when the kitchen air conditioner enters a forced cooling mode, the main control device controls the compressor to work to enable the refrigerating device to refrigerate, controls the cold air fan to work, and controls the air speed of the cold air fan to be within a forced cooling air speed range; the strong cooling wind speed interval is larger than the weak cooling wind speed interval;
when the refrigeration device carries out refrigeration, the main control device also controls the work of the heat dissipation fan and dynamically adjusts the air speed of the heat dissipation fan according to the working temperature of the compressor, wherein the higher the working temperature of the compressor is, the larger the air speed of the heat dissipation fan is.

3. The control method of a kitchen air conditioner according to claim 2, characterized in that: the refrigeration mode of the kitchen air conditioner also comprises a middle refrigeration mode;
when the kitchen air conditioner enters a middle refrigeration mode, the main control device controls an air inlet selection mechanism of the air inlet selection device to communicate an indoor air inlet port and an air outlet port of a shell of the air inlet selection device, controls a compressor to work to enable the refrigeration device to refrigerate, controls a cold air fan to work and controls the air speed of the cold air fan to be in a middle refrigeration air speed interval; wherein the medium refrigeration wind speed interval is larger than the cold refrigeration wind speed interval and is smaller than the forced refrigeration wind speed interval.
