Claims (9)

1. A maintenance system for resource access in virtual power plant operation application based on block chains is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a file management module, an agent contract management module, an asset attribution management module and a block chain module;
the archive management module is used for acquiring user information and resource relation according to an acquisition instruction of a virtual power plant operator;
the agent contract management module is used for establishing an agent electronic contract based on the user information and the resource relation according to a contract establishing instruction of the virtual power plant operator;
the asset attribution management module is used for establishing an agent relation among operators, users and resources of a virtual power plant operator according to the agent electronic contract;
the block chain module is used for storing the user information, the resource relation, the proxy electronic contract and the proxy relation among the virtual power plant operator, the user and the resource so as to realize the operation maintenance management of the power market.
2. The system for maintaining resource access in a virtual power plant operation application based on a blockchain according to claim 1, wherein the archive management module comprises: an enterprise file management unit and a resource file management unit;
the enterprise file management unit is used for acquiring the enterprise and business file information of resource users on the load side and providing basic information support for virtual power plant operators to operate and maintain user resources;
the resource archive management unit is used for acquiring the name of the power generation resource, the resource code and the working information of the power plant.
3. The system for maintaining resource access in a blockchain based virtual power plant operation application of claim 1, wherein the agent contract management module comprises: the signature unit, the confirmation unit and the signature unit;
the signing unit is used for establishing an electronic contract signing contract according to electronic contract signing information in the contract establishing instruction and adding contract clauses;
the confirmation unit is used for confirming the contract signed by the electronic contract and the contract clause according to the electronic contract confirmation information in the contract establishment instruction;
the signature unit is used for signing a contract and contract terms of the confirmed electronic contract according to signature information in the contract establishing instruction to complete electronic signature.
4. The maintenance system of resource access in a blockchain based virtual power plant operating application according to claim 3, wherein the validation unit comprises: an operator confirmation subunit and a resource user confirmation subunit;
the operator confirmation subunit is used for identifying an operator confirmation signal in the electronic contract confirmation information and performing virtual power plant operator internal confirmation on the electronic contract signing contract and the contract clause according to the operator confirmation signal;
the resource user confirmation subunit is configured to recognize a resource user confirmation signal in the electronic contract confirmation information, and perform distributed resource user confirmation on the electronic contract and the contract terms according to the resource user confirmation signal.
5. The system for maintaining resource access in a blockchain based virtual power plant operation application of claim 4, wherein the signing unit comprises an operator signing subunit and a resource user signing subunit;
the operator signature subunit is used for identifying operator signature signals in the signature information and signing a contract and contract terms of an electronic contract after internal confirmation according to the operator signature signals to carry out virtual power plant operator signature;
and the resource user signature subunit is used for identifying a resource user signature signal in the signature information and performing resource user signature on the electronic contract signing contract and contract terms confirmed by the user according to the resource user signature signal.
6. The system for maintaining resource access in a blockchain based virtual power plant operation application of claim 3, wherein the agent contract management module further comprises: a basic function unit;
the basic function unit is used for receiving contract revision instructions and carrying out adding, editing, deleting, archiving and online previewing operations on the agent electronic contract according to the revision instructions so that a virtual power plant operator or a resource user revises the electronic contract.
7. The system for maintaining resource access in a blockchain based virtual power plant operation application of claim 6, wherein the agent contract management module further comprises: an auxiliary function unit;
the auxiliary function unit is used for receiving a contract viewing instruction and calling electronic contract details according to a contract number in the contract viewing instruction so that a virtual power plant operator or a resource user can view, upload and download the electronic contract.
8. The system for maintaining resource access in a blockchain based virtual power plant operating application of claim 1, wherein the asset ownership management module is further configured to:
and displaying the agent relation among the operator, the user and the resource, and displaying the registration state of the current user and the resource.
9. The maintenance system of resource access in a blockchain based virtual power plant operation application of claim 1, wherein the brokered electronic contract includes brokerage contract information, contract penalty information, and contract standard terms and additional terms information.
