Abstract
The invention discloses a truck cab and a truck, wherein the truck cab comprises a cab and a living cabin, and a main driving seat and an auxiliary driving seat are arranged in the cab; the living cabin is communicated with the cockpit and is provided with a first area behind the cockpit and a second area above the cockpit. According to the invention, the living cabin extends upwards to a part above the driving cabin, so that the space of the living cabin is enlarged on the basis of not increasing the length of the driving cabin, and other living function areas except a rest area can be arranged in the living cabin.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of commercial vehicles, in particular to a truck cab and a truck.
Background
Trucks are a common transportation tool, and are mostly used for long-distance logistics transportation. At present, two functions of driving and rest are required to be configured at the same time in a long distance, namely, a driving cabin and a living cabin are arranged in a driving cab at the same time, the living cabin is arranged right behind the driving cabin and is realized by lengthening the driving cab, and a rest area is arranged in the living cabin for a driver to rest. However, since the length of the entire truck (including the cab body and the engine housing cover) is limited by domestic regulations, the space for the cab to be lengthened is limited when the total length is limited, and the space for the living space is limited, so that it is difficult to simultaneously arrange other living functions such as showering and dining.

Referring to fig. 1, the truck cab 100 includes a cab and a living cabin, and a main driving seat 11 and a secondary driving seat 12 are provided in the cab; the living cabin is communicated with the cockpit and is provided with a first area behind the cockpit and a second area above the cockpit.
In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the truck cab 100 comprises a cab and a living cabin, the living cabin is communicated with the cab and is provided with a first area positioned behind the cab and a second area positioned above the cab, so that the living cabin extends upwards to a part above the cab, the space of the living cabin is enlarged on the basis of not increasing the length of the cab, other living functional areas except a rest area can be arranged in the living cabin, the influence of the increase of the length of the cab on the size of a semi-trailer carriage can be avoided, the increase of the weight of the whole truck can be effectively reduced, and the phenomenon that the increase of the length of the cab causes the great increase of the weight of the whole truck and the use economy of the truck is influenced.
The truck cab 100 provided by the present invention may be applied to many different types of trucks, such as a front truck or a long-head truck, and preferably a long-head truck. The requirement of national regulation GB-1589 is that the length of the whole long-head truck (including a cab body and an engine shell) is 18.1 m at most, the living cabin is extended upwards to be partially positioned above the cab, the space of the living cabin is enlarged on the premise of not increasing the length of the cab, and the cab does not need to be turned over when the cab is overhauled by the long-head truck, so that the cab 100 is more suitable for the truck cab provided by the invention, the hidden trouble that the contact part of the cab and the living cabin is not tightly sealed due to the fact that some flat-head trucks are in split structures can be avoided, and the influence of turning over the cab on related facilities in the living cabin can be avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second region of the living cabin extends forward to a position protruding from the front side of the cockpit, so as to have an extension located at the front side of the cockpit. In this way, by extending the second region of the living cabin forward to protrude the front side of the cockpit, it is achieved that the space of the living cabin is further enlarged on the basis of extending the living cabin upward to be partially above the cockpit.
Further, for the truck cab 100, the field of view requires that the driver be able to view the signal light 12 meters ahead and 5 meters high, and therefore the length of the extension should be appropriate. Under the above-mentioned visual field requirement, the limit of forward extension of the second region of the living chamber is 1680mm, and if the forward extension length of the second region of the living chamber is too short, the purpose of significantly increasing the space of the living chamber cannot be achieved, so in the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferably set as follows: as shown in figure 1, the length of the extension section is L, and L is more than or equal to 150mm and less than or equal to 1680 mm. Therefore, the arrangement of the extension section can effectively increase the space of the living cabin and meet the visual field requirement of a driver. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the length of the extension section is set to 890mm by comprehensively considering factors such as the actually required space of the living cabin, the structural strength of the living cabin and the like, so that the structural strength and the stability of the extension section can be ensured on the premise of effectively increasing the space of the living cabin and meeting the requirement of the visual field of a driver.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, a rest area is provided in the living chamber, and the rest area is located in the second area. In this way, by providing the rest area in the second area, i.e. by displacing the rest area from a position conventionally provided directly behind the cockpit to a position provided above the cockpit, so that space behind the cockpit is freed up, it is possible to arrange other functional areas of life, such as shower areas, dining areas, kitchen areas, etc.
As further shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rest area is set in the following manner: the second region is provided with a bed 20, the bed 20 forms the rest area, the bed 20 includes a first bed plate 21 and a second bed plate 22 sequentially disposed in a front-rear direction, and the second bed plate 22 is rotatably connected with the first bed plate 21 in an up-down direction, so that the bed 20 has an unfolded state and a stored state. In this way, by setting the bed to have an unfolded state and a folded state, when the bed 20 needs to be used, the second bed plate 22 is rotated to be flush with the first bed plate 21, so that the bed 20 is in the unfolded state, and the driver can rest (the width of the bed 20 is set to be at most two drivers can rest), and when the bed 20 does not need to be used, the second bed plate 22 can be rotated to be arranged at an included angle with the first bed plate 21 (in other embodiments of the present invention, the second bed plate 22 can be rotated to be folded with the first bed plate 21), so that the bed 20 is in the folded state, and thus, the interference on the activities of the driver in other life function areas of the living cabin is avoided.
In general, the top wall of the living cabin is convexly arranged in a direction gradually away from the cockpit from front to back, as shown in fig. 2, so that a space of the second area of the living cabin close to the front position is generally narrow and is not suitable for a driver to rest, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, a connecting plate 23 is arranged on one side of the first bed plate 21 away from the second bed plate 22, and the other side of the connecting plate 23 is connected with the inner wall surface of the living cabin, so that the connecting plate 23 can be used for placing some living goods such as clothes, and has a certain storage function, and the space of the living cabin is fully utilized. In addition, a storage rack or a storage cabinet can be additionally arranged at the head or tail of the bed 20.
Furthermore, the rest area is dimensioned such that: the height of the rest area is H, and as shown in fig. 2, the height H is the height of the rest area at the edge of the first bed board 21 on the side away from the second bed board 22, and is not less than 200mm and not more than 1200mm, and the space size of the rest area is suitable within the height range. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the height H of the rest area is set to 800mm, so that on one hand, sufficient space is provided for the second bed plate 22 to rotate to the state that the bed 20 is stored (in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the second bed plate 22 rotates upward to store the bed 20 and rotates downward to unfold the bed), and on the other hand, sufficient rest space is provided for the driver when the second bed plate 22 rotates downward to unfold the bed 20.
The communication mode between the cockpit and the living cabin is not limited, and an access may be provided at any position between the cockpit and the living cabin, for example, the access may be provided right behind the main driving seat 11 or the assistant driving seat 12, or between the main driving seat 11 and the assistant driving seat 12, or the like. In the embodiment of the present invention, a dining area is further provided in the living room, and the dining area is located right behind the front passenger seat 12, so it is preferable to provide that the doorway is located at least partially right behind the front passenger seat 12. Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 6, a dining table 31 is provided in the first region, the dining table 31 is located right behind the passenger seat 12, the communication between the cockpit and the living cabin is at least partially located between the passenger seat 12 and the dining table 31, and the passenger seat 12 is rotatably disposed in the front-rear direction to have a working position disposed forward and a rest position disposed rearward facing the dining table 31. 9. A truck, characterized by comprising a truck cab according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The truck of claim 9, wherein the truck is a long head truck.
