A tobacco leaf bulk curing barn with a turnover circulating fan comprises a drying chamber and is characterized by further comprising an air source heat pump, a fan turnover mechanism, a heating assembly and a controller, wherein the drying chamber comprises a tobacco containing chamber and a heating chamber, a partition plate is arranged between the tobacco containing chamber and the heating chamber, the top and the bottom of the partition plate are respectively provided with an upper air inlet and a lower air inlet, two sides of the top of the drying chamber are provided with upper moisture discharging windows, the upper moisture discharging windows are communicated with the tobacco containing chamber, two sides of the bottom of the drying chamber are provided with lower moisture discharging windows, and the lower moisture discharging windows are communicated with the tobacco containing chamber; the fan turnover mechanism comprises a circulating fan arranged in the heating chamber, a control motor is arranged on one side of the circulating fan and fixed in the heating chamber, rotating shafts are horizontally fixed on two sides of the circulating fan respectively, the output end of the control motor is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft on one side of the circulating fan, the rotating shaft on the other side of the circulating fan is rotatably sleeved on the inner side wall of the heating chamber, a controller is arranged on the outer side wall of the heating chamber and is in control connection with the control motor and the circulating fan, and a fresh air valve is arranged on the side surface of the heating chamber; the heating assembly comprises a condenser arranged below the circulating fan, the air source heat pump is arranged outside the heating chamber, the output end of the air source heat pump is hermetically connected with the input end of the condenser, the air source heat pump is in control connection with the controller, and a heating wire is arranged below the condenser.
2. The tobacco bulk curing barn with the reversible circulating fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the circulating fan is an axial fan.
3. The tobacco bulk curing barn with the turnover circulating fan as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotating shaft is fixed at the center of both sides of the axial flow fan.

The tobacco leaf bulk curing barn with the reversible circulating fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer end of the rotating shaft on the right side of the circulating fan is fixedly connected with the output end of the control motor, and the inner end of the rotating shaft on the right side of the circulating fan is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the circulating fan; the outer end of the rotating shaft on the left side of the circulating fan is rotatably sleeved on the inner side wall of the heating chamber, and the inner end of the rotating shaft on the left side of the circulating fan is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the circulating fan.

The tobacco leaf bulk curing barn with the reversible circulating fan as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a moisture removing channel, wherein the moisture removing channel is arranged on two sides of the bottom of the curing barn, the input end of the moisture removing channel is communicated with the tobacco containing chamber, and the lower moisture removing window is arranged at the output end of the moisture removing channel.
6. The tobacco leaf bulk curing barn with the reversible circulating fan as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a motor fixing frame, wherein the control motor is arranged on the motor fixing frame, and the motor fixing frame is fixed in the heating chamber.
7. The tobacco bulk curing barn with the turnover circulating fan according to claim 1, wherein an observation window is provided at one side of the curing barn.
8. The tobacco leaf bulk curing barn with the reversible circulating fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein a temperature sensor is arranged in the tobacco containing chamber.

The tobacco bulk curing barn with the reversible circulating fan as claimed in claim 8, wherein the interval time between the alternate operation of the air flow rising and the air flow falling is as follows: turning the tobacco leaves at the yellowing stage for 1 time at an interval of 1h by a circulating fan, wherein the temperature in a tobacco containing chamber is 40 ℃; the tobacco leaves are in a color fixing period, the circulating fan is turned for 1 time at intervals of 2h, and the temperature in the tobacco containing chamber is 50 degrees; the tobacco leaves are in the stem drying period, the circulating fan is turned for 1 time at intervals of 4h, and the temperature in the tobacco filling chamber is 68 ℃.
