Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of polymer modified materials, and provides a preparation method of a PC modified material capable of resisting boiling water at 180 ℃, which is characterized in that a compatilizer is added to carry out blending modification on PC and PE. The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride grafted LLDPE. The PC modified material prepared by the method has better performance of resisting boiling water at 180 ℃ than unmodified PC, and can completely meet the use requirement of products under the condition of boiling water at 180 ℃.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of polymer modified materials, and provides a preparation method of a PC modified material capable of resisting boiling water at 180 ℃.
Background
Polycarbonate (PC for short) is colorless and transparent, has excellent comprehensive performance, and can be widely used in the fields of automobiles, medical treatment, aerospace packaging, electronic and electric appliances and the like.
Although PC has good overall properties, it has some defects such as susceptibility to stress cracking, notch sensitivity, poor abrasion resistance, and poor processing fluidity, and products made of pure PC (e.g., release films) do not resist boiling water at 180 ℃ and are easily deformed in boiling water, so that improvement is necessary.
By blending the modified PC, a plurality of properties can be improved, and the application field of the modified PC is expanded.
The PC and polyethylene (hereinafter referred to as PE) blending modification effect is obvious, especially the boiling water resistance is obviously improved, the tensile strength and the flexural strength are almost unchanged, the aging resistance is good, the melt viscosity is reduced, and the processing and the forming are facilitated. However, PC and PE have poor compatibility, and direct blending is likely to cause a layered and incompatible state.

The invention provides a preparation method of a PC modified material capable of resisting boiling water at 180 ℃ aiming at the problems in the prior art, which can meet the basic technical requirements of a release film used in a boiling water state at 180 ℃.

In general, the preparation process of the present invention: 70-80% of PC, 15-25% of PE, 5-10% of compatilizer and dispersing auxiliary agent are added simultaneously, the mixture is fully and uniformly mixed through a high-speed mixer, and the PC modified material resistant to boiling water at 180 ℃ is prepared through extrusion and granulation through a double-screw extruder.
The PE is low-density polyethylene LDPE.
The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride grafted LLDPE.
0.01-0.08% of dispersing aid is added.
Preferably, the dispersing aid is rosin glycerol ester.
The PC modified material prepared by the method has better performance of resisting boiling water at 180 ℃ than unmodified PC, and can completely meet the use requirement of products under the condition of boiling water at 180 ℃.

PE (Low Density polyethylene LDPE) 15%
Maleic anhydride grafted LLDPE 5%
0.02 percent of rosin glyceride.

PE (Low Density polyethylene LDPE) 20%
Maleic anhydride grafted LLDPE 5%
0.02 percent of rosin glyceride.
Example 3
PC 70%
PE (Low Density polyethylene LDPE) 25%
Maleic anhydride grafted LLDPE 5%
0.02 percent of rosin glyceride.
According to the formula of the embodiment, the PC modified material capable of resisting boiling water at 180 ℃ is prepared by fully and uniformly mixing the components through a high-speed mixer and extruding and granulating the mixture through a double-screw extruder.
The processing temperature of each section of the double-screw extruder is 180-280 ℃.
The example product was formed by casting into a film, the relevant properties of which after boiling water at 180 ℃ were compared to those of a pure PC film, as shown in the table below.

1. A preparation method of a PC modified material resisting boiling water of 180 ℃ is characterized in that a compatilizer is added to carry out blending modification on PC and PE.
