The discharging unit 37 comprises an electric slider 371, a U-shaped hook 372, a steel wire pull rope 373, an actuating spring 374 and a material baffle 375; the electric slider 371 is installed in a discharge hole of the stirring cone 31 in a sliding fit manner, the lower end of the electric slider 371 is provided with a U-shaped hook 372, the striker plates 375 are symmetrically arranged in the discharge hole of the stirring cone 31 through pin shafts, the two striker plates 375 are connected through a steel wire pull rope 373, the steel wire pull rope 373 penetrates through the U-shaped hook 372, the actuating springs 374 are symmetrically arranged in the discharge hole of the stirring cone 31 in an inclined manner, the actuating springs 374 are sleeved on the outer wall of the steel wire pull rope 373, one end of each actuating spring 374 is connected to the inner wall of the discharge hole of the stirring cone 31, and the other end of each actuating spring 374 is connected to the striker plate 375; after the compost in the fermentation box 1 is fermented, the electric slider 371 drives the U-shaped hook 372 to move, and the steel wire pull rope 373 is further pulled to open the striker plate 375, so that the raw materials in the fermentation box 1 are discharged through the lower end of the fermentation box 1; the discharging unit 37 can control the compost inside the fermentation box 1 to be discharged thoroughly, and the outward turning structure can prevent the compost from being stuck on the outer wall of the striker plate 375, so that the discharging effect of the compost is ensured.
The filtered air oxygen injection device 5 comprises a cover cylinder 51, a filtered air net ring 52, an air pump 53 and an exhaust pipe 54; a filter air net ring 52 is arranged in the cover cylinder 51, an air pump 53 is arranged on the side wall of the left end of the cover cylinder 51 through a motor base, an air inlet of the air pump 53 is arranged on the outer wall of the cover cylinder 51, an air outlet of the air pump 53 is arranged in the cover cylinder 51, and an air outlet pipe 54 is arranged on the side wall of the right end of the cover cylinder 51; in the composting fermentation process inside the fermentation box 1, external oxygen is infused into the fermentation box 1 through the work of the air pump 53, the gas inside the fermentation box 1 is ventilated, the exchanged gas is exhausted through the exhaust pipe 54 after passing through the air filter net ring 52, the unpleasant smell generated in the composting fermentation process inside the fermentation box 1 can be purified through the action of the air filter net ring 52, and therefore the exhausted gas is free of peculiar smell and cannot pollute the ambient air environment.

s1, mixing the raw materials: manually putting raw materials to be mixed into a feeding device (2), adjusting the mixing proportion through the feeding device (2), fully mixing and feeding the raw materials into a fermentation box (1);
s2, oxygen supply fermentation: the raw materials mixed in the fermentation box (1) are kept still for fermentation, and in order to improve the fermentation efficiency, the raw materials mixed in the fermentation box (1) are provided with sufficient oxygen by a gas filtering and oxygen injecting device (5), and the peculiar smell generated in the fermentation process is filtered;
s3, turning raw materials: the stirring device (3) regularly turns over the raw materials in the fermentation box (1), so that oxygen is provided for the piled materials, the fermentation process of microorganisms is accelerated, the temperature of the piled materials is adjusted, and the drying of the piled materials is ensured;
s4, discharging: after the composting fermentation is finished, discharging the composting in the fermentation box (1) through a discharging unit (37);
the harmlessness of the organic fertilizer in the steps S1-S4 is completed by matching the fermentation box (1), the feeding device (2), the stirring device (3), the support frame (4) and the air filtering and oxygen injecting device (5); wherein:
the fermentation box (1) is of an inverted trapezoidal tubular structure, a feeding device (2) is arranged at the upper end of the interior of the fermentation box (1), a stirring device (3) is arranged at the lower end of the interior of the fermentation box (1), a support frame (4) is arranged on the outer wall of the lower end of the fermentation box (1), a transversely-penetrating air guide hole is formed in the upper end of the fermentation box (1), and the air filtering and oxygen injecting device (5) is arranged on the outer wall of the fermentation box (1);

the material control unit (25) comprises a material control cylinder (251), a limiting chuck (252), a limiting spring (253) and a fan-shaped column plate (254); the material control device is characterized in that fan-shaped clamping grooves are symmetrically formed in the outer wall of the material control cylinder (251), limiting clamping heads (252) are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the fan-shaped clamping grooves in the material control cylinder (251) in a sliding fit mode, and the limiting clamping heads (252) are connected with the inner wall of the fan-shaped clamping grooves in the material control cylinder (251) through limiting springs (253); the fan-shaped column plate (254) is arranged in a fan-shaped clamping groove of the material control cylinder (251) through being matched with the limiting clamping head (252);
