The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Specifically, the air conditioner comprises an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, wherein the outdoor unit comprises a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a throttling device and the like.
Reference is first made to fig. 1, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the indoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention includes an indoor heat exchanger, a first pipe, a second pipe, and a controller (not shown), and both ends of the indoor heat exchanger are connected to an outdoor unit through the first pipe and the second pipe, respectively.
Illustratively, when the air conditioner operates in a cooling mode, refrigerant discharged from the outdoor unit enters the indoor heat exchanger along the first pipeline, and refrigerant discharged from the indoor heat exchanger flows back to the outdoor unit along the second pipeline; when the air conditioner is in heating operation, refrigerant discharged from the outdoor unit enters the indoor heat exchanger along the second pipeline, and refrigerant discharged from the indoor heat exchanger flows back to the outdoor unit along the first pipeline.
The present invention also provides a control method for an air conditioner, and then, referring to fig. 2, wherein fig. 2 is a flowchart of the control method for an air conditioner of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the present invention includes the steps of:
s100: the operation mode of the air conditioner and the operation frequency of the compressor are obtained.
S200: and acquiring standard values corresponding to the operation mode and the operation frequency.
After the operation mode of the air conditioner and the operation frequency of the compressor are obtained, the corresponding standard value can be obtained according to the operation mode of the air conditioner and the operation frequency of the compressor, wherein the corresponding standard value can be obtained according to a preset comparison table, a curve graph or a formula.
Illustratively, taking the compressor as An inverter compressor as An example, the operating frequency of the inverter compressor generally ranges from 20HZ to 75HZ, the operating mode of the air conditioner includes a cooling mode and a heating mode, a standard value of the compressor in the cooling mode at each operating frequency and a standard value of the compressor in the heating mode at each operating frequency are respectively obtained before the air conditioner leaves the factory, and are made into a standard value comparison table, as shown in fig. 4, where a1 to An represent the standard value of the compressor in the cooling mode at each operating frequency, B1 to Bn represent the standard value of the compressor in the heating mode at each operating frequency, and after the operating mode of the air conditioner and the operating frequency of the compressor are obtained, the corresponding standard value can be obtained according to the standard value comparison table.
S300: and acquiring target parameters of the first pipeline and target parameters of the second pipeline.
The target parameter is pressure or temperature, that is, both the pressure of the first pipeline and the pressure of the second pipeline, and the temperature of the first pipeline and the temperature of the second pipeline may be obtained.
It should be noted that, if the pressure of the first pipeline and the pressure of the second pipeline are obtained, the standard value is a standard pressure difference between the pressure of the first pipeline and the pressure of the second pipeline; if the temperature of the first pipeline and the temperature of the second pipeline are obtained, the standard value is the standard temperature difference between the temperature of the first pipeline and the temperature of the second pipeline.
S400: a difference Δ between the target parameter of the first conduit and the target parameter of the second conduit is calculated.
Taking the target parameter as an example of pressure, after obtaining the pressure T1 of the first pipeline and the pressure T2 of the second pipeline, a difference Δ between the pressure T1 of the first pipeline and the pressure T2 of the second pipeline is calculated, where the difference Δ is | -T1-T2 |, i.e., the difference Δ is equal to the absolute value of the difference between T1 and T2.
S500: and selectively enabling the air conditioner to send out prompting information of refrigerant leakage according to the difference value and the standard value.
The inventor finds that the difference between the pressure of the first pipeline and the pressure of the second pipeline and the difference between the temperature of the first pipeline and the temperature of the second pipeline are increased when the refrigerant leaks, so that whether the air conditioner leaks the refrigerant can be judged according to the obtained difference and the standard value, and when the air conditioner leaks the refrigerant, the air conditioner timely sends out the prompt message of the refrigerant leakage.
Compared with the detection mode from detection personnel to outdoor evacuation, the detection method is safer and more reliable, and compared with the judgment according to parameters such as ambient temperature, evaporation temperature and the like, the detection method is more accurate, the probability of misjudgment is lower, and through the arrangement, when the air conditioner has the phenomenon of refrigerant leakage, a user can be reminded in time, so that the maintenance can be carried out in time, and the safety is ensured.
It should be noted that, the present invention can determine whether the air conditioner has the refrigerant leakage phenomenon according to the ratio between the difference and the standard value, so as to selectively enable the air conditioner to send the prompting information of the refrigerant leakage, or can determine whether the air conditioner has the refrigerant leakage phenomenon according to the difference between the difference and the labeled value, so as to selectively enable the air conditioner to send the prompting information of the refrigerant leakage, or can determine whether the air conditioner has the refrigerant leakage phenomenon according to the ratio between the difference and the standard value, so as to selectively enable the air conditioner to send the prompting information of the refrigerant leakage, etc., and such flexible adjustment and change do not deviate from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to a specific embodiment by taking the target parameter as an example.
As shown in fig. 3, the control method of the present invention includes the steps of:
s100: the operation mode of the air conditioner and the operation frequency of the compressor are obtained.
S200: and acquiring standard values corresponding to the operation mode and the operation frequency.
The standard value is a standard pressure difference between the pressure of the first pipeline and the pressure of the second pipeline, and after the operation mode of the air conditioner and the operation frequency of the compressor are obtained, the corresponding standard value can be obtained according to the operation mode of the air conditioner and the operation frequency of the compressor, wherein the corresponding standard value can be obtained according to a comparison table, a curve graph or a formula.
S300: the pressure of the first pipeline and the pressure of the second pipeline are obtained.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 1, a first three-way valve is disposed on the first pipe, and two other ports of the first three-way valve are respectively connected to the outdoor unit and a first pressure sensor (not shown in the figure), through which the pressure of the first pipe can be detected, and the first pressure sensor is in communication connection with a controller of the indoor unit so as to transmit the detected data to the controller in time; similarly, a second three-way valve is disposed on the second pipeline, and the other two ports of the second three-way valve are respectively connected with the outdoor unit and a second pressure sensor, not shown in the figure), the pressure of the second pipeline can be detected through the second pressure sensor, and the second pressure sensor is in communication connection with the controller of the indoor unit so as to transmit the detected data to the controller in time.
S400: the difference Δ between the pressure T1 of the first conduit and the pressure T2 of the second conduit is calculated.
The controller calculates a difference value delta between the pressure T1 of the first pipeline and the pressure T2 of the second pipeline after receiving the pressure T1 of the first pipeline detected by the first pressure sensor and the pressure T2 of the second pipeline detected by the second pressure sensor, wherein the difference value delta is equal to T1-T2, namely the difference value delta is equal to the absolute value of the difference between T1 and T2, and then selectively enables the air conditioner to send out a prompting message of refrigerant leakage according to the calculated difference value and the standard value. The specific steps are as in S510 to S530.
S510: the variation of the difference value with respect to the standard value is calculated.
Wherein the variation value is (difference-standard value)/standard value. For example, in the air conditioner cooling mode, if the corresponding standard value obtained according to the operation mode of the air conditioner and the operation frequency of the compressor is An, the variation value is (Δ -An)/An.
S520: and judging whether the variation value is larger than a first preset value or not.
After the variation value is obtained through calculation, the variation value is compared with a first preset value, the magnitude between the variation value and the first preset value is compared, and then the air conditioner is selectively enabled to send out prompt information of refrigerant leakage according to the comparison result.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the first preset value according to experiments or experiences, as long as the critical point determined by the first preset value can determine whether the air conditioner has a refrigerant leakage phenomenon.
Illustratively, the first preset value is 0.2, and if the variation value is less than or equal to 0.2 (the first preset value), which indicates that the variation of the pressure difference between the pressure of the first pipeline and the pressure of the second pipeline is small, it can be determined that the air conditioner has no refrigerant leakage, in this case, the air conditioner does not need to send out a prompt message of refrigerant leakage, and step 100 can be continuously executed to perform the next round of determination; on the contrary, if the variation value is greater than 0.2 (the first preset value), which indicates that the variation of the pressure difference between the pressure of the first pipe and the pressure of the second pipe is large, it may be determined that the air conditioner has a refrigerant leakage phenomenon, in which case step S530 is then performed.
In addition, it should be noted that the same preset value may be adopted in different operation modes, or different preset values may be adopted, and of course, different preset values are preferably adopted, that is, the first preset value corresponds to the operation mode of the air conditioner.
That is, a plurality of first preset values are pre-stored in a controller of the air conditioner, and correspond to the operation modes of the air conditioner, and before comparing the variation value with the first preset value, a specific value of the corresponding first preset value needs to be obtained according to the previously obtained operation mode of the air conditioner.
S530: the air conditioner is caused to send out prompt information of refrigerant leakage.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a sound device may be installed on the indoor unit, and when the refrigerant leaks, the sound device (such as a buzzer, a voice broadcaster, etc.) is made to sound to prompt the user that the refrigerant leaks, or an indicator lamp may be installed on the indoor unit, and when the refrigerant leaks, the indicator lamp displays a fault color to prompt the user that the refrigerant leaks, or the combination of the indicator lamp and the sound device is used to prompt the user that the refrigerant leaks, and so on.
Preferably, the step of causing the air conditioner to issue the prompt message for the refrigerant leakage includes: and changing an indicator lamp on the indoor unit into an early warning color. Further preferably, the warning color is red.
Preferably, in the case that the variation value is greater than the first preset value, wherein the second preset value is greater than the first preset value, the control method of the present invention further comprises the steps of:
s600: and judging whether the variation value is larger than a second preset value.
That is, in the case that the variation value is greater than the first preset value, the variation value is compared with the second preset value, the magnitude of the variation value is compared with the second preset value, and if the variation value is less than or equal to the second preset value, which indicates that the variation value is still within the safety range, the frequency of the compressor is not reduced, and the compressor is not stopped; otherwise, if the variation value is greater than the second preset value, indicating that the safety range is exceeded, step S700 is executed next.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the second preset value according to experiments or experiences, as long as the critical point determined by the second preset value can determine whether the refrigerant leakage condition is within a safe range.
S700: the frequency of the compressor is reduced or the compressor is stopped.
When the variation value is larger than the second preset value, the refrigerant leakage condition is serious, and in the situation, the frequency of the compressor can be reduced or the compressor can be stopped to avoid safety accidents.
Preferably, the step of "acquiring the operating frequency of the compressor" specifically includes: and acquiring the running frequency of the compressor once every preset time until the running frequency of the compressor acquired at the next time is the same as the running frequency of the compressor acquired at the previous time.
Illustratively, the preset time is 5 seconds, when the operating frequency of the compressor is obtained, after the operating frequency of the compressor is obtained, the operating frequency of the compressor is obtained every 5 seconds, if the operating frequency of the compressor obtained last time is the same as the operating frequency of the compressor obtained last time, which is adjacent to the compressor obtained last time, the operating frequency of the compressor is stable, the corresponding standard value is obtained according to the operating frequency of the compressor obtained last time or last time, and the operating frequency of the compressor is not obtained any more; on the contrary, if the operation frequency of the compressor acquired last time is different from the operation frequency of the compressor acquired last time, which indicates that the operation frequency of the compressor is unstable, the operation frequency of the compressor is continuously acquired once every 5 seconds and compared with the operation frequency of the compressor acquired last time, if the operation frequencies acquired last time and last time are the same, the operation frequency is not continuously acquired, and if the operation frequencies acquired last time and last time are different, the operation frequency of the compressor acquired last time is continuously acquired until the operation frequency of the compressor acquired last time is the same as the operation frequency of the compressor acquired last time.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
