The dust settling mechanism is innovative, and the dust collection height and the opening and closing angle can be adjusted according to the stirring rotating speed by the CPLD control mechanism so as to adapt to different stirring raw materials; the height adjusting rod and the angle adjusting rod are matched with the elastic force of the spring through the magnetic attraction force generated by electromagnetism, different resultant force directions, namely the magnitude, can be realized through the magnetic attraction force with adjustable magnitude, and the length adjustment can be accurately realized; the stirring quality is ensured, the generation of additional dust is reduced to the maximum extent, and the construction surrounding environment is ensured; novel structure installs additional conveniently, can directly reequip on current agitating unit, and the repacking cost is low.

Technical Field

Background
Concrete, referred to as "concrete" for short: the aggregate is a general name of engineering composite materials formed by cementing aggregates into a whole by using cementing materials, and is a main material of urban construction. The term concrete generally refers to cement as a cementing material and sand and stone as aggregate; the cement concrete, also called as common concrete, is obtained by mixing with water (which may contain additives and admixtures) according to a certain proportion and stirring, and is widely applied to civil engineering.
With the development of the construction industry, in order to improve the quality of houses and accelerate the construction of houses, a large amount of concrete is usually used to replace plate bricks during construction. The concrete is formed by using cement as a gel material and sand and stone as aggregates, and is matched with water according to a certain proportion and processed by a concrete stirring device. The quality of the concrete is directly influenced by the action of the concrete stirring device.
However, the existing concrete stirring device for urban construction still has some defects when in use, in order to ensure the quality of concrete, the concrete is mostly stirred at a high speed on site, and a large amount of dust particles are generated during stirring on site, so that the surrounding construction environment is influenced; if the stirring speed is reduced, although dust particles can be controlled to a certain extent, smooth promotion of urban construction progress is seriously influenced.
Therefore, the problem that a stirring device capable of ensuring the stirring efficiency and quality and effectively reducing dust is urgently needed to be solved by the technical personnel in the field is solved.

the CPLD control mechanism comprises a rotating speed sensor, a CPLD chip module and a motor controller; the rotation speed sensor is installed with the stirring main shaft and is connected with the motor controller through the CPLD chip module; the motor controller is matched with the stirring motor to be installed.
Furthermore, the height adjusting rod and the angle adjusting rod respectively comprise a fixed rod, an adjusting rod, a fixed sheet, an adjusting sheet, a lead, a power supply, a spring and a rheostat; an adjusting groove is formed in the center of one end of the fixing rod inwards along the axial direction; the adjusting rod is slidably arranged in the adjusting groove; the fixed sheet is a silicon steel sheet and is attached to the bottom of the adjusting groove; the adjusting sheet is an iron sheet and is attached to one end of the adjusting rod, which is positioned in the adjusting groove; the conducting wire is uniformly wound on the surface of the fixing piece in a spiral shape and is sequentially connected with the power supply and the rheostat to form a loop; the two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the fixed piece and the adjusting piece.

The dust falling mechanism comprises a moving ring 8, a dust absorption plate 9 and a dust falling adjusting part; the movable ring 8 is vertically and slidably arranged on the surface of the stirring main shaft 4; the dust suction plates 9 are uniformly distributed on the side surface of the movable ring 8; the dust fall adjusting part comprises a height adjusting rod 10 and an angle adjusting rod 11; height adjusting rod 10 and angle adjusting rod 11 are the telescopic link, and height adjusting rod 10's both ends link to each other with supporting disk 3 and shift ring 8 respectively, and angle adjusting rod 11's both ends rotate with the back of supporting disk 3's edge and dust absorption board 9 respectively and install mutually.

The CPLD control mechanism comprises a rotating speed sensor 12, a CPLD chip module 13 and a motor controller 14; the rotating speed sensor 12 is installed with the stirring main shaft 4 and is connected with the motor controller 14 through the CPLD chip module 13; the motor controller 14 is a servo driver and is installed in cooperation with the stirring motor 5.
The loop of the lead 19 in the height adjusting rod 10 and the angle adjusting rod 11 is also connected with a switch 24; the switch 24 is a pulse switch; the varistor 22 is a potentiometer; the CPLD chip module 13 is connected with a pulse generator 25, and the CPLD chip module 13 is also connected with a rheostat 22; the pulse generator 25 is adapted to the switch 24.
The number of the dust absorption plates 9, the number of the height adjusting pieces 10 and the number of the angle adjusting pieces 11 are three, and the three height adjusting pieces 10 share the same power supply 20 and the rheostat 22; the three angle adjusters 11 share the same power source 20 and rheostat 22.
