The processing center is a server and is used for receiving and processing the information sent by each terminal and sending the processing result to the corresponding terminal. The processing center of the invention completes the comprehensive treatment of treatment examination items and sends the comprehensive treatment result to the user terminal so as to complete the comprehensive services of user consultation, examination and treatment sequencing, navigation, reservation and the like.
FIG. 2 shows the structure of a processing center of the present invention, comprising: the system comprises a CPU, a receiving and analyzing module, a common test and examination item module, a common treatment item module, an intelligent sequencing module, a navigation module and an appointment module.
The comprehensive treatment device for treatment and examination items of the invention is composed of the modules of the treatment center, and the module for completing consultation comprises:
the processing center receiving and analyzing module is used for receiving and storing the outpatient department form which is uploaded by the outpatient department terminal and contains the patient information; analyzing the clinic form to determine whether a common test item or a common treatment item exists in the clinic form;
the system comprises a common test examination item module, a user terminal and a query result module, wherein the common test examination item module is used for querying related knowledge of common test examination items in an outpatient form when determining that the common test examination items exist, and sending the queried query result containing the related knowledge items of the common test examination to the user terminal, for example, sending the queried result to the user terminal through a short message or a WeChat; the related knowledge of the present invention includes the attention, the inspection sequence, the waiting time, etc.
The frequently-used treatment item module is used for inquiring the related knowledge of the frequently-used treatment items in the outpatient form when the frequently-used examination treatment items exist, and sending the inquired inquiry result containing the treatment purpose and the common treatment response of the frequently-used treatment items to the user terminal, for example, sending the inquiry result to the user terminal through a short message or a WeChat.
In a specific example of the present invention, the processing center receives an analysis module, according to an inquiry request containing patient information sent by the user terminal, acquires an outpatient service form matching the patient information, and then analyzes the outpatient service form to determine whether a common laboratory examination item or a common treatment item exists in the outpatient service form. In this example, the user terminal is the terminal that issued the query request.
In addition, the patient can also use the inquiry terminal shown in fig. 1 to send out an inquiry request, the processing center performs inquiry processing on various inquiry requests of routine test items, routine treatment item sequencing and reservation according to the inquiry request, and sends the inquiry result to the inquiry terminal, so that the inquiry terminal can print the inquiry result.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the processing center receiving and analyzing module actively analyzes the clinic form, and determines whether a common test item or a common treatment item exists in the clinic form according to the patient information obtained by the analysis and the contents of the clinic form. In this example, the user terminal is a user terminal corresponding to the user information (usually including identity information, user communication address, such as mobile phone number, micro signal, QQ number, etc.) recorded in the outpatient form.
According to the first embodiment of the sequencing module of the processing center, after the patient selects the treatment examination items, the sequencing module performs appropriate classification and integration processing on all treatment examination item information (fasting, examination time, location distance), sequences and presents the treatment examination item information to the patient.
The sequencing module arranges the treatment examination sequence according to the treatment examination queuing information, the distance and the special requirements of the treatment examination (such as empty stomach, full bladder, empty bladder, large amount of drinking water and the like).
Firstly, a sequencing module acquires treatment examination queuing information, the distance from a patient to a treatment examination department and treatment examination requirements;
then, the sequencing module sequences different treatment examination items according to the acquired treatment examination queuing information, the distance from the patient to a treatment examination department and the treatment examination requirement.
The method comprises the steps of firstly calculating queuing waiting time of each treatment examination department and time of the patient to reach each treatment examination department according to queuing information of each treatment examination department and the distance of the patient to reach the treatment examination department, and adding the queuing waiting time and the time of the patient to reach each treatment examination department to obtain the time required by the patient to carry out various treatment examinations at present; then, the time required by each treatment check is weighted according to the special requirements of the treatment check, and the treatment checks are sequenced.
For example, assuming that there are three treatment examination items, the time required for the three treatment examination items is calculated as T1, T2 and T3 according to the queuing information of each treatment examination department and the distance from the patient to the treatment examination department; the first treatment examination is empty stomach, the second treatment examination is drinking water, the third treatment examination has no special requirement, the empty stomach is weighted (or weighted) by w1, the drinking water is weighted by w2, the no special requirement is weighted by w3, and w1> w2> w3, w1+ w2+ w3 is equal to 1, then the times required by the treatment examinations are weighted according to the special requirements of the treatment examinations, namely T1w1, T2w2 and T3w3, so that the weighted times required by the treatment examinations are calculated, and then the weighted times are sorted, and the sorted orders are sent to the patient.
According to a second embodiment of the sequencing module of the present invention, the sequencing module performs a fair queuing of examination treatments in order to reduce the waiting time for patient examination treatments.
Specifically, when the analysis module analyzes that a plurality of laboratory examination and/or treatment items exist, the sequencing module acquires treatment queuing information of each laboratory examination department and/or treatment department from each laboratory examination and/or treatment terminal; the sequencing module sequences the sequence of the test examination and/or treatment of the patient according to the obtained queuing information of each test examination department and/or the queuing information of the treatment department, and sends the sequencing result to the user terminal.
The navigation module of the processing center is used for navigating the route of a department to which a patient goes, and specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring the current position of the patient through a wireless Access Point (AP) currently connected with a user terminal; creating a walking line graph according to the determined upcoming laboratory examination items or treatment items and the current position of the patient; and pushing a walking route map comprising the current position of the patient to the user terminal.
The wireless access points AP are arranged on the corridors and the passageways of the hospital according to the areas covered by the wireless access points AP, so that the position of a patient in the AP coverage area can be determined by utilizing the identification of the wireless access points AP connected with the user terminal, for example, the floor where the patient is located and the approximate position of the floor can be determined, but the GPS cannot determine the floor where the patient is located. Once the patient's location is determined, the navigation module creates a roadmap to the corresponding department using the patient location as a starting point for the departure.
And then, the navigation module monitors the moving position of the patient in real time, namely, the moving position of the patient is obtained in real time through a wireless access point AP currently connected with the user terminal, and the moving position of the patient is added to the walking route map and then pushed to the user terminal. So that the patient can arrive at the corresponding examination or treatment department according to the walking route map.
In addition, the corridors and the passageways of the hospital can be provided with highlighted direction marks so that the patient can recognize the direction in the walking route map.
