The working process of the side car body rubber sleeve press-mounting device 10 is as follows: 1. placing the auxiliary frame to be pressed on a workpiece positioning part formed by the top of the fourth workbench mounting plate and the side part of the second mounting seat, and preassembling the vehicle body rubber sleeve on the side vehicle body rubber sleeve mounting pin 106; 2. pressing a start button of the side hydraulic oil cylinder 103, pressing a vehicle body rubber sleeve at a corresponding position of the rear auxiliary frame, displaying the pressing force and the pressing power head on a screen of the control device in real time, and recording the final pressing force; 3. after press fitting is completed, the side driving lever 104 drives the fifth table 102 and the side body rubber sleeve mounting pin 106 to retreat to the pre-press fitting position.
In order to conveniently press-fit the vehicle body rubber sleeve in the same direction of the side wall of the sub-frame after press-fitting, a side sliding plate 109 and a fourth positioning block 110 are introduced, the bottom of the side sliding plate 109 and the top of the side vehicle body rubber sleeve press-fitting device 10 are in sliding fit with a fifth guide rail groove through a fifth guide rail, the fourth positioning block 110 is fixedly arranged at the top of the side sliding plate 109, a workpiece supporting surface for supporting a workpiece is arranged on the fourth positioning block 110, and the side sliding plate 109 can slide to the corresponding position of the side vehicle body rubber sleeve mounting pin 106. The same direction of the side wall is the direction in which the fifth guide rail is in sliding fit with the fifth guide rail groove. The fourth positioning block 110 is used for integrally supporting the sub-frame to be press-fitted.
