In the embodiment of the invention, the biological characteristic information of a plurality of samples (different objects to be identified) is collected statistically, and the body state information can be obtained by collecting the video images when the biological characteristic information is assumed to be the body state information, so that the information processing device obtains the pedestrian foreground image sequence in the sample video images, labels each pedestrian foreground image sequence, extracts the directional gradient histogram feature of the pedestrian foreground image sequence, and finally generates the biological characteristic preset model according to the directional gradient histogram feature.
Specifically, the direction gradient histogram features extracted from pedestrians with different identities are clustered respectively to generate gait words for the pedestrians with different identities. The central feature values of the clusters represent different gait words.
Wherein the clustering can use a K-Means method. K-Means is a common clustering method, and after K clustering centers are randomly generated by setting the clustering number K, the clustering centers and corresponding feature vectors are updated by iteration to divide the feature vectors into K clusters. Other clustering methods besides K-Means may be used, such as hierarchical clustering (hierarchical clustering), fuzzy K-Means clustering, simulated annealing algorithm clustering, and the like. The hierarchical clustering means that clustering of each layer is carried out according to the clustering result of the previous layer. For example: the first layer clusters the data into two types, the second layer clusters the layered data into two types, if the two types are also clustered, the second layer obtains four types of data in total. Fuzzy K-means and K-means methods are similar, but the membership of data points to different classes can be estimated according to a fuzzy theory in the clustering process. In each iteration process of the simulated annealing algorithm clustering, when the probability that the data points belong to different classes is calculated, the variance is reduced from large to small, and the local minimum solution can be avoided theoretically.
For example, capturing a pedestrian in a sample video image may be as shown in fig. 9, where image information (i.e., sample set) of different poses of different pedestrians (i.e., samples) is captured in fig. 9.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the information processing apparatus has an established biometric preset model, and the identity information of the object to be recognized can be determined by inputting biometric information into the biometric preset model.
Specifically, the information processing device extracts a foreground image in a video image of an object to be recognized, extracts directional gradient histogram features of a foreground image sequence, generates sparse coding features according to a biological feature preset model and the directional gradient histogram features generated by training, and finally obtains identity information of the object to be recognized (i.e. whether the identity information of the object to be recognized is preset identity information or not) according to the sparse coding features.
Here, the object to be recognized may be an owner or a permission owner of the smart home device, or may also be a stranger or an illegal intruder, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the feature of the owner or the permission owner of the smart home device is represented based on the biometric feature preset model, and when the biometric feature information is matched with the biometric feature model, the identity information of the object to be recognized is preset identity information (i.e., the owner or the permission owner), i.e., the identity information is successfully verified; when the biological characteristic information is not matched with the biological characteristic model, the identity information of the object to be identified is non-preset identity information (namely a stranger or an illegal invader), namely the identity information authentication fails.
S204, implementing a first function based on the identity information, the current motion track information and a preset function implementation strategy; the preset function implementation strategy is used for representing the corresponding relation between the motion state of the object to be identified and the preset function, wherein the identity information is verified successfully, and the first function is at least one of the preset functions.
The process of implementing the first function based on the identity information, the current motion trajectory information, and the preset function implementation policy described in the embodiment of the present invention is consistent with the process of S101 described in the first embodiment, and is not described here again.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the same inventive concept of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing apparatus 1, where the information processing apparatus 1 may be in an intelligent home system, and the information processing apparatus 1 may include:

The function unit 12 is specifically configured to, when the identity information is preset identity information, implement the first function corresponding to the identity information according to the current function type and the current distance information.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the current function type is an access control type or an on-off type, the first function includes: an unlock function and a lock function.
The function unit 12 is further specifically configured to, when the current distance information meets a preset close distance threshold, implement the unlocking function corresponding to the identity information according to the current function type; and when the current distance information meets a preset long-distance threshold, realizing the locking function corresponding to the identity information according to the current function type, wherein the preset short-distance threshold is smaller than the preset long-distance threshold.

1. An information processing method is applied to an intelligent home system and comprises the following steps:
when an object to be identified is detected, collecting biological characteristic information and current motion track information of the object to be identified;
determining identity information of the object to be identified based on the biological characteristic information;
implementing a first function based on the identity information, the current motion track information and a preset function implementation strategy; the preset function implementation strategy is used for representing the corresponding relation between the motion state of the object to be identified and the preset function, wherein the identity information is successfully verified, and the first function is at least one of the preset functions;
wherein, the implementing a first function based on the identity information, the current motion track information and a preset function implementing strategy comprises:
determining current distance information according to the current motion track information; the current distance information represents the distance between the current distance information and the object to be identified;
determining the current function type according to the current distance information and a preset function type strategy; the preset function type strategy is used for representing the function type corresponding to the intelligent household equipment in the preset range of the object to be identified; wherein the preset function implementation policy comprises the preset function type policy;
when the identity information is preset identity information, the first function corresponding to the identity information is realized according to the current function type and the current distance information;
wherein the preset function implementation policy comprises the preset function type policy; when the current function type is a personalized type, the first function comprises: customizing a function; when the current distance information represents that the current distance information is close to the intelligent household equipment, the customized function corresponding to the identity information is realized according to the current function type; when the current distance information represents that the current distance information is far away from the intelligent household equipment, closing the customized function corresponding to the identity information according to the current function type; or, when the current function type is a notification type, the first function includes: a notification alert function; when the current distance information represents that the current distance information is close to the intelligent household equipment, starting a notification reminding function corresponding to the identity information according to the current function type; and when the current distance information representation is far away from the intelligent household equipment, finishing the notification reminding function corresponding to the identity information according to the current function type.

The method of claim 1, wherein when the current function type is an access control type or an on-off type, the first function comprises: an unlock function and a lock function; the implementing the first function corresponding to the identity information according to the current function type and the current distance information includes:
when the current distance information meets a preset close distance threshold, the unlocking function corresponding to the identity information is realized according to the current function type;
and when the current distance information meets a preset long-distance threshold, realizing the locking function corresponding to the identity information according to the current function type, wherein the preset short-distance threshold is smaller than the preset long-distance threshold.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the current function type, the method further comprises:
and when the identity information is not the preset identity information and the current distance information meets a preset close distance threshold value, performing alarm processing.
