Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The air conditioner constant temperature control method, the control device and the air conditioner of the invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an air conditioner constant temperature control method, including: s1, acquiring the real-time wind direction of the air conditioner outlet air in the vertical direction; the air conditioner air outlet can swing up and down and swing left and right, wherein the air direction of the air conditioner air outlet when the air conditioner air outlet swings up and down is the air direction in the vertical direction. S2, acquiring the height difference of air conditioner outlet air in the real-time wind direction and the reference wind direction on a vertical reference surface according to the wind guide angle of the real-time wind direction and the reference wind direction; the height difference is the difference between the height of the air-conditioner air outlet on the vertical reference surface under the real-time wind direction and the height of the air-conditioner air outlet on the vertical reference surface under the reference wind direction. S3, obtaining a first compensation temperature according to the height difference; and S4, obtaining the target set temperature of the air conditioner according to the first compensation temperature and the initial set temperature of the air conditioner.
The constant temperature control method of the air conditioner is mainly suitable for a control method during heating of the air conditioner. When the air conditioner is operated for heating, the temperature difference between the upper part and the lower part in the room is easy to occur because the hot air rises. The embodiment considers that when the air supply wind direction changes from top to bottom, the fluctuation of the temperature difference between the upper part and the lower part in the room can be caused, the temperature difference between the upper part and the lower part in the room can be caused along with the change of the air supply wind direction, the lower part temperature is lower, the heating experience can be influenced, and the comfort is reduced. Specifically, when the downward inclination angle of the air supply direction is large, the air conditioner blows hot air to a lower position of the indoor lower part, and a better heating effect can be achieved on the lower space; and when air supply wind direction upward movement, the height that the air conditioner blew out hot-blast can increase to can lead to hot-blast can not blow lower position, can cause the increase of upper and lower part difference in temperature, the lower part temperature is lower and influence experience. In heating operation, the air supply direction of the air conditioner in the vertical direction has a large influence on the heating effect of the lower space of a room, so that the user experience is influenced.
Based on this, this embodiment proposes and to carry out compensation correction to the heating temperature of air conditioner according to the actual air-out wind direction of air conditioner to guarantee the heating effect in room lower part space, maintain the stability of lower part space heating temperature, promote user experience. Specifically, the present embodiment proposes to set a reference wind direction, compare the real-time wind direction of the air conditioner, that is, the actual wind direction obtained in real time with the reference wind direction, and determine the first compensation temperature according to the difference between the real-time wind direction and the reference wind direction. The reference wind direction is a set known air supply direction, and the matching corresponding relation between the air conditioner initial set temperature and the heating effect of the lower part of the room at the initial set temperature is known when the reference wind is downward. When deviation exists between the actual air outlet direction (which can be the air outlet angle set by a user) of the air conditioner and the reference wind direction, deviation of the heating effect of the lower part of the room can be caused, and at the moment, the heating effect of the lower part of the room can be kept stable through compensation of the set temperature of the air conditioner.
In particular, the present embodiment also proposes to provide a vertical reference surface, i.e. a known vertical surface that is set. The vertical reference surface is arranged, so that the height of the air outlet of the air conditioner blown to the vertical reference surface downwards by any air outlet wind can be obtained. The vertical reference surface is a vertical reference surface which is reasonably arranged, and the blowing height of the air conditioner can be visually displayed. When the air conditioner operates at the same set temperature, the more upward the air outlet direction of the air conditioner is, the higher the height of the air conditioner blown to the vertical reference surface is, and the lower the heating temperature which can be reached by the lower part of the room is.
The embodiment further provides that a difference value between the height of the air conditioner outlet air blowing to the vertical reference surface in the real-time wind direction and the height of the air conditioner outlet air blowing to the vertical reference surface in the reference wind direction is obtained according to the wind guide angle of the air conditioner real-time wind direction and the wind guide angle of the reference wind direction; a first compensated temperature is determined based on the height difference. In the embodiment, the deviation of the air conditioner air outlet angle is converted into the difference value in height, and the relation between the difference value in height and the temperature distribution in the height direction in a room is more visual; the first compensation temperature is obtained according to the difference in height, and the more accurate first compensation temperature value is obtained, so that the accuracy of air conditioner temperature compensation control and adjustment is improved, more accurate promotion user experience is facilitated, and the comfort is guaranteed.
When the real-time wind direction of the air-conditioner air outlet deviates from the reference wind direction, the air-conditioner is difficult to obtain a more comfortable heating effect at the lower part of the room according to the operation of the initial set temperature, at the moment, the height difference of the air-conditioner air outlet on the vertical reference surface under the real-time wind direction and the reference wind direction can be analyzed, the first compensation temperature is obtained according to the height difference, the initial set temperature is corrected according to the first compensation temperature to obtain the target set temperature, the air-conditioner is controlled to operate according to the target set temperature, and therefore the change of the air-outlet wind direction can be compensated through the change of the air-conditioner set temperature, the heating effect at the lower part of the room is kept stable, and the comfort is ensured.
According to the air conditioner constant temperature control method provided by the embodiment, the set temperature of the air conditioner is compensated according to the change of the air outlet direction of the air conditioner, and the change of the heating effect of the lower space in the room caused by the change of the air outlet direction can be compensated through the adjustment of the temperature, so that the heating effect of the lower space can be favorably ensured, the stability of the heating temperature of the lower space can be maintained, the large temperature difference between the upper part and the lower part of the room can be avoided, the comfort can be favorably improved, and the user experience can be improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further, obtaining the target set temperature of the air conditioner according to the first compensation temperature and the initial set temperature of the air conditioner specifically includes: and adding the initial set temperature and the first compensation temperature to obtain a target set temperature. The set temperature of the air conditioner operation is adjusted according to the first compensation temperature, so that the air conditioner can be controlled to operate according to the obtained target set temperature to adapt to the change of the wind direction and ensure the heating effect of the lower space. Namely, the adjusted air conditioner runs by taking the target set temperature as a temperature control parameter.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, if the real-time wind direction is located above the reference wind direction, the height difference of the air-conditioning outlet air in the real-time wind direction and the reference wind direction on the vertical reference surface is a positive value, and the first compensation temperature is a positive value; and the larger the height difference between the real-time wind direction and the reference wind direction on the vertical reference surface is, the higher the first compensation temperature is.
Referring to fig. 2, specifically, the present embodiment provides a specific control example, in the present embodiment, the height of the air blown by the air conditioner 1 to the vertical reference surface 3 is set to be less than the preset height under the reference wind direction 2; that is, the air conditioner 1 can perform better heating to the lower part of the room by the air discharged from the air conditioner 1 under the reference wind direction 2, the air conditioner can directly operate at the initial set temperature, and the upper part and the lower part can be prevented from generating larger temperature difference without temperature compensation, so that more comfortable lower part temperature can be obtained.
In one embodiment, when the air conditioner 1 is actually operated, the air supply direction set by the user is the first real-time air direction 21, the first real-time air direction 21 is inclined upwards relative to the reference air direction 2, namely, the first real-time air direction 21 is positioned above the reference air direction 2, so that the height of the air conditioner air outlet under the first real-time air direction 21 to the vertical reference surface 3 is higher than that under the reference air direction 2; as the blowing height is increased, heating of the lower space becomes weak, resulting in an increase in temperature difference between the lower space and the upper space. At this moment, the first compensation temperature value can be added on the basis of the initial setting temperature set by the user, namely, the air conditioner 1 is controlled to operate at a higher target temperature, so that the temperature of the air conditioner blown to the height position of the vertical reference surface 3 under the first real-time wind direction 21 is increased, the temperature of the lower position is also increased, the heating effect of the lower space is favorably ensured, the upper part and the lower part are prevented from forming a larger temperature difference, and the comfort is improved.
In another embodiment, when the air conditioner 1 is actually operated, the air supply direction set by the user is the second real-time wind direction 22, the second real-time wind direction 22 is tilted upward relative to the reference wind direction 2, and the tilt angle of the second real-time wind direction 22 is greater than the tilt angle of the first real-time wind direction 21, i.e. the second real-time wind direction 22 is located above the first real-time wind direction 21And (4) preparing. So that the height difference delta H of the air conditioner outlet air on the vertical reference surface 3 under the second real-time wind direction 22 and the reference wind direction 22The height difference delta H of the air conditioner outlet air on the vertical reference surface 3 under the condition that the first real-time wind direction 21 and the reference wind direction 2 are larger than1At this time, the first compensation temperature value in the second real-time wind direction 22 should be greater than the first compensation temperature value in the first real-time wind direction 21.
Specifically, the initial set temperature set by the user when turning on the air conditioner may be 24 ℃. Under the first real-time wind direction 21, the first compensation temperature can be 2 ℃, namely, the target set temperature is adjusted to be 26 ℃, and the air conditioner 1 is controlled to operate by taking 26 ℃ as a target to perform temperature compensation; under the second real-time wind direction 22, the first compensation temperature can be 4 ℃, namely, the target set temperature is adjusted to be 28 ℃, and the air conditioner 1 is controlled to operate by taking 28 ℃ as a target to perform temperature compensation; the effect of consistent temperature of the lower space in the room is achieved. In other embodiments, the specific values of the initial setting temperature and the first compensation temperature may be other values, and are not limited.
Further, obtaining the first compensated temperature according to the height difference includes: acquiring a corresponding relation between the first compensation temperature and the height difference through experimental analysis; and obtaining a first compensation temperature according to the corresponding relation. Specifically, obtaining the first compensation temperature according to the height difference specifically includes: the temperature distribution in the height direction of the room can be analyzed when the air conditioner is in heating operation; obtaining a corresponding relation between the height difference and the temperature difference according to the temperature distribution in the height direction; the temperature difference under a certain height difference is the corresponding first compensation temperature value under the height difference.
Specifically, analyzing the temperature distribution in the height direction of the room during the heating operation of the air conditioner specifically includes: when the air conditioner is used for heating, the temperature distribution in the height direction is obtained by detecting the temperatures of different heights on the same vertical surface in a room. Obtaining the corresponding relationship between the height difference and the temperature difference according to the temperature distribution in the height direction specifically includes: according to the temperatures with different heights on the same vertical surface obtained by detection, obtaining corresponding temperature differences with different height differences relative to a reference height; and fitting to obtain the corresponding relation between the height difference and the temperature difference according to the plurality of groups of height difference and corresponding temperature difference data. The reference height may be the ground, or may be other, and is not limited specifically. Namely, test data (specific height and temperature data) can be obtained through tests, and the corresponding relation between the height difference and the temperature difference is obtained according to the fitting of the test data.
Further, analyzing the temperature distribution in the height direction in the room when the air conditioner is in heating operation further includes: and analyzing the temperature distribution of the air conditioner in the height direction of the room respectively corresponding to the heating operation under various different working conditions. The temperature distribution in each condition can be obtained by experimental detection. Obtaining the corresponding relationship between the height difference and the temperature difference according to the temperature distribution in the height direction further includes: under each working condition, obtaining a plurality of groups of height difference and corresponding temperature difference data; and integrating all height differences and corresponding temperature difference data under various different working conditions, and fitting to obtain the corresponding relation between the height differences and the temperature differences.
The various working conditions specifically include: the working conditions of different heating set temperatures and/or different wind guide angles. Through a plurality of groups of data under different working conditions, the difference between the temperature distribution in the height direction caused by different heating set temperatures and/or different wind guide angles can be corrected, and the more accurate corresponding relation between the temperature difference and the height difference can be obtained.
Further, the first compensated temperature is determined according to the following equation: and delta T is a delta H + b, wherein delta T is a first compensation temperature value, delta H is the height difference of air conditioner outlet air on a vertical reference surface under the real-time wind direction and the reference wind direction, and a and b are correction coefficients. That is, the present embodiment proposes that the first compensation temperature and the height difference can be fitted in a linear relationship, so as to better conform to the temperature distribution rule in the height direction of the actual room, obtain a more accurate temperature compensation value, and facilitate the control operation.
Further, in other embodiments, the corresponding relationship between the first compensation temperature and the height difference may be fitted according to other relationships, for example, a quadratic relationship, so as to accurately reflect the relationship between the first compensation temperature and the height difference, which is not limited in particular.
Further, obtaining the first compensated temperature according to the height difference further includes: after obtaining the correspondence between the height difference and the first compensation temperature, the correspondence is verified through a test. Specifically, after the corresponding relation between the height difference and the first compensation temperature is obtained, a temperature compensation control test can be performed on the air conditioner according to the corresponding relation, an actual temperature value at a reference height on a vertical reference surface under a real-time wind direction is detected and obtained, the actual temperature value can be compared with a target temperature value, whether the actual temperature value and the target temperature value are consistent or the difference is smaller than a preset value is judged, and whether the temperature compensation control effect reaches the standard is judged. If the effect reaches the standard, the corresponding relation between the height difference and the first compensation temperature is reasonable; and if the effect does not reach the standard, correcting the corresponding relation between the height difference and the first compensation temperature according to the actual effect until the effect reaches the standard. The target temperature value may be an initial set temperature or a blowing temperature on a vertical reference surface when the air conditioner is in a reference wind direction at the initial set temperature.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the reference wind direction specifically is: the height of the air outlet of the air conditioner on the vertical reference surface under the reference wind direction is smaller than the preset height. The lower part of a room can be well heated by the air discharged from the air conditioner in the reference wind direction, the air conditioner can directly run at the initial set temperature without temperature compensation, and the upper part and the lower part can be prevented from generating large temperature difference, so that the comfortable lower part temperature can be obtained.
The reference wind direction is set to be downward, so that better heating of the lower space can be realized to ensure comfort, and the reference wind direction can be used as a critical point for whether temperature compensation is needed in a wind guide range; when the real-time wind direction is judged to be higher than the reference wind direction, namely the height difference of the air outlet of the air conditioner on the vertical reference surface under the real-time wind direction and the reference wind direction is a positive value, the first compensation temperature is a positive value. When the real-time wind direction is judged to be lower than the reference wind direction, namely the height difference of the air conditioner outlet air under the real-time wind direction and the reference wind direction on the vertical reference surface is a negative value, the first compensation temperature can be zero; the real-time wind direction is at a lower position at the moment, the space lower than the reference wind direction can be blown, the heating effect of the bottom space can be naturally ensured, and temperature compensation is not needed.
Further, in this embodiment, the reference wind direction is set to be a wind direction at a maximum downward angle of the wind deflector. In the embodiment, the wind direction when the wind deflector is inclined downwards to the maximum angle is set as the reference wind direction, namely the reference wind direction is the wind direction when the air conditioner outlet is inclined downwards to the maximum angle; namely the wind direction when the air outlet of the air conditioner reaches the lowest height on the vertical reference surface. At the moment, the real-time wind direction is located above the reference wind direction, and the first compensation temperature is a positive value, so that the control and the regulation are facilitated.
Further, the reference wind direction can be other wind guide angles as well, so that the height of the air outlet of the air conditioner on the vertical reference surface under the reference wind direction can be smaller than the preset height, and the specific limitation is not required. Further, the preset height can be 20-100 cm; the heating effect within the height range has a large influence on the comfort experience of the user, and the specific set value is not limited.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the vertical reference surface is obtained according to a heating area matched with the heating amount of the air conditioner. The heating capacity of the air conditioner is a design parameter, and according to specific climatic factors, room construction factors and the like of the environment where the air conditioner is located, the heating area matched with the heating capacity of the air conditioner, namely the theoretical space size adapted to the heating capacity of the air conditioner can be determined. The air conditioner temperature compensation control method provided by the embodiment aims at keeping the temperature of the lower space on the vertical reference surface consistent, and the embodiment provides that the vertical reference surface can be set according to the theoretical space size adapted to the heating capacity of the air conditioner.
Specifically, the vertical reference surface can be set to be positioned in a theoretical space range adapted to the heating capacity of the air conditioner; the air outlet at each angle of the air conditioner can be blown to the vertical reference surface, so that the effectiveness of temperature compensation control is improved, and the smooth proceeding of the temperature compensation control is facilitated. Because if the vertical reference surface is far away from the vertical surface where the air conditioner is located and is larger than the theoretical space suitable for the heating capacity of the air conditioner, the air outlet of the air conditioner cannot be blown onto the vertical reference surface, and the arrangement of the vertical reference surface is meaningless; if the vertical reference surface is closer to the vertical surface where the air conditioner is located, the height of the air conditioner blown to the vertical reference surface at any angle is higher, and the temperature compensation control based on the vertical reference surface is not significant at the moment.
Therefore, a proper vertical surface is selected as the vertical reference surface; the vertical reference planes shall specifically be: the air outlet of the air conditioner can fall on a vertical reference surface under any air outlet direction; and the height of the air conditioner air outlet blown to the vertical reference surface under the reference wind direction is less than the preset height.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the vertical reference plane is specifically determined according to the following formula:
Figure BDA0003029548860000111
wherein L is a horizontal distance between the vertical reference surface and the vertical surface where the air conditioner is located; q is the designed heating capacity of the air conditioner; and q is the required heating capacity per unit area.
Q is a design parameter of the air conditioner; q is also a design parameter determined according to the specific climate factor, the room building factor and the like of the environment where the air conditioner is located; q and Q are known quantities after the air conditioner is designed. That is, in the present embodiment, the horizontal distance between the vertical reference surface and the vertical surface where the air conditioner is located is set to be the maximum side length of the heating area matched with the heating amount of the air conditioner. Specifically, in the embodiment, the heating area matched with the heating capacity of the air conditioner is set to be square, and Q/Q is the heating area matched with the heating capacity of the air conditioner; and L is the side length of the heating area matched with the heating capacity of the air conditioner, namely the maximum distance of the theoretical space adapted to the heating capacity of the air conditioner. The vertical reference surface is moderate in arrangement distance, the heating effect of the air conditioner can be well reflected, and the air conditioner temperature compensation control has a good guiding effect.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the air conditioner constant temperature control method further includes: acquiring real-time air outlet volume; acquiring a second compensation temperature according to the real-time air outlet volume and the reference air outlet volume; and adjusting the target set temperature according to the second compensation temperature. In the embodiment, the air outlet volume also affects the heating effect, if the air outlet volume is smaller, the heating effect is weaker, and if the air outlet volume is larger, the heating effect is stronger; therefore, the temperature can be secondarily compensated according to the size of the air outlet quantity. The reference air outlet volume can be the maximum air volume of the air conditioner, at the moment, the real-time air outlet volume is smaller than the reference air outlet volume, and the second compensation temperature is a positive value. And the difference between the real-time air outlet volume and the reference air outlet volume is larger, and the second compensation temperature value is higher.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the air conditioner constant temperature control method further includes: comparing the target set temperature with the shutdown temperature during air conditioner heating; if the target set temperature is lower than the shutdown temperature, controlling the heating operation of the air conditioner according to the target set temperature; and if the target set temperature is greater than or equal to the shutdown temperature, controlling the heating operation of the air conditioner according to the shutdown temperature, and simultaneously controlling the electric auxiliary heating operation of the air conditioner. The shutdown temperature of the air conditioner during heating is a design parameter.
