Abstract
The invention provides a high-torsion-resistance back-off fishing pipe column and a fishing method and application thereof.A reverse-thread male cone is used for firmly grabbing underground fish; the high-torsion-resistance drill collar is used for realizing independent transmission of torque and axial force and avoiding the reverse opening of the buckle during the reverse buckling operation; the conversion joint is used for realizing conversion from a high torsion resistance type to a drilling tool buckling type; the reverse-thread male cone, the high-torsion-resistance drill collar and the adapter are sequentially and axially connected in a threaded manner from bottom to top. The fishing device adopts a high anti-torsion structure design from a reverse thread male cone, a special drill collar and an adapter, so that the separation of a torque and axial force transmission mechanism in a fishing pipe column is realized; the axial force is still transmitted by the screw thread, and the torque is transmitted by the spline; therefore, the problem that the screw thread is easy to open during back-off operation due to small size is solved; the fishing success rate is improved, and the operation cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of workover operations of oil fields, oil gases and water wells, in particular to a high-torsion-resistance back-off fishing pipe column and a fishing method and application thereof.
Background
With the continuous promotion of the oil and gas development process of the Bohai sea oil field, the well repair workload of shut-in wells and low-yield and low-efficiency wells is increased year by year, and particularly, the situations that a central pipe column needs to be fished when stuck due to scaling and sand production are more and more. At present, a fishing central pipe in a small-size sand control pipe column in the market is usually carried out by matching a common phi 79mm drill collar with a fishing tool (a male cone, a retractable fishing spear and the like).
The salvaged drilling tool combinations are mainly classified into 2 types: 1. the phi 79mm positive-buckling drill collar and positive-buckling fishing tool has the advantages that the maximum buckling torque of the drill collar is only 4KN.m, so that the back-off torque is small, the drilling tool mainly depends on shock fishing, and the success rate is low. 2. A reversed-buckling drill collar and a reversed-buckling fishing tool with the diameter of 79mm can perform reversed-buckling fishing within the maximum torsion resistance range of the drill collar, and if the reversed-buckling is unsuccessful and the hand needs to be released, the drilling tool and the tool are prone to well dropping accidents caused by the failure of the released hand. The axial force and the torque of the conventional fishing pipe column are transmitted through the thread and the screw thread, and when reverse torque of the reverse thread is transmitted, the risk of opening the thread by the screw thread is very high, so that the fishing pipe column is inverted, and the fishing failure is caused. At present, in a Bohai sea oil field, the accidents of falling of a drill collar with the diameter of 79mm and a fishing tool are up to 10 times each year because the tool cannot be taken off the hand. There is currently no effective solution to this problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, the existing salvage drilling tool combination has the advantages of small bearable back-off torque, salvage by means of jarring, low success rate, and low success rate of hand release when the back-off is unsuccessful and the hand release is needed, and the situation that the drilling tool and the tool fall into the well due to the failure of the hand release often occurs. The invention provides a high-torsion-resistance back-off fishing pipe column and a fishing method and application thereof, the back-off fishing efficiency is greatly improved, and the development cost is reduced.

the upper part of the high anti-torsion drill collar is connected with the lower part of the adapter and the upper part of the reverse-thread male cone is connected with the lower part of the high anti-torsion drill collar through splines and spline grooves, so that the high anti-torsion drill collar and the adapter as well as the reverse-thread male cone and the high anti-torsion drill collar are prevented from rotating relatively and can bear large torque, and meanwhile, the threads on the connecting sleeve can not bear external torque; connecting sleeves are arranged on the outer sides of the upper portion of the high anti-torsion drill collar and the lower portion of the adapter, threads are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of each connecting sleeve, the outer wall of the upper portion of the high anti-torsion drill collar is connected with the inner wall of the lower portion of each connecting sleeve through the threads, the outer wall of the lower portion of the adapter is connected with the inner wall of the upper portion of each connecting sleeve through the threads, and the high anti-torsion drill collar, the adapter and the connecting sleeves are in threaded connection and can bear the tensile force.

The outer surface of the lower part of the adapter is provided with three sections of steps, the upper step is uniformly provided with external threads and a second sealing ring groove along the circumferential direction, the middle step is uniformly provided with splines along the circumferential direction, and the lower step is uniformly provided with a first sealing ring groove along the circumferential direction; the inner surface of the upper portion of the high anti-torsion drill collar is provided with two sections of steps, spline grooves are uniformly formed in the steps of the upper portion in the circumferential direction, splines on the adapter correspond to the spline grooves on the high anti-torsion drill collar one to one, the size of one group of splines and the spline grooves is larger than that of the other groups of splines and the spline grooves, and third sealing ring grooves and external threads are uniformly formed in the steps of the lower portion in the circumferential direction.
The fishing string is 2-3.5 inches in size, i.e., 2 "-3-1/2".
The tensile strength of the fishing string is 500-700 KN; the maximum torsion resistance of the fishing pipe column is 10-15 KN.m.
A salvaging method of a salvaging pipe column with high torsion resistance is carried out according to the following steps:

The outer surface of the head end (namely the lower part) of the adapter 3 is provided with three steps, the upper step is uniformly provided with external threads and a second sealing ring groove along the circumferential direction, the middle step is uniformly provided with splines along the circumferential direction, and the lower step is uniformly provided with a first sealing ring groove along the circumferential direction; two sections of steps are arranged on the inner surface of the tail end (namely the upper part) of the high anti-torsion drill collar 2, spline grooves are uniformly formed in the upper step along the circumferential direction, and the splines on the adapter 3 correspond to the spline grooves on the high anti-torsion drill collar 2 one by one. The size of one group of splines and spline grooves is larger than that of the other groups of splines and spline grooves, and third sealing ring grooves and external threads are uniformly arranged on the lower step along the circumferential direction.
Example two
The fishing string is 2-3.5 inches, i.e., 2 "-3-1/2", in size based on example one.
