2. the water-borne color paint coating according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water-based polyester resin is water-soluble polyester resin with 68-80% of solid content and hydroxyl value of 80-130mgKOH/g, wherein the hydroxyl value is the hydroxyl content converted into 100% of resin solid content.
3. The water-borne color paint coating according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water-soluble acrylic resin is 30-50% of solid and has a hydroxyl value of less than 90mgKOH/g, wherein the hydroxyl value is the hydroxyl content converted into 100% of the resin solid.

The water-borne color paint coating according to claim 1, characterized in that: the cosolvent is a mixture of an alcohol ether solvent and an alcohol solvent, wherein the alcohol ether solvent is at least one of ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether or propylene glycol methyl ether, and the alcohol solvent is at least one of ethanol, isopropanol and n-butanol.
5. The water-based paint coating of claim 4, characterized in that: the cosolvent is a mixture of ethylene glycol butyl ether and isopropanol, and the mass ratio of the ethylene glycol butyl ether to the isopropanol is 6:4-4: 6.
6. The water-borne color paint coating according to claim 1, characterized in that: the amino resin is high imino methylated melamine formaldehyde resin with the solid content of not less than 80 percent.

The water-borne color paint coating according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water-based color paste is a home-made grinding color paste containing water-soluble acrylic resin, a dispersing agent, a pigment, deionized water, a cosolvent and a neutralizing agent, wherein the weight content of the water-soluble acrylic resin in the home-made grinding color paste is 5-15%.

The water-borne color paint coating according to claim 1, characterized in that: the neutralizer is N, N-dimethylethanolamine, the leveling agent is a polyacrylate solution, the substrate wetting agent is a polyether modified siloxane solution, the defoaming agent is at least one of an organic silicon defoaming agent or a mixture of hydrophobic particles and a foam breaking polymer, and the adhesion promoter is 60-80% of solid modified epoxy resin.
9. The preparation method of the water-based colored paint coating is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: adding the waterborne polyester resin and the waterborne acrylic resin into an operating cylinder, and adding a neutralizing agent to adjust the pH value to 8.0-8.5 under the condition that the rotating speed is 500-800 rpm;
s2: adding a cosolvent under the condition that the rotating speed is 500-800 rpm, dispersing for 5min under the condition, then adding deionized water, and dispersing for 5-10min under the condition;
s3: adding the flatting agent, the substrate wetting agent and the defoaming agent into an operating cylinder with the rotating speed of 500-800 rpm while dispersing, and dispersing for 5-10min under the condition;
s4: dispersing amino resin and adhesion promoter while adding into operating cylinder at 500-800 rpm, and dispersing for 5-10 min;
s5: adding the aqueous color paste into an operating cylinder with the rotating speed of 500-800 rpm while dispersing, and dispersing for 5-10min under the condition;
s6: adjusting the pH value: adjusting pH value to 8.0-8.5 with neutralizer, and dispersing at 800-1500 rpm for 20-30 min;
s7: and (5) filtering and packaging.
10. Use of the water-borne color paint coating according to any one of claims 1 to 8 as a single-coat top-coat for a tricycle.
