One end of the slip seat 23 has a plurality of tooth plates 231, specifically, the slip seat 23 is provided with 6 to 12 tooth plates 231, in this embodiment, 8 tooth plates 231 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the slip seat 23, and a gap 232 is provided between two adjacent tooth plates 231, an opening of the gap 232 is provided on an end surface of the slip seat 23, and the gap 232 is disposed along an axis of the slip seat 23, specifically, referring to fig. 5 to 8, the gap 232 includes a gap bottom 238 and a gap neck 239, the gap bottom 238 is a C-shaped groove, the gap neck 239 is a strip-shaped groove, the opening of the gap bottom 238 and the gap neck 239 are communicated, the gap neck 239 is disposed at a side close to the lower joint 1, and a size of the gap neck 239 is smaller than a size of the gap bottom 238, specifically, the width of the gap neck 239 is 3-5mm, and the width of the gap bottom 238 is 3-5 times of the width of the gap neck 239. The clearance bottom 238 is a C-shaped groove, which can avoid the slip seat 23 being stressed intensively and damaged, and the clearance neck 239 is a strip-shaped groove, which is convenient for the opening of the toothed plate 231, which guarantees the normal operation of the slip 2, and is convenient for processing. As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the gap 232 can also be a U-shaped groove or an arc-shaped groove, and can also be a semicircular opening, so as to prevent the slip bowl 23 from being damaged due to concentrated stress.
The outer wall of the slip seat 23 is provided with a plurality of slip tooth grooves 233, specifically, 2 to 3 slip tooth grooves 233 are uniformly arranged on the tooth plate 231, and each slip tooth groove 233 is provided with one slip tooth 24, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, three slip tooth grooves 233 are axially arranged on the tooth plate 231 along the slip seat 23, and one slip tooth 24 is arranged in each slip tooth groove 233, the size of each slip tooth 24 is matched with the size of the corresponding slip tooth groove 233, and a part of each slip tooth 24 is exposed out of the slip tooth groove 233, so as to anchor the slip 2 and the sleeve. Specifically, the slip teeth 24 are cylindrical ceramic components or ceramic metal components, in this embodiment, the slip teeth 24 are cylindrical ceramic metal components, an included angle between an outer end surface of the slip teeth 24 and an axis of the slip seat 23 is less than or equal to 60 °, and the outer end surface of the slip teeth 24 faces away from one end of the slip seat 23 where the toothed plate 231 is arranged, the outer end surface is a bottom surface of the slip teeth 24 opposite to a groove bottom surface of the slip tooth groove 233, and the bottom surface and the axis of the slip seat 23 have an inclined angle to form an inclined surface, so that a contact area between the slip teeth 24 and a sleeve is reduced, the capability of the slip teeth 24 being squeezed into the sleeve is enhanced, and the anchoring capability of the soluble integral slip 2 is better. As an embodiment option, as shown in fig. 9-11, the soluble metal seal cartridge assembled by using the slip bowl 23 shown in fig. 10 is shown in fig. 9, two slip tooth grooves 233 are provided on the tooth plate 231 of each slip bowl 23 along the axial direction of the slip bowl 23, one slip tooth 24 is provided in each slip tooth groove 233, and the number of the slip teeth 24 adapted to the tooth plate 231 is designed according to actual anchoring requirements, so that cost is saved.
Only one end of the slip seat 23 is provided with a toothed plate 231, a gap 232 is formed between the toothed plates 231, when the slip seat 23 climbs on the slope surface of the cone 5, one end of the slip seat 23, which is provided with the toothed plate 231, is used for abutting against the lower joint 1 and is acted by the abutting force of the lower joint 1, the toothed plate 231 on the slip seat 23 can be expanded towards the periphery but cannot be broken until the toothed plate 231 is attached to the inner wall of the sleeve, and the slip teeth 24 are clamped into the inner wall of the sleeve, so that the anchoring function is realized; the end, which is not provided with the toothed plate 231, is used for abutting against the metal sealing ring 6, the force-transferring end surface of the toothed plate is not provided with the gap 232, uniform acting force can be transferred to the metal sealing ring 6, and the metal sealing ring 6 is prevented from being damaged due to nonuniform stress. The size of the slip teeth 24 is matched with that of the corresponding slip tooth groove 233, and a part of the slip teeth 24 is exposed out of the slip tooth groove 233 and is used for realizing anchoring of the slip 2 and the sleeve.
As a preferred embodiment, the slip seat 23 and the metal sealing ring 6 are of an integrally formed structure, and at this time, the slip 2 is made of the same material as the metal sealing ring 6, and the slip 2 and the sealing ring are designed into an integral structure, so that the structure of the clamping seat is simpler, and the processing is more convenient.
The lower joint 1 is installed near one end of the conical top of the cone 5, the lower joint 1 is an aluminum alloy component, one end of the lower joint 1 near the conical bottom of the cone 5 abuts against one end, provided with the toothed plate 231, of the slip 2, and the lower joint 1 is used for being matched with a setting tool. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 9, a plurality of positioning screws 11 are uniformly arranged on an end portion of the lower joint 1 abutting against one end of the slip 2, and the positioning screws 11 are convenient to uniformly position the gap 232 of the slip 2.
When the soluble metal sealing clamping seat is used, the soluble metal sealing clamping seat needs to be matched with a setting tool for use, the setting tool is connected with the lower joint 1, the clamping seat is placed at a corresponding position of a shaft to be blocked by the setting tool, the setting tool pulls the lower joint 1 to enable the lower joint 1 and the cone 5 to generate relative displacement, so that the metal sealing ring 6 and the slips 2 are deformed due to extrusion, the outer wall of the metal sealing ring 6 is in contact with the inside of the shaft to realize sealing, and the slips 2 are deformed or broken to be anchored on the inside of the shaft. When the thrust of the setting tool reaches a certain value, the setting tool drops off from the lower joint 1, the setting tool is taken out, and a soluble plugging device similar to a soluble metal plugging ball is put into the setting tool, wherein the plugging device comprises a first section, the first section is a soluble metal component, and the shape and the size of the outer surface of the first section are respectively matched with the shape and the size of the inner surface of the cone 5, such as: the cylindrical channel is cylindrical, the first section and the circular truncated cone are correspondingly arranged on the channel, the first section is matched with the circular truncated cone or the circular truncated cone, the size of the circular truncated cone-shaped channel is larger than that of the cylindrical channel, and the backflow effect is better. The first section of the plugging device can enter the channel to be plugged, so that surface plugging is realized, the plugging effect is better, the cone 5 can be supported to share the bearing pressure of the cone 5, the cone 5 is prevented from being damaged due to stress, and the whole seating process is completed.

Claims (10)

1. A soluble metal seal cartridge, comprising: the sealing structure comprises a cone (5), a metal sealing ring (6), a slip (2) and a lower joint (1), wherein the cone (5), the metal sealing ring (6), the slip (2) and the lower joint (1) are all soluble metal components;
the outer surface of the cone (5) is a conical surface, and a channel which is axially arranged is arranged in the cone (5);
the metal sealing ring (6) is sleeved on the cone (5);
the slip (2) comprises a plurality of slip tooth grooves (233) and a cylindrical slip seat (23), the slip seat (23) is of an integrated structure, one end of the slip seat (23) is provided with a plurality of toothed plates (231), a gap (232) is formed between every two adjacent toothed plates (231), slip teeth (24) are arranged in the slip tooth grooves (233), the slip (2) is sleeved on the cone (5), and one end of the slip (2) abuts against one end, close to the cone top of the cone (5), of the metal sealing ring (6);
one end of the lower joint (1) close to the conical bottom of the cone (5) abuts against one end, provided with the toothed plate (231), of the slip (2).
2. The soluble metal seal cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the gap (232) comprises a gap bottom (238) and a gap neck (239), the gap bottom (238) is a C-shaped groove, the gap neck (239) is a strip-shaped groove, an opening of the gap bottom (238) communicates with the gap neck (239), the gap neck (239) is disposed at a side near the lower joint (1), and a width of the gap neck (239) is smaller than a width of the gap bottom (238).
3. The soluble metal seal cartridge of claim 2, wherein the width of the clearance neck (239) is 3-5mm and the width of the clearance bottom (238) is 3-5 times the width of the clearance neck (239).
4. The soluble metal seal cartridge according to claim 2, wherein the gap (232) is disposed along an axial direction of the slip bowl (23).
5. The soluble metal seal cartridge according to any of claims 1-4, wherein said metal seal ring (6) is a metal member having an elongation of 16% to 35%.
6. The soluble metal seal cartridge of claim 5 wherein said metal component is a magnesium alloy component.
7. A soluble metal seal cartridge according to any of claims 1 to 4 wherein the slip bowl (23) and the metal seal ring (6) are integrally formed.
8. A soluble metal seal cartridge according to any of claims 1 to 4 wherein said slip bowl (23) contains 6 to 12 said tooth plates (231) and said tooth plates (231) are uniformly provided with 2 to 3 said slip spline grooves (233).
9. The soluble metal seal cartridge according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said passageway is of cylindrical configuration, said passageway having a diameter of 70 to 80 mm; or the channel is in a circular truncated cone-shaped structure, and the diameter of the smallest end of the channel is 70-80 mm.
10. The soluble metal seal cartridge according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the metal seal ring (6) is provided with at least one ring of seal ring (61).
