The actuator actuating module is connected with the electric zero setting device through an electric cable, the current voltage value of the actuating module is read by means of the liquid crystal display screen, the output voltage of the displacement sensor is adjusted in a small range according to the rule that the displacement of the displacement sensor is adjusted manually by 0.1mm and the voltage change of the liquid crystal display screen is 0.04V, and when the voltage value is within the interval of 5V +/-0.04V, the actuator reaches the electric zero position of the device.
Finally, the shaft end of the trapezoidal screw pair is in locking connection with the central tap end of the displacement sensor through a screw-sensor connecting mechanism, so that the mechanical zero position and the electrical zero position of the actuator are unified.
The embodiment result shows that the device can effectively and quickly realize zero adjustment of the linear actuator.

Claims (5)

1. A linear actuator position zeroing device, comprising: the zero-position adjusting device comprises an actuator body (1), a zero-position mechanical fixing tool (2) and an electric zero-setting device (3);
the actuator body (1) is connected with the electrical zero setting device (3) through an electrical cable;
the actuator body (1) can be matched with the zero-position mechanical fixing tool (2);
a positioning datum plane is arranged on the zero position mechanical fixing tool (2), and a zero position datum plane is arranged on the actuator body (1); attaching the positioning reference surface of the zero-position mechanical fixing tool (2) to the zero-position reference surface of the actuator body (1) to enable the two reference surfaces to be overlapped;
a zero-position indicating rod is arranged on the zero-position mechanical fixing tool (2), and an external output interface is arranged on the actuator body (1);
when the position of the linear actuator is adjusted manually, a zero position indicating rod arranged on the zero position mechanical fixing tool (2) is connected with an external output interface arranged on the actuator body (1);
an adjustable actuator body (1) capable of changing the output voltage of the actuator body (1); can read the output voltage of actuator body (1) through electric zero set device (3), when the output voltage of actuator body (1) at 5V 0.04V interval within a definite time, then judge that actuator body (1) is in the zero position, the current position of locking actuator body (1), realize the zero set of actuator position.

3. The linear actuator position zeroing device of claim 1, wherein: the actuator body (1) comprises: the device comprises a universal motor (11), an actuating module (12) and a rear end cover (13);

the rotation of the output end of the universal motor (11) is converted into the reciprocating motion of the actuating module (12); the rear end cover (13) plays a role in sealing and packaging the universal motor (11);
