-shaped rotating plates 9 are buckled by the buckle, so that the two arc-shaped plates 10 are fixed while the arc-shaped rotating plates 9 are buckled, and the novel rotary table is simple and effective in structure and convenient to install and replace.
The electric elements are all connected with an external main controller and 220V mains supply through a transformer, and the main controller can be conventional known equipment for controlling a computer and the like.
