Background
The moulding bed for ship segment construction is subjected to early template type, pillar type and fulcrum type, and has achieved certain achievements to the current numerical control moulding bed, flexible moulding bed and numerical control moulding bed. However, the bed jig has poor adaptability to different scales and sections, is not universal enough, cannot effectively protect the deformation of the sections during the ship body construction, is suitable for manufacturing most of ship sections with relatively gentle curved shapes, but can be used for manufacturing the ship sections with relatively large curvature change, the applicability of the bed jig is greatly influenced, and in addition, the structure in the bed jig cannot be flexibly replaced, so that the problems of high labor intensity of workers, short service life of the bed jig and the like are caused.
Chinese patent specification CN207076971U discloses a flexible numerical control jig frame, which has high adjustable precision, but the number of jig frames is large, which causes redundant arrangement of jig frames, low utilization rate, messy wiring of jig frame support columns, difficult inspection and update, and in addition, the basic frame of the jig frame can not be modularly combined according to the change of curved surfaces, short life cycle and low efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide a serialization device for an intelligent jig frame movable head, which improves the adaptability of the intelligent jig frame to different scales and curvature sections, more effectively protects the curved shape of a ship body section and enhances the universality. Meanwhile, the replaceable loose head structure improves the flexibility of the supporting and adjusting structure, realizes the quick assembling and disassembling function, can accurately adjust the height of the jig frame, improves the arrangement efficiency and prolongs the service life of the jig frame.

Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the contact units with different surface types can change the point or line contact between the traditional jig frame and the curved shape of the ship body segment into surface contact, thereby more effectively protecting the curved shape of the ship body segment; in addition, the supporting height units with different supporting heights can adapt to the precision required by the segmental construction of various ships, and the height of the jig frame can be accurately adjusted; the simple and reliable connection mode among all units can realize the function of quick assembly and disassembly, and the arrangement efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a serialization device for an intelligent jig frame movable head, which comprises a height supporting device, wherein the upper end of the height supporting device is connected with a contact unit, and the lower end of the height supporting device is connected with a jig frame buffer block;
the height supporting device is used for connecting the jig frame buffer block and the contact unit; the contact unit is composed of a pressure sensor, a supporting unit 1, an upper end cover 2, a baffle 6, a ball head 4 and a nut 5;
specifically, the contact unit comprises a support unit 1 with a cylindrical top, an upper end cover 2 arranged at the lower part of the support unit 1, and a baffle 6 arranged at the lower part of the upper end cover 2.
Further, different degree planes of the supporting unit 1 are formed by cutting a cylinder; a combined bolt is welded below the cylinder;
namely, a combination bolt is arranged on the lower wall of the supporting unit 1, and the combination bolt comprises a cylinder 111 and a semi-cylindrical flange 112;

the pressure sensors are tightly attached according to different planes of the supporting unit 1 and are used for recording the sectional pressure of the ship;
the shape of the contact unit is designed according to the surface type of the ship outer plate, and is mainly divided into a plane type 11, an inclined plane type I12, an inclined plane type II 13, an inclined plane type III 14 and an arc type 15, and other types can be adopted.
Further, the auxiliary lead screw 7 comprises a high-precision auxiliary lead screw 71, a medium-precision auxiliary lead screw 72 and a low-precision auxiliary lead screw 73; the length increases in turn with decreasing accuracy.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the operation method for realizing the replacement, installation and locking of the movable head by utilizing the device comprises the following steps:
firstly, when a ship is built in sections, based on the angle of a ship curved surface, selecting a proper series of supporting units 1, and inserting the supporting units 1 into a cavity of an upper end cover 2 according to hole site matching;
then, the semi-cylindrical flange 112 is rotated to the other side by rotating 180 degrees, then the bolt 3 is inserted along the insert block handle inner cavity 25 and the insert block hole cavity 24, and then the whole supporting unit 1 is locked by rotating 180 degrees;
finally, the ball head 4 penetrates through a middle through hole of the baffle 6, the baffle 6 is fixed on the upper end cover 2 by adopting a nut, the front end of the auxiliary screw 7 is connected and fixedly screwed with the ball head 4 through an upper thread 711 of the auxiliary screw, the tail end of the auxiliary screw 7 is connected, fixedly screwed on an auxiliary screw hole of the jig frame buffer block through a lower thread 712 of the auxiliary screw, and is pressed by the nut 5, so that the support adjustment structure of the intelligent jig frame is completed;
when the angle of the curved surface of the ship segment is changed, a proper series of the supporting units 1 is selected, and then the locking of the supporting units 1 is released by screwing out the bolts 3, so that the curved point or line contact of the traditional bed jig and the ship segment is changed into surface contact, and the curved shape of the ship segment is protected more effectively; according to the needs, the auxiliary screw 7 series is selectively replaced, the precision required by the segmental construction of various ships is adapted, the height of the moulding bed is accurately adjusted, the quick assembling and disassembling function is realized, and the flexibility of the supporting and adjusting structure is improved.
As shown in fig. 8, the connection mode among the units in the present invention is:
the supporting unit 1 is inserted into a special inner cavity of the upper end cover 2 through a special bolt 1-2, then rotates to be self-locked, and is clamped through a bolt 3; the upper end cover 2 and the baffle 6 are tightly fixed through bolt connection 2-6; the ball head 4 is movably connected with the upper end cover 2 through a through hole in the middle of the baffle 6; the front end of the auxiliary lead screw 7 is screwed and fixed with the connecting part of the ball head 4 through the threads 711 on the auxiliary lead screw in the threaded connection 4-7; the tail end of the auxiliary lead screw 7 is in tight fit with an auxiliary lead screw hole of the jig frame buffer block 8 through an auxiliary lead screw lower thread 712 in the threaded connection 7-8, and is screwed and fixed through a preset nut 5, so that the series device of the intelligent jig frame movable head is completed.
