if the judgment signal indicates that the visitor is a stranger, an alarm is triggered to give an alarm;
and if the judging signal indicates that the visitor is a temporary visitor, storing the facial information of the visitor into the third memory.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, if the judgment signal received by the air conditioner controller within the first preset time is that the visitor is a stranger, it indicates that the visitor enters the stranger at the moment, and the alarm needs to be triggered to give an alarm.
When the user further judges that the visitor is a stranger, the alarm can be directly triggered to give an alarm through the user terminal, namely the alarm can be bound and connected with the user terminal through WIFI, and the number of the user terminals can be multiple. The method for triggering the alarm can avoid the condition that the alarm cannot be triggered by the air conditioner, and further improves the level of home security.
When the judgment signal received by the air conditioner controller within the first preset time indicates that the visitor is a temporary visitor, the air conditioner controller can store the acquired visitor facial information into the third storage according to the judgment signal which indicates that the visitor is a temporary visitor.
Since there may be a plurality of user terminals, the air conditioner controller may send an alarm signal to the plurality of user terminals, and if a determination signal fed back by the plurality of user terminals is received within a first preset time, the determination signal may be determined in the following manner:
for example, if the judgment signal fed back by the user terminal 1 is a house owner, and the judgment signal fed back by the user terminal 2 is a stranger, the air conditioner controller receives different judgment signals sent by the user terminal 1 and the user terminal 2 at the same time within a first preset time, and the judgment signal sent by the user terminal 1 is more secure than that of the user terminal 2, the air conditioner controller selects the judgment signal sent by the user terminal 1 to store, that is, the obtained visitor facial information is stored in the first memory. The mode of determining the judgment signal can ensure that the alarm cannot be triggered when house accommodation personnel or acquaintances of the house accommodation personnel enter the house, so that the condition that the indoor personnel are influenced by false alarm is avoided, and the experience of a user is improved.
According to the air conditioner control method in the embodiment of the invention, when a judgment signal which is sent by a user terminal and is judged to be a stranger is received, an alarm is triggered; when a judgment signal which is sent by the user terminal and judges that the visitor is temporary is received, the face information of the temporary visitor is stored in a third memory; according to the method, the visitor can be judged by the house accommodation personnel, so that the alarm basis is more accurate, the aim of timely giving an alarm to frighten the intruder when a stranger intrudes into the house is fulfilled, and the condition that the false alarm affects other people is also avoided.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the air conditioner control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
if a voice closing instruction is received, closing the voice prompt and displaying a storage request;
and if a storage instruction based on the storage request feedback is received within a second preset time, controlling the air conditioner to store the facial information of the visitor according to the storage instruction.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the air conditioner sends the voice prompt, the air conditioner may further receive a voice closing instruction, where the voice closing instruction may be sent by a user through an air conditioner control panel or an air conditioner remote controller, and after receiving the voice closing instruction, the air conditioner closes the voice prompt and displays the storage request.
For example, a house lodging person and a courier may enter a room at the same time, and when a plurality of persons enter the room, the camera mounted on the air conditioner can take a face picture according to the distance between the face of the visitor and the air conditioner, namely, the face picture of the visitor close to the distance can be taken preferentially.
At this time, if the courier is close to the camera, the courier's face photograph is preferentially taken, and the air conditioner gives out a voice prompt because the courier's face information is the face information in the third memory or the stranger's face information which is not previously stored in the memory.
However, at this time, the house accommodation personnel are already in the house, so that the user terminal held by the house accommodation personnel also receives the alarm signal sent by the air conditioner, but the house accommodation personnel can directly operate the air conditioner control panel or the air conditioner remote controller to send a voice closing instruction to the air conditioner controller without processing the alarm signal of the user terminal, and the air conditioner controller closes the voice prompt after receiving the voice closing instruction and displays the storage request.
The mode of operating the air conditioner control panel or operating the air conditioner remote controller to send the sound closing instruction needs to be concealed so as to prevent a stranger from being aware of the command when the stranger is in the room. The mode of sending the sound closing instruction can also have certain difficulty, and is different from the conventional setting so as to prevent a stranger from easily closing the voice prompt.
After the air conditioner controller closes the voice prompt, the storage request can be displayed on a control panel or a mobile phone APP. The house lodging personnel can send the storage instruction to the air conditioner controller through the mode of operating air conditioner control panel or operating cell-phone APP, if the air conditioner controller received the storage instruction based on storage request feedback in second preset time, then the air conditioner controller can be with visitor's facial information storage that this time obtained to corresponding memory.
For example, in the above example, if the visitor entering the house together with the house accommodation person is a courier, the face information of the courier is stored in the third memory if the air conditioner controller receives the storage instruction, that is, the house accommodation person operates on the operation panel of the air conditioner or the mobile phone APP in time, within the second preset time. The second preset time may be defined by the user, for example, set to 2 seconds, 5 seconds, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
If the second preset time is exceeded, the house accommodation personnel do not operate on the control panel of the air conditioner or the mobile phone APP, namely the second preset time is exceeded, the air conditioner controller does not receive a storage instruction, the air conditioner controller does not store the house accommodation personnel in a default mode, and a storage page on the air conditioner control panel is automatically closed.
According to the air conditioner control method in the embodiment of the invention, if the voice closing instruction is received after the air conditioner sends the voice prompt, the voice prompt can be closed, and if the storage instruction is received within the second preset time, the acquired visitor information can be stored in the corresponding storage, so that under the condition that a plurality of people enter the house, the owner or the person worthy of trust of the house can close the voice prompt in a manner of directly operating the air conditioner control panel or the air conditioner remote controller, the operation at the user terminal is not needed, the condition that the alarm is still triggered by the air conditioner to influence surrounding neighbors when the person worthy of trust exists in the house is avoided, and the experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an air conditioner control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s21, detecting a human face by the air conditioner camera, automatically acquiring a human face picture, and matching the human face picture with face information in a memory 1, a memory 2 and a memory 3, wherein the face information of the house accommodation personnel is in the memory 1, the face information of acquaintances of the house accommodation personnel is in the memory 2, and the face information of temporary visitors or strangers who enter a room before is in the memory 3; after performing S21, since a different result may occur in the matching, S22 or S23 may be performed;
s22, matching the face image in the memory 1 or the memory 2 to show that the visitor is the house accommodation personnel or the acquaintance of the house accommodation personnel, without alarming or informing the user terminal; therefore, S24 may be directly performed after S22 is performed;
s23, matching a human face image which is not similar to the human face image or matching the human face image in the visitor personal memory 3, wherein the visitor is a stranger or a temporary visitor at the moment, and a prompt is required to be sent out to inform the user terminal; therefore, S25 and S26 may be performed simultaneously after S23 is performed;
s24, the air conditioner and the mobile phone APP connected through the WIFI do not perform any treatment;
s25, the air conditioner automatically sends out 3 times of voice prompt; after the air conditioner sends out the voice prompt, various situations may occur, so after the execution of the S25, the air conditioner may select to execute any one of the steps S27, S28 or S29 according to the situation;
s26, the air conditioner sends an alarm signal to the cell phone APP of the homeowner; since the determination signal may or may not be received after the signal is transmitted and the determination signal is different, after S26 is executed, the air conditioner may execute the subsequent steps according to any one of the conditions of S210, S211, S212, and S213;
s27, the indoor personnel close the voice prompt or alarm through one key of the air conditioner control panel or the remote controller; after the voice prompt or the alarm is turned off, the air conditioner may display the storage request, and thus after S27 is executed, S214 or S215 may be executed according to the storage instruction;
s28, the power supply of the air conditioner is pulled out, the alarm is triggered, and a gradually-increased alarm sound is sent for 10 minutes;
s29, the air conditioner does not receive any operation instruction, and after the voice prompt is finished, the alarm is triggered to give out gradually-increased alarm sound for 10 minutes;
s210, the homeowner does not respond in time; then the case of S29 is met, and execution returns to S29;
s211, judging that the house owner is a stranger; at this time, S216 may be performed;
s212, judging that the house owner is a temporary visitor; at this point, execution continues with S214;
s213, judging the homeowner as a homeowner or a acquaintance; at this point, execution continues with S215;
s214, setting the acquired face information as a temporary visitor and storing the temporary visitor in a memory 3; at this time, the alarm does not need to be alarmed, so that S217 is continuously executed;
s215, setting the acquired face information as a master or acquaintance and storing the face information into a memory 1 or a memory 2; at this time, the alarm does not need to be alarmed, so that S217 is continuously executed;
s216, the alarm gives out gradually-increased alarm sound and lasts for 10 minutes;
and S217, the air conditioner control alarm stops alarming.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioning control system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the system includes:

and the storage module 303 is configured to control the air conditioner to store the facial information of the visitor according to the judgment signal if a judgment signal fed back by the user terminal based on the alarm signal is received within a first preset time.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the air conditioner control system provided by the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a first memory, a second memory and a third memory, wherein the first memory stores face information of a person living in a house, the second memory stores face information of an acquaintance of the person living in the house, and the third memory stores face information of a temporary visitor and a stranger who has entered the house;
correspondingly, the attribute information determination module specifically includes:
a matching sub-module for matching the guest face information with face information in the first memory, the second memory, and the third memory, respectively;
and the target person determining sub-module is used for determining that the visitor is the target person if the matching of the face information of the visitor fails or the matching of the face information of the visitor and the face information in the third memory succeeds.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in the air conditioner control system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the storage module specifically includes:
the first storage submodule is used for storing the facial information of the visitor into the first storage if the visitor is a house accommodation person according to the judgment signal;
and the second storage submodule is used for storing the facial information of the visitor into the second storage if the visitor is a acquaintance of the house accommodation personnel according to the judgment signal.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the air conditioner control system provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
and the alarm triggering module is used for triggering an alarm to give an alarm if the judging signal is not received or the air conditioner is powered off within the first preset time after the alarm triggering module sends an alarm signal to the user terminal.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in the air conditioner control system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the storage module specifically further includes:
the triggering submodule is used for triggering an alarm to give an alarm if the judgment signal indicates that the visitor is a stranger;
and the third storage submodule is used for storing the facial information of the visitor into the third storage if the visitor is a temporary visitor according to the judgment signal.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the air conditioner control system provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
the closing module is used for controlling the air conditioner to close the voice prompt and displaying a storage request if a voice closing instruction is received after the voice prompt is sent out;
the storage module is further used for controlling the air conditioner to store the visitor face information according to the storage instruction if the storage instruction based on the storage request feedback is received within a third preset time.
Specifically, the functions of the modules in the air conditioner control system provided in the embodiment of the present invention correspond to the operation flows of the steps in the above method embodiments one to one, and the achieved effects are also consistent.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an air conditioner, and the camera and the face recognition system can trigger an alarm in a room to give an alarm and send an alarm signal to a user terminal bound with the air conditioner under the condition that a stranger enters the room.

In still another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program being implemented by a processor to perform the air conditioner control method provided in the above embodiments, the method including: the method comprises the steps of obtaining facial information of a visitor based on a camera installed on an air conditioner, and determining attribute information of the visitor based on the facial information of the visitor, wherein the attribute information comprises target personnel; if the visitor is judged and known as a target person, controlling the air conditioner to send a voice prompt and sending an alarm signal to a user terminal; and if a judgment signal fed back by the user terminal based on the alarm signal is received within a first preset time, controlling the air conditioner to store the facial information of the visitor according to the judgment signal.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. An air conditioner control method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining facial information of a visitor based on a camera installed on an air conditioner, and determining attribute information of the visitor based on the facial information of the visitor, wherein the attribute information comprises target personnel;
if the visitor is judged and known as a target person, controlling the air conditioner to send a voice prompt and sending an alarm signal to a user terminal;
and if a judgment signal fed back by the user terminal based on the alarm signal is received within a first preset time, controlling the air conditioner to store the facial information of the visitor according to the judgment signal.
2. The air conditioner control method according to claim 1, wherein a first memory, in which face information of the house accommodator is stored, a second memory, in which face information of an acquaintance of the house accommodator is stored, and a third memory, in which face information of a temporary visitor and a stranger who has entered the house are stored, are provided on the air conditioner;
correspondingly, the determining attribute information of the visitor based on the visitor face information specifically includes:
matching the guest face information with face information in the first memory, the second memory, and the third memory, respectively;
and if the matching of the face information of the visitor fails or the matching of the face information of the visitor and the face information in the third memory succeeds, determining that the visitor is a target person.
3. The method for controlling an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the controlling the air conditioner to store the visitor's face information according to the determination signal includes:
if the visitor is a house accommodation person, storing the facial information of the visitor in the first memory;
and if the visitor is a acquaintance of a house accommodation person, storing the facial information of the visitor in the second memory.
4. The air conditioner control method according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the alarm signal to the user terminal further comprises:
and if the judgment signal is not received or the air conditioner is powered off within the first preset time, triggering an alarm to give an alarm.
5. The method for controlling an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the controlling the air conditioner to store the visitor's face information according to the determination signal further comprises:
if the judgment signal indicates that the visitor is a stranger, an alarm is triggered to give an alarm;
and if the judging signal indicates that the visitor is a temporary visitor, storing the facial information of the visitor into the third memory.
6. The air conditioner control method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the air conditioner to send out a voice prompt further comprises:
if a voice closing instruction is received, closing the voice prompt and displaying a storage request;
and if a storage instruction based on the storage request feedback is received within a second preset time, controlling the air conditioner to store the facial information of the visitor according to the storage instruction.
7. An air conditioning control system is characterized by comprising,
the attribute information determining module is used for acquiring the facial information of the visitor based on a camera installed on the air conditioner and determining the attribute information of the visitor based on the facial information of the visitor, wherein the attribute information comprises a target person;
the alarm signal sending module is used for controlling the air conditioner to send a voice prompt and sending an alarm signal to a user terminal if the visitor is judged and known as a target person;
and the storage module is used for controlling the air conditioner to store the facial information of the visitor according to the judgment signal if the judgment signal fed back by the user terminal based on the alarm signal is received within a first preset time.
8. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the air conditioning control system of claim 7 for controlling the air conditioner.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the air-conditioning-based control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the program.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the air conditioning control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
