Abstract

本发明实施例公开了去隔行插值方法、装置及系统,以及视频处理方法和存储介质。所述去隔行插值方法包括步骤:基于隔行视频数据进行运动检测获取待插值点的运动权值;进行静态插值获取所述待插值点的静态插值结果;进行动态插值获取所述待插值点的动态插值结果;以及基于所述运动权值对所述静态插值结果和所述动态插值结果进行叠加得到所述待插值点的像素值。本发明通过运动检测获取待插值点的运动权值且采用静态插值和动态插值相结合的方式,利用运动检测得到的运动权值对待插值点的静态插值结果和动态插值结果进行叠加最终得到待插值点的像素值,从而可以提升去隔行处理效果,实现隔行视频信号抖动剧烈情形下的有效去抖。
