Abstract
The invention discloses a method for solving the problem of adhesive film encapsulation and injection molding of a soft rubber material.A plurality of air holes with the radius of 0.2mm-0.3mm are arranged in a mold core of a front mold and are arranged along a splicing line of a plastic piece and an adhesive coating layer; the plurality of air holes are communicated to the same air chamber, and a one-way air valve is arranged in a pipeline for connecting the air chamber with an external air source; the rear mold is separated from the front mold, the air valve is opened by the control valve, high-pressure air flow blows into the front mold from the air hole to separate the plastic part from the mold core to form a gap, the air flow gradually enters between the rubber coating layer and the mold core along the gap, and the rubber coating layer is finally separated from the mold core along with the continuous injection of the air flow to realize the demolding of the rubber coating layer. Blowing air to the plastic part and the rubber coating layer can not cause surface marks of the surface product, thus ensuring the appearance of the product and realizing smooth demoulding.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber coating injection molding, and particularly relates to a rubber coating injection molding process for a soft rubber material.
Background
The surface of a local shell of the household appliance is coated with a layer of soft rubber material (PVC, TPE, TPU …) so as to improve the beauty and hand feeling of the appliance. The soft rubber material is coated on the plastic part by adopting a rubber coating injection molding process, but the soft rubber material has higher viscosity in a high-temperature melting state, if the coating area is too large, particularly the surface of the product is completely covered with the soft rubber, the rubber coating material is easy to adhere to the front mold, and the mold is difficult to demould under the condition that the rear mold can not be made into a structure of a rivet (pulling the product on the rear mold). The addition of an ejection mechanism to the front mold destroys the surface appearance of the encapsulating layer, and therefore a new injection molding process is required to solve the problem of mold sticking.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provides a method for solving the problem of the adhesive film encapsulated and injected by soft rubber materials.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: blowing air to the plastic part and the rubber coating layer can not cause surface marks of the surface product, thus ensuring the appearance of the product and realizing smooth demoulding.

Example one
Fig. 1 shows a housing of a vacuum cleaner, which includes a plastic body 10 and an encapsulating layer 20, wherein the plastic body has a boss 30 exposed out of the encapsulating layer. Mould a body and adopt the PP material, the encapsulating layer adopts the TPE material, and the customer requires to mould a body and the surface on encapsulating layer and can not have any impression.
And a front mold of the corresponding rubber coating mold is not provided with a traditional ejection mechanism, and the plastic part body is placed into the mold and subjected to mold closing and injection molding. After injection molding, the mold is opened, the rear mold is withdrawn, and the product is left in the front mold due to the viscosity of the encapsulating layer.
Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of air holes 40 with the radius of 0.2mm-0.3mm are arranged in the mold core of the front mold, and the air hole bosses are arranged with the splicing lines of the rubber coating layer. The air holes are communicated to the same air chamber, and a one-way air valve is arranged in a pipeline for connecting the air chamber with an external air source. After the rear mold is separated from the front mold, the control valve opens the one-way air valve, high-pressure air flow blows into the front mold from each air hole simultaneously to separate the plastic part from the mold core to form a gap, the air flow advances along the gap to gradually enter between the rubber coating layer and the mold core, and the rubber coating layer is finally separated from the mold core along with continuous injection of the air flow to realize demoulding of the rubber coating layer. Blowing does not cause surface marks of the surface product, so that the appearance of the product can be ensured, and smooth demolding can be realized.
Example two
The method in the first embodiment is also suitable for injection molding products, such as transparent injection molding products, of which the plastic parts are easy to adhere to the mold and the surfaces cannot be provided with thimble structures.
