相关技术的混合动力变速箱系统结构复杂,传动效率低,且在车辆低速行驶时,冷却油难以满足电机的降温需求,电机温度容易过高,影响车辆性能。
发明内容
鉴于此,本申请提供一种车辆混合动力总成、控制方法及车辆,具有更简单的结构并能够防止电机过热。

本申请实施例提供的车辆混合动力总成,通过将两个电机与发动机结合,无需结合现有的发动机变速箱,结构简单,传动效率高。而且在车辆低速行驶时,可通过发动机驱动车辆,为车辆提供较大的扭矩,避免造成电机过热,在车辆高速行驶时,可通过第二电机驱动,两档齿轮组能够满足车辆的不同速度需求,在发动机和电机同时工作时,发动机可驱动第一电机发电,进而在车辆行驶的过程中为蓄电池充电,增加车辆的续航里程。本申请中的两个输出轴可以使车辆处于前驱状态或四驱状态,驾驶时可以根据需要调整车辆为前驱模式或四驱模式,满足不同的驾驶需求。

在本申请实施例中,所涉及的“差速器”一般指的是用于汽车的齿轮式差速器或防滑差速器,所涉及的离合器的第一部分指的是离合器的主动部分,包括飞轮、离合器盖和压盘,所涉及的离合器的第二部分指的是离合器的从动部分,包括从动盘和从动轴。

本申请实施例提供的车辆混合动力总成,通过将两个电机与发动机结合,无需结合现有的发动机变速箱,结构简单,传动效率高。而且在车辆低速行驶时,可通过发动机3驱动车辆,为车辆提供较大的扭矩,避免造成电机过热,在车辆高速行驶时,可通过第二电机5驱动,两档齿轮组能够满足车辆的不同速度需求,在发动机3和两个电机同时工作时,发动机3可驱动第一电机4发电,进而在车辆行驶的过程中为蓄电池1充电,增加车辆的续航里程。本申请中的两个输出轴可以使车辆处于前驱状态或四驱状态,驾驶时可以根据需要调整车辆为前驱模式或四驱模式,满足不同的驾驶需求。
为使本申请的技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
如图1-2所示,该车辆混合动力总成包括蓄电池1、逆变器2、发动机3和变速箱,其中变速箱包括第一电机4和第二电机5,第一电机4和第二电机5均与逆变器2电连接,逆变器2与蓄电池1电连接,蓄电池1通过逆变器2为第一电机4和第二电机5供电,或仅为第二电机5供电,发动机3与变速箱相连,第一电机4和第二电机5被设置在变速箱内,以将动力输出至车辆的前传动轴11和后传动轴12。
具体地,参见图1-2,该变速箱还包括第一离合器6、第二离合器7、第一输入轴8、第二输入轴9、中间轴10、第一输出轴25、第二输出轴26、后驱动轴27、一档齿轮组15、二档齿轮组16、三档齿轮组17、四档齿轮组18、第一螺旋伞齿轮组23和第二螺旋伞齿轮组24。其中第一离合器6的第一部分与发动机3相连,第一离合器6的第二部分与第一输入轴8相连,第二离合器7的第一部分与中间轴10相连,第二离合器7的第二部分与后驱动轴27相连。当第一离合器6被配置为接合状态时,前传动轴11,发动机3输出的动力可传递至第一输入轴8,当第二离合器7被配置为接合状态时,中间轴10输出的动力可传递至后驱动轴27。第一输入轴8、第二输入轴9与中间轴10平行设置,第一输出轴25和第二输出轴26垂直于中间轴10。第一输入轴8通过一档齿轮组15或二档齿轮组16传动至中间轴10,第二输入轴9通过三档齿轮组17或四档齿轮组18传动至中间轴10,中间轴10通过第一螺旋伞齿轮组23传动至第一输出轴25,后驱动轴27通过第二螺旋伞齿轮组24传动至第二输出轴26。
需要说明的是,第一电机4为发电电动机,第二电机5为电动机。当发动机3工作且第一离合器6接合时,第一离合器6的第二部分旋转,同时第一离合器6的第二部分被配置为第一电机4的转子,使接入负载的第一电机4处于发电状态,其产生的电能可通过逆变器2储存至蓄电池1中。若此时第二电机5处于工作状态,第一电机4产生的电能可通过逆变器2直接传递给第二电机5,或通过逆变器2储存至蓄电池1中,蓄电池1再通过逆变器2给第二电机5供电。
当发动机3工作且第一离合器6时,发动机3产生的动力传递至输入轴8,此时第一电机4不工作,即第一电机4未接入负载,第一电机4只产生极小的电能,进而只对发动机3施加极小的负载。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1-3所示,该车辆混合动力总成还包括前差速器13和后差速器14,第一输出轴25的输出端设置有前输出齿轮组19,第二输出轴26的输出端设置有后输出齿轮组20,第一输出轴25和第二输出轴26分别通过前输出齿轮组19和后输出齿轮组20传动至前差速器13和后差速器14,以带动前传动轴11和后传动轴12。其中前差速器13和后差速器14能够使其两侧的传动轴以不同的速度旋转,满足车辆曲线行驶时的需要。
具体地,如图1-3所示,一档齿轮组15包括一档主动轮151和一档从动轮152,二档齿轮组16包括二档主动轮161和二档从动轮162,一档主动轮151和二档主动轮161分别与第一输入轴8固定连接,一档从动轮152和二档从动轮162分别与中间轴10可旋转连接。当第一输入轴8旋转时,一档主动轮151、一档从动轮152、二档主动轮161和二档从动轮162旋转,中间轴10可随一档从动轮152或二档从动轮162旋转。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1-3所示,三档齿轮组17包括三档主动轮171和三档从动轮172,四档齿轮组18包括四档主动轮181和四档从动轮182,三档主动轮171和四档主动轮181分别与第二输入轴9固定连接,三档从动轮172和四档从动轮182分别与中间轴10可旋转连接。当第二输入轴9旋转时,中间轴10可随三档从动轮172或四档从动轮182旋转。
可以理解的是,为实现变速箱在一档至四档之间的切换,一档从动轮152与二档从动轮162之间设置有第一同步器21,三档从动轮172与四档从动轮182之间设置有第二同步器22。当第一同步器21与一档从动轮152接合时,第一输入轴8通过一档齿轮组15将动力传递至中间轴10;当第一同步器21与二档从动轮162接合时,第一输入轴8通过二档齿轮组16将动力传递至中间轴10;当第二同步器22与三档从动轮172接合时,第二输入轴9通过三档齿轮组17将动力输出至中间轴10;当第二同步器22与四档从动轮182接合时,第二输入轴9通过四档齿轮组18将动力输出至中间轴10。当第一同步器21位于一档从动轮152与二档从动轮162之间,且第二同步器22位于三档从动轮172与四档从动轮182之间时,车辆处于空挡状态,中间轴10在惯性作用下旋转。
需要说明的是,第一同步器21和第二同步器22由车辆的换挡操纵机构控制,可使第一同步器21与一档从动轮152或二档从动轮162接合,或使第二同步器22与三档从动轮172或四档从动轮182接合。
本申请实施例还提供了一种车辆混合动力总成控制方法,由整车控制器控制上述的车辆混合动力总成。该车辆混合动力总成控制方法包括:
将该车辆混合动力总成配置为发动机模式,包括:控制发动机3工作,第一电机4和第二电机5不工作,第一离合器6接合,第一同步器21与一档从动轮152或二档从动轮162接合,第二同步器22处于中间位置。在车辆起步或爬坡时,车辆需要较大的扭矩,整车控制器可将车辆混合动力总成配置为发动机模式,由发动机3为车辆提供动力,避免第一电机4或第二电机5过热,影响车辆的整体性能和安全,提高电机的使用寿命。在车辆以相对较低的速度行驶时,整车控制器控制换挡操纵机构使第一同步器21与一档从动轮152接合,中间轴10能够输出较大的扭矩和较低的转速;在车辆以相对较高的速度行驶时,整车控制器控制换挡操纵机构使第一同步器21与二档从动轮162接合,中间轴10能够输出较小的扭矩和较高的转速。
需要说明的是,上述发动机模式还可包括控制第二离合器7接合。通过此方式,中间轴10输出的动力通过后驱动轴27传递至第二输出轴26,从而驱动车辆的后传动轴12,实现四轮驱动,进一步增加车辆的动力。并且,在发动机模式下,作为第一电机4的转子的第一离合器6的第二部分在发动机3的作用下旋转,第一电机4不工作,即第一电机4未接入负载,转子的旋转不会增大发动机3的负载。
在本申请的一些实施例中,该车辆混合动力总成控制方法还可包括:
将车辆混合动力总成配置为纯电动模式,包括:控制第二电机5工作,发动机3和第一电机4不工作,第一离合器6接合,第二同步器22与三档从动轮172或四档从动轮182接合,第一同步器21处于中间位置。
需要说明的是,上述纯电动模式还可包括控制第二离合器7接合。通过此方式,中间轴10输出的动力通过后驱动轴27传递至第二输出轴26,从而驱动车辆的后传动轴12,实现四轮驱动,进一步增加车辆的动力。
在本申请的一些实施例中,该车辆混合动力总成控制方法还可包括:
将车辆混合动力总成配置为第一混合动力模式,包括:控制发动机3、第一电机4和第二发动机5工作,第一离合器6接合,第二同步器22与三档从动轮172或四档从动轮182接合,第一同步器21处于中间位置。通过此方法,第二电机5输出的动力可传递至第一输出轴25,当车辆以相对较低的速度行驶时,整车控制器控制换挡操纵机构使第二同步器22与三档从动轮172接合,中间轴10能够输出相对较低的转速;在车辆以相对较高的速度行驶时,整车控制器控制换挡操纵机构使第二同步器22与四档从动轮182接合,中间轴10能够输出相对较高的转速。同时,第一离合器6的第二部分旋转,使第一电机4处于发电状态,第一电机4产生的电能通过逆变器2储存在蓄电池1中。在蓄电池1剩余电能不充足的情况下,此方法可为蓄电池1补充电能,延长车辆的行驶里程,满足长途行驶的需要。
需要说明的是,上述第一混合动力模式还可包括控制第二离合器7接合。通过此方式,中间轴10输出的动力通过后驱动轴27传递至第二输出轴26,从而驱动车辆的后传动轴12,实现四轮驱动,进一步增加车辆的动力。
在本申请的一些实施例中,该车辆混合动力总成控制方法还可包括:
将车辆混合动力总成配置为第二混合动力模式,包括:控制发动机3、第一电机4和第二发动机5工作,第一离合器6接合,第一同步器21与一档从动轮152且第二同步器22与三档从动轮172结合,或第一同步器21与二档从动轮162接合且第二同步器22与四档从动轮182接合。其中,一档从动轮152与三档从动轮172具有相同的转速,二档从动轮162与四档从动轮182具有相同的转速。在车辆需要较大的动力时,可将车辆调整为第二混合动力模式,此时发动机3、第一电机4和第二电机5均将动力输出至中间轴10,当车辆以相对较低的速度行驶时,整车控制器控制换挡操纵机构使第一同步器21与一档从动轮152接合,第二同步器22与三档同步器172接合,中间轴10能够输出相对较低的转速;在车辆以相对较高的速度行驶时,整车控制器控制换挡操纵机构使第一同步器21与二档从动轮162接合,第二同步器22与四档从动轮182接合,中间轴10能够输出相对较高的转速。此方法可为车辆提供更大动力,可以满足驾驶时对车辆较大的动力的需求。
需要说明的是,上述第二混合动力模式还可包括控制第二离合器7接合。通过此方式,中间轴10输出的动力通过后驱动轴27传递至第二输出轴26,从而驱动车辆的后传动轴12,实现四轮驱动,进一步增加车辆的动力。
此外,本申请实施例还提供了一种车辆,该车辆包括上述的车辆混合动力总成,并能够执行上述的车辆混合动力总成控制方法。当该车辆处于行驶的起步阶段或爬坡时,整车控制器自动将车辆动力总成调整为发动机模式,为车辆提供更大的动力。并且随着车辆行驶速度的增加,整车控制器控制换挡机构使第一同步器21与二档从动轮162接合,以提高车辆的行驶速度并降低发动机3的油耗。当该车辆在正常路况下行驶时,整车控制器可自动将车辆动力总成调整为纯电动模式或第一混合动力模式,以提高车辆的行驶速度并降低油耗。在车辆需要以较大的动力行驶时,整车控制器可将车辆动力总成调整为第二混合动力模式,发动机3、第一电机4和第二电机5共同驱动车辆,使车辆获得更大的加速度,满足驾驶需要。
综上,本申请实施例提供的车辆混合动力总成,无需将电机结合到现有的变速箱中,具有更简单的结构,占用了更小的空间,降低了整车设计的难度。本申请实施例提供的车辆混合动力总成控制方法,可以将车辆混合动力总成配置为发动机模式、纯电动模式、第一混合动力模式或第二混合动力模式,并能够根据车辆行驶情况或驾驶员的需要调整为相应的驾驶模式,节约电能,降低油耗,增加车辆的续航里程,为驾驶员带来更好的驾驶体验。在发动机模式下,车辆动力总成能够通过发动机3输出相对较大的扭矩,满足车辆起步或爬坡时动力需求,同时第一电机4和第二电机5不工作,避免了电机因负载过大而温度过高,提高车辆的性能和电机的使用寿命。在发动机模式、纯电动模式、第一混合动力模式或第二混合动力模式下,整车控制器均可控制第二离合器7接合,车辆的后传动轴12,实现四轮驱动,使车辆获得更大的动力,以满足不同情况下的驾驶需求。
在本申请中,术语“第一”和“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。术语“多个”指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。

2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述车辆混合动力总成还包括前差速器(13)和后差速器(14),所述第一输出轴(25)的输出端设置有前输出齿轮组(19),所述第二输出轴(26)的输出端设置有后输出齿轮组(20),所述第一输出轴(25)和第二输出轴(26)分别通过所述前输出齿轮组(19)和所述后输出齿轮组(20)传动至所述前差速器(13)和后差速器(14),以带动前传动轴(11)和后传动轴(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述一档齿轮组(15)包括一档主动轮(151)和一档从动轮(152),所述二档齿轮组(16)包括二档主动轮(161)和二档从动轮(162),所述一档主动轮(151)和所述二档主动轮(161)分别与所述第一输入轴(8)固定连接,所述一档从动轮(152)和所述二档从动轮(162)分别与所述中间轴(10)可旋转连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述三档齿轮组(17)包括三档主动轮(171)和三档从动轮(172),所述四档齿轮组(18)包括四档主动轮(181)和四档从动轮(182),所述三档主动轮(171)和所述四档主动轮(181)分别与所述第二输入轴(9)固定连接,所述三档从动轮(172)和所述四档从动轮(182)分别与所述中间轴(10)可旋转连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述一档从动轮(152)与所述二档从动轮(162)之间设置有第一同步器(21),所述三档从动轮(172)与所述四档从动轮(182)之间设置有第二同步器(22)。
6.一种车辆混合动力总成控制方法,其特征在于,由整车控制器控制如权利要求5所述的车辆混合动力总成,所述方法包括:
将所述车辆混合动力总成配置为发动机模式,包括:控制所述发动机(3)工作,所述第一电机(4)和所述第二电机(5)不工作,所述第一离合器(6)接合,所述第一同步器(21)与一档从动轮(152)或二档从动轮(162)接合,所述第二同步器(22)处于中间位置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车辆混合动力总成控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
将所述车辆混合动力总成配置为纯电动模式,包括:控制所述第二电机(5)工作,所述发动机(3)和所述第一电机(4)不工作,所述第一离合器(6)接合,所述第二同步器(22)与所述三档从动轮(172)或四档从动轮(182)接合,所述第一同步器(21)处于中间位置。
8.根据权利要求6所述的车辆混合动力总成控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
将所述车辆混合动力总成配置为第一混合动力模式,包括:控制所述发动机(3)、所述第一电机(4)和所述第二电机(5)工作,所述第一离合器(6)接合,所述第二同步器(22)与所述三档从动轮(172)或四档从动轮(182)接合,所述第一同步器(21)处于中间位置。
9.根据权利要求6所述的车辆混合动力总成控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
将所述车辆混合动力总成配置为第二混合动力模式,包括:控制所述发动机(3)、所述第一电机(4)和所述第二电机(5)工作,所述第一离合器(6)接合,所述第一同步器(21)与一档从动轮(152)且所述第二同步器(22)与所述三档从动轮(172)结合,或所述第一同步器(21)与所述二档从动轮(162)接合且所述第二同步器(22)与所述四档从动轮(182)接合;
其中,所述一档从动轮(152)与所述三档从动轮(172)具有相同的转速,所述二档从动轮(162)与所述四档从动轮(182)具有相同的转速。
10.一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆包括如权利要求1-5任一项所述的车辆混合动力总成。
