(9) performing edge cutting and punching processing on the product obtained in the last step;
(10) the box cover, the box body and the filter element frame of the dust collecting box are respectively and synchronously manufactured by adopting moulds with different shapes in the steps;
(11) and carrying out adhesive assembly on the box body, the box cover, the filter element frame and the filter element.
Further, the temperature range of the hot air in the step (7) is 180 ℃ to 220 ℃.

The temperature range of the hot air in the step (7) is 180-220 ℃, the pH value of the slurry obtained in the step (4) is between 4.0 and 5.5, and the concentration is between 1 and 2 percent.

(9) performing edge cutting and punching processing on the product obtained in the last step;
(10) the box cover, the box body and the filter element frame of the dust collecting box are respectively and synchronously manufactured by adopting moulds with different shapes in the steps;
(11) and carrying out adhesive assembly on the box body, the box cover, the filter element frame and the filter element.
