the outer end of the upper skirting transverse surface (21) is connected with the upper end of the vertical skirting surface (22);
the car wall plate (1) comprises a car wall vertical surface (11) and a car wall lower transverse folding surface (12);
the inner end of the car wall lower transverse folding surface (12) is connected with the lower end of the car wall vertical surface (11);
the lower cross folding surface (12) of the car wall is attached to the upper cross surface (21) of the skirting;
the sealing plate (3) comprises a transverse buckling plate (30) and m upper buckling plates (31), wherein m is a positive integer;
the m upper buckle plates (31) are connected to the upper side of the transverse buckle plate (30);
the sealing plate (3) is buckled to the outer side of the car wall plate (1) to form a silencing air duct;
the transverse buckle plate (30) is buckled with the vertical surface (11) of the car wall to form a main channel (40) of the noise elimination air duct;
the lower end of the cross buckle plate (30) is hermetically connected with the car wall lower cross folding surface (12) of the car wall plate (1);
the m upper buckle plates (31) are buckled with the vertical surface (11) of the car wall to form m air inlet channels (41) of the silencing air duct;
the upper buckle plate (31) is provided with a section mutation area;
the section mutation area of each upper buckle plate (31) is buckled with the vertical surface (11) of the car wall to form a resonant cavity (410) of an air inlet channel (41);
the modal frequency of the resonant cavity (410) coincides with a hoistway specific frequency;
a ventilation hole communicated with the noise elimination air duct is formed on the lower transverse folding surface (12) of the car wall and the upper transverse surface (21) of the skirting which are attached together;
the lower end of a skirting vertical surface (22) of the skirting board (2) is used for abutting against the bottom plate of the elevator car.

the lower skirting cross surface (23) of the skirting board (2) is abutted against the bottom plate of the elevator car;
the interior trim buckle plate (6) is buckled between the upper transverse surface (21) of the skirting and the lower transverse surface (23) of the skirting;
a gap of 0.1 mm-2 mm is formed between the interior trim buckle plate (6) and the lower transverse surface (23) of the skirting.

the sum of the effective ventilation areas of the m air inlet channels (41), the effective ventilation area of the main channel (40) and the total area of the ventilation holes are not less than the effective areas specified by national standard, industrial standard or international standard.
