The salt dissolving device capable of continuously providing crude salt water with stable concentration is characterized by comprising a base (1), a salt dissolving barrel (2), an electronic metering feeder (3), a salt dissolving bin (4), a settling bin (5), a salt dissolving bin water inlet pipe (6), a plurality of settling bin water inlet pipes (7), a plurality of bottom pure water outlets (8), a plurality of first baffling plates (9), a plurality of desilting water outlets (10), a first overflow port (11) and a second overflow port (12), wherein the salt dissolving barrel (2) is arranged at the top of the base (1), the electronic metering feeder (3) is arranged at the top of the salt dissolving barrel (2), the salt dissolving bin (4) is arranged inside the salt dissolving barrel (2), the settling bin (5) is arranged around the salt dissolving bin (4), the salt dissolving bin water inlet pipe (6) is arranged at the middle part of the salt dissolving bin (4) in an extending manner and at the middle part and the bottom of the salt dissolving bin (4), a plurality of middle parts of the salt dissolving bin water inlet pipes (6) are arranged at the inner wall of the salt dissolving bin (6) and the inner walls of the first baffling plates (8) are arranged at the bottom of the salt dissolving bin (4) in sequence, the sedimentation bin water inlet pipes (7) extend to the bottom of the salt melting barrel (2) and are respectively arranged between the adjacent first baffling plates (9), the dredging water outlets (10) are respectively arranged at the lower sides of the sedimentation bin water inlet pipes (7), the first overflow ports (11) are arranged on the wall surface of the salt dissolving bin (4), and the second overflow ports (12) are arranged on the side wall of the sedimentation bin (5); an online baume densimeter (17) is arranged at the second overflow port (12); the online Baume densitometer (17) and the electronic metering feeder (3) are both connected with a PLC control system.
