Alternatively, the locking portion may be a manual latch operable on the exterior of the container to facilitate manual locking and unlocking by a user. Preferably, the locking portion is an electromagnetic lock, that is, the magnetic end of the electromagnetic lock can attract the cover 100 in a closed state, when the device using the flip mechanism cannot work due to a fault, the cover 100 can be unlocked through power failure, and meanwhile, when the device cannot work due to abnormal power failure, the magnetic lock can be unlocked directly, so that the situation that the cover 100 cannot be unlocked is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the cover 100 is provided with the connecting rod 3, the connecting rod 3 is used for connecting the cover 100 with the connecting portion 1, the connecting rod 3 extends away from the hinge shaft 300, the connecting portion 1 is connected with one end of the connecting rod 3 away from the hinge shaft 300, and the connecting rod 3 can increase the length of the force arm between the hinge shaft 300 and the connecting portion 1, so as to reduce the output power of the traction portion 2 during the flip operation.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, only one pulling portion 2, one connecting portion 1 and one connecting rod 3 are used as the driving chain to pull the cover body 100 to turn, wherein the connecting rod 3 is disposed at the middle section of the cover body 100 along the extending direction of the hinge shaft 300, and accordingly, the axial directions of the pulling portion 2 and the connecting portion 1 are both substantially in the plane of the axial direction of the connecting rod 3. Of course, in other alternative embodiments, more than two of the above-mentioned transmission chain traction covers 100 may be used for turning over, and are not limited herein.
In order to facilitate the operation stroke of the control part, in the present embodiment, the flip mechanism further includes a first detecting part (not shown in the figure) capable of being triggered when the cover 100 is at the covering position, and the first detecting part is electrically connected to the traction part 2. Further, the lid-turning mechanism may further include a second detecting portion (not shown in the figure) capable of being triggered when the lid 100 is at the preset open position, and the second detecting portion is electrically connected to the pulling portion 2.
The first detecting portion and the second detecting portion may be proximity/contact switches, reflective/reflective photoelectric switches, and the like, which are not limited herein, and the arrangement and control method, circuit connection structure, and the like based on the components that can be used as the first detecting portion and the second detecting portion are all the prior art and are not described herein again.
Based on the above-mentioned flip mechanism, the present embodiment further provides a cleaning and disinfecting apparatus, which includes the above-mentioned flip mechanism and a spraying mechanism disposed on one side of the cover 100 facing the container. The container is a basin body used for accommodating medical instruments (such as an endoscope and the like) to be cleaned, disinfectant can be injected into the basin body to disinfect the medical instruments, and after disinfection is finished, the spraying mechanism can spray clean water to wash the medical instruments.
In the spraying operation of the spraying mechanism, the spraying mechanism continues to work to cause an injury accident and spray water to splash outwards after the door body is opened by misoperation of a user, the spraying mechanism is electrically connected with a first detection part which can be triggered when the cover body 100 is located at a cover closing position, so that when the first detection part detects that the door body is opened, an output signal can be output, and the spraying mechanism is stopped in time.
