A fresh air system for realizing temperature regulation and a control method thereof are provided, wherein the system comprises: the kitchen is suitable for being matched with a cigarette machine of a kitchen to be used, wherein the kitchen is provided with an air inlet, a temperature sensor located near the air inlet, a controller connected with the temperature sensor and a heat exchange unit, and the controller is connected with the heat exchange unit and used for controlling the heat exchange unit to work according to the detection result of the temperature sensor. Realize the linkage work of cigarette machine, new trend device, controller on the one hand through this scheme, on the one hand can realize carrying out temperature regulation to the air that gets into from the air intake according to temperature sensor, not only can the heated air also can refrigerate the air.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a range hood 10 and a fresh air device 20 are included in a kitchen, and the range hood 10 can be used together with the fresh air device 20. In one embodiment, the range hood 10 can communicate with the fresh air device 20 through the controller 30.
In one embodiment, the controller 30 may be a separate unit disposed on the body of the range hood 10 and communicatively connected to the control unit of the range hood 10; the controller 30 may also be shared with the control unit of the range hood 10 itself to control the fresh air device and the range hood. The range hood and the fresh air device are respectively communicated with the controller, so that the linked work of the range hood and the fresh air device can be realized.
Referring to fig. 1, the fresh air device 20 includes an air inlet 201, a temperature sensor 202 located near the air inlet 201, and a heat exchange unit 203, and the controller 30 is connected to the heat exchange unit 203 and is configured to control the heat exchange unit 203 to operate according to a detection result of the temperature sensor 202. Through the scheme, the air entering from the air inlet can be heated according to the temperature sensor, and the air can be cooled, so that the temperature can be adjusted.
Referring to fig. 2, a connection block diagram of the controller 30 and the fresh air device 30 is shown, and the controller 30 is respectively connected with the temperature sensor 202 and the heat exchange unit 203 of the fresh air device 20 for controlling the operations thereof.
In one embodiment, the air inlet 201 may be disposed on a wall of a kitchen or on a frame of a window of the kitchen, as long as the air inlet can communicate with the outside.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the heat exchange unit 203 includes fins 2031 that may be disposed at the intake 201, and a refrigeration unit 2032 connected to the fins 2031.
In one embodiment, the refrigeration unit 2032 includes a heat absorption unit 2032-1, a compressor 2032-2, a condenser 2032-3, and a water pump 2032-4, connectable by piping to transport a refrigerant substance.
In one embodiment, the fins 2031 may be disposed across the heat sink 2032-1, wherein the fins 2031 may be heated by electrical power and the heat sink 2032-1 may perform a cooling function by vaporization of the transported refrigerant.
In one embodiment, the compressor 2032-2, the condenser 2032-3, and the water pump 2032-4 may be placed under a kitchen cooktop in a concealed arrangement to save space and beautify the appearance.
In one embodiment, the fresh air device 20 further includes an air purification unit 204 disposed at the air inlet 201, wherein the temperature sensor 201, the air purification unit 204, and the fins 2031 are disposed in sequence from an end close to the outdoor air inlet 201, see fig. 1.
The embodiment of the invention also comprises a kitchen temperature control method suitable for the fresh air system, as shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
s301, after the controller 30 receives a signal of starting the range hood 10, controlling the temperature sensor 202 to detect the air temperature at the kitchen air inlet 201;
s302, the controller 30 receives the detection result fed back by the temperature sensor 202 and controls the heat exchange unit 203 to work according to the detection result.
By the control method, on one hand, the linked work of the range hood and the fresh air device is realized, on the other hand, the temperature of air entering the room from the outside is controlled according to the detected temperature value, and the indoor constant temperature is kept.
In one embodiment, when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 202 is higher than the preset value, the controller 30 controls the heat exchange unit 203 to cool to reduce the temperature and humidity of the air at the air inlet. Specifically, the controller 30 controls the heat absorption unit 2032-1, the compressor 2032-2, the condenser 2032-3, and the water pump 2032-4 to operate, respectively, so as to refrigerate air entering the room, and dry the air by condensation, thereby adjusting the temperature and humidity of the room.
In one embodiment, when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 202 is not higher than the preset value, the controller 30 controls the heat exchange unit 203 to heat the temperature of the intake air. 8. The method of claim 2, wherein the controller controls the heat exchange unit to heat the temperature of the intake air when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is not higher than a preset value.
