Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a filling device in a wall body, an assembled wall formed by assembling a plurality of filling devices, a transport carrier comprising the assembled wall and a building.
Background
When water enters the ship, in order to prevent sinking, the cabin door of the cabin of the hull hole-breaking part is closed to limit the water inflow of the ship body, however, because the hull is made of metal or multi-layer glass fiber or carbon fiber, the density of the wall body is more than 1, the hole is easy to be broken when the ship is impacted, and finally, the sinking is difficult to avoid when the water inflow is too much or overturned.
In addition, the sound insulation and fire protection requirements of modern buildings have been increased, but the construction of effective sound insulation walls is complicated and expensive.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sealable filling device, a combined wall, a transport carrier and a building, which are used for providing additional buoyancy for the transport device, improving the impact resistance of the transport device and improving the sound insulation and fire prevention effects of the wall of the building.
The invention provides a closed filling device which comprises a shell and a zigzag buffer supporting sheet. The shell comprises a top wall, a bottom wall opposite to the top wall and a plurality of convex-concave cross-shaped tenon surrounding side walls connected between the top wall and the bottom wall so as to facilitate the extension of the wall body. The top wall, the bottom wall and the convex-concave cross tenon surround the side wall to form an accommodating space. The zigzag buffer support sheet is arranged in the accommodating space and is provided with a zigzag buffer support structure body.
The closable modular wall according to the invention comprises a plurality of the above-mentioned closable filling devices assembled to each other.
The invention provides a sealable transport vehicle comprising an outer shell. The outer shell comprises the closable combined wall.
The invention provides a sealable building comprising a plurality of walls. Any of the walls may comprise a closable modular wall as described above.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the housing further includes a plurality of convex-concave cross tenon assembling portions respectively disposed on the surrounding side walls of the convex-concave cross tenons to extend and assemble to a plurality of other sealable filling devices.
In an embodiment of the present invention, each of the male-female cross-shaped tenon assembling portions includes a first male-female cross-shaped tenon-and-mortise structure or a second male-female cross-shaped tenon-and-mortise structure corresponding to the first male-female cross-shaped tenon-and-mortise structure.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the top wall has an opening, and the sealable filling device further includes a cover assembled to the opening.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the assembled wall further includes two outer walls respectively connected to two sides of the wall body assembled by the plurality of airtight filling devices.
The closed filling device of the embodiment of the invention can provide extra buoyancy for the transport carrier when being applied to the shell of the transport carrier because the shell is partially hollow and is evenly supported by the zigzag buffer supporting structure body, so that the transport carrier is not easy to sink on water, and the zigzag buffer supporting sheet is arranged in the hollow shell, thereby improving the impact resistance of the shell of the transport carrier. In addition, when the airtight combined wall is applied to the wall of a building, due to the fact that the zigzag buffer supporting sheets are arranged in each airtight filling device of the combined wall, the sound insulation effect and the fireproof function of the wall of the building can be improved in a simple and cheap mode compared with the prior art.
