The invention relates to a remote water film-forming foam fire extinguishing device, which is characterized in that when in work, the output end of a proportional mixer 8 is connected with the input end of a fire-fighting system, foam stock solution is stored in a cavity of a storage tank 1 and is positioned below a floating plate 12, water is input through the input end of the proportional mixer 8, part of water is conveyed into the cavity of the storage tank 1 and is positioned above the floating plate 12 through a water inlet pipe 7 and a first communication pipe 6, the floating plate 12 moves downwards due to the pressure effect because the inside of the storage tank 1 is in a closed state, meanwhile, the pressure below the floating plate 12 is changed, the foam stock solution below the floating plate 12 is squeezed into the proportional mixer 8 through a second communication pipe 10 and a liquid outlet pipe 11, the water in the proportional mixer 8 is mixed with the foam stock solution and is sprayed out through the output end of the proportional mixer 8, when the floating plate 12 moves to the bottom of the cavity of the storage tank 1 and drains water above the floating plate 12, a second drain pipe 18 is moved upwards, first drain pipe 15 suit is on second drain pipe 18, a plurality of groups wash port 19 suit is to first drain pipe 15 in, later open solenoid valve 16, the water of kickboard 12 top is carried outside to the cavity through first drain pipe 15 and second drain pipe 18, the water of kickboard 12 top plays the cleaning action to 1 cavity of storage tank simultaneously, the air is carried to 1 cavity of storage tank in through trachea 13, be used for adjusting 1 cavity internal pressure of storage tank, when adding the foam stoste in 1 cavity of storage tank, the foam stoste is carried to 1 cavity of storage tank in through inlet pipe 4, because of pressure and buoyancy effect, drive kickboard 12 rebound.
According to the remote water film-forming foam fire extinguishing device, the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the device can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects are achieved; the proportioner 8, the electromagnetic valve 16, the filter screen 20, the gate valve 35 and the pressure gauge 38 of the remote water film-forming foam fire extinguishing device are purchased from the market, and technicians in the industry only need to install and operate according to the attached operating instructions.

A remote water film-forming foam fire extinguishing device is characterized by comprising a storage tank (1), a first connecting pipe (2), a second connecting pipe (3), a feeding pipe (4), a first mounting seat (5), a first communicating pipe (6), a water inlet pipe (7), a proportioner (8), a support (9), a second communicating pipe (10), a liquid outlet pipe (11), a floating plate (12), a ventilating pipe (13) and a water draining mechanism, wherein a cavity is arranged inside the storage tank (1), the first connecting pipe (2) is arranged on the storage tank (1) and communicated with the cavity, the second connecting pipe (3) is arranged on the storage tank (1) and communicated with the cavity, the feeding pipe (4) is arranged on the storage tank (1) and communicated with the cavity, the first mounting seat (5) is arranged on the second connecting pipe (3), the first communicating pipe (6) is arranged on the first mounting seat (5) and communicated with the cavity, the first communicating pipe (6) is communicated with the proportional mixer (8) through a water inlet pipe (7), the proportioner (8) is arranged on a bracket (9), the bracket (9) is fixedly arranged on the storage tank (1), the second communicating pipe (10) is arranged on the first mounting seat (5) and communicated with the chamber, the second communicating pipe (10) extends to the bottom of the cavity of the storage tank (1), the second communicating pipe (10) is communicated with the proportional mixer (8) through a liquid outlet pipe (11), the floating plate (12) is arranged in the cavity of the storage tank (1) and slides relatively, the floating plate (12) is connected with the second communicating pipe (10) in a sliding way, the vent pipe (13) is arranged on the first mounting seat (5) and is communicated with the chamber, the water draining mechanism is arranged on the storage tank (1) and is used for draining water above the floating plate (12).

A remote aqueous filming foam fire extinguishing apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the water discharge mechanism includes a first water discharge pipe (15), a solenoid valve (16), a second mounting seat (17), and a second water discharge pipe (18), a groove (14) is arranged on the floating plate (12), the first drainage pipe (15) is arranged on the floating plate (12) and penetrates through the floating plate (12), the electromagnetic valve (16) is arranged on the first drain pipe (15) and is positioned in the groove (14), the second mounting seat (17) is mounted on the first connecting pipe (2), the second water discharge pipe (18) is mounted on the second mounting seat (17) and communicated with the cavity, the second drain pipe (18) is connected with the second mounting seat (17) in a sliding mode, a plurality of groups of drain holes (19) are formed in the second drain pipe (18), and the plurality of groups of drain holes (19) are located in a cavity of the storage tank (1).
3. A remote water-filming foam fire extinguishing apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising a filter net (20), the filter net (20) being installed on the second communicating pipe (10) and located inside the chamber of the storage tank (1).
4. A remote aqueous filming foam fire extinguishing apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising a vent valve (21), the vent valve (21) being mounted on the vent pipe (13).

A remote water filming foam fire extinguishing apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising a manhole (22), a sealing plate (23), bolts (24) and handles (25), the manhole (22) being installed on the storage tank (1) and communicating with the chamber, the sealing plate (23) being installed on the manhole (22) by a plurality of sets of bolts (24), the handles (25) being fixedly installed on the sealing plate (23).

A remote water film-forming foam fire extinguishing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a moving frame (26), a pushing handle (27), and a moving mechanism, wherein the storage tank (1) is fixedly mounted on the moving frame (26), the pushing handle (27) is fixedly mounted on the moving frame (26), and the moving mechanism is mounted on the moving frame (26).

A remote water film-forming foam fire extinguishing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the moving mechanism comprises a caster wheel mounting seat (28), a rotating plate (29), caster wheels (30), a column (31), a spring (32), a first nut (33) and a locking plate (34), the caster wheel mounting seat (28) is fixedly mounted on the moving frame (26), the rotating plate (29) is mounted on the caster wheel mounting seat (28) and rotates relatively, the caster wheels (30) are mounted on the rotating plate (29) and rotate relatively, the column (31) is rotatably connected with the rotating plate (29), the spring (32) is sleeved on the column (31) and connected with the caster wheel mounting seat (28), the first nut (33) is screwed on the column (31), and the locking plate (34) is mounted on the caster wheel mounting seat (28).
8. A remote aqueous filming foam fire extinguishing apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising gate valves (35), four sets of said gate valves (35) being mounted to the feed pipe (4), the feed pipe (7), the exit pipe (11) and the second drain pipe (18), respectively.

A remote hydrofilming foam fire extinguishing unit as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a fixing ring (36) and a second nut (37), the fixing ring (36) being mounted on the rack (9) casserole, the fixing ring (36) serving as a fixing for the scale mixer (8), the second nut (37) being screwed onto the fixing ring (36).
10. A remote aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a pressure gauge (38), the pressure gauge (38) being fixedly mounted on the storage tank (1) and communicating with the chamber.
