In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions, which when executed by a computer, the computer is capable of executing the method for displaying air conditioner fault data provided by the above methods, the method being applied to an air conditioner controller, the method comprising: acquiring fault data of the air conditioner based on a fault data display request sent by a remote controller, wherein the fault data comprise fault codes, and user setting information and air conditioner operation information which are stored in a memory in real time before the air conditioner breaks down; and sending the fault data to a display, and controlling the display to display the fault data.
In still another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the above-mentioned each provided display method of air conditioner fault data, the method being applied to an air conditioner controller, the method including: acquiring fault data of the air conditioner based on a fault data display request sent by a remote controller, wherein the fault data comprise fault codes, and user setting information and air conditioner operation information which are stored in a memory in real time before the air conditioner breaks down; and sending the fault data to a display, and controlling the display to display the fault data.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. A display method of air conditioner fault data is applied to an air conditioner controller and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that fault data of the air conditioner are obtained based on a fault data display request sent by a remote controller, wherein the fault data comprise fault codes, and user setting information and air conditioner operation information which are stored in a memory in real time before the air conditioner breaks down;
and sending the fault data to a display, and controlling the display to display the fault data.
2. The method for displaying fault data of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining fault data of the air conditioner based on a fault data display request sent by a remote controller further comprises:
collecting user setting information and air conditioner operation information in the current time period;
and storing the user setting information and the air conditioner operation information in the current time period into the memory, and covering the user setting information and the air conditioner operation information in the previous time period.
3. The method for displaying air conditioner fault data according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the display to display the fault data includes:
and sequentially displaying various information in the fault data, and updating the display times after the sequential display is finished until the updated display times reach the preset display times.
4. The method for displaying fault data of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining fault data of the air conditioner further comprises the following steps:
and sending the fault data to a cloud server for the cloud server to perform fault detection based on the fault data, and sending a fault result obtained by detection to an operation and maintenance platform.
5. The method for displaying air conditioner fault data according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the air conditioner operation information includes at least one of a press operation frequency, an exhaust air temperature, an internal machine coil temperature, an external machine coil temperature, an internal fan rotation speed, and an external fan rotation speed.
6. The method of displaying air conditioner fault data according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the user setting information includes at least one of a user setting mode, a user setting guide, a user setting wind speed, and a user setting temperature.
7. An air conditioner fault data display device is applied to an air conditioner controller and comprises the following components:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring fault data of the air conditioner based on a fault data display request sent by a remote controller, and the fault data comprises a fault code, and user setting information and air conditioner operation information which are stored in the storage module in real time before the air conditioner breaks down;
and the control module is used for sending the fault data to a display and controlling the display to display the fault data.
8. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the air conditioner controller according to claim 7, and a display device of air conditioner trouble data applied to the air conditioner controller.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method for displaying air conditioner fault data according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the program.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for displaying air conditioner fault data according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
