As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in another embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of guide chutes 37 are disposed on a side surface of the bottom case 2 of the bending machine close to the horizontal U-shaped plate 29, and a guide strip 38 cooperating with the guide chutes 37 is disposed on a side surface of the horizontal U-shaped plate 29 close to the bottom case 2 of the bending machine, so as to further improve the stability of the lifting of the horizontal U-shaped plate 29.

The first motor 13, the second motor 41, the brake motor 21 and the electric telescopic rod 21 of the invention are all servo motors, the first motor 13, the second motor 41, the brake motor 21 and the electric telescopic rod 11 are all controlled by a controller, metal materials are placed in a processing area, the controller controls the second motor 41 to work according to the shape of the metal materials, the driving gear 40 enables the horizontal U-shaped plate 29 and the telescopic plate to ascend, the sliding plate 34 is extended according to the size of the metal materials, the sliding plate 34 supports the metal materials without being held by hands, a worker needs to leave before the upper pressing plate 4 and the lower pressing plate 6 work, the controller controls the first motor 13 and the electric telescopic rod 11 to work, the electric telescopic rod 11 moves along with the step rotating shaft 12 to the direction close to the lower fixing block 7, simultaneously, the electric telescopic rod 11 contracts, the protective curtain 9 starts to be gradually tightened, the controller controls the brake motor 21 to work, the protection curtain 9 is loosened by driving the scroll 18 to rotate, the protection curtain 9 extends along with the telescopic assembly until the protection curtain 9 extends to a protection position covering a metal material bag between the protection curtain 9 and the bending machine, the controller controls the brake motor 21 to stop working, the protection curtain 9 is stretched and tightened, the controller controls the brake first motor 13 and the electric telescopic rod 11 to stop working, the protection mechanism is in a protection state (shown in figure 7), personnel are shielded outside a processing area, safety protection is good, the processing area is shielded when the upper pressing plate 4 and the lower pressing plate 6 work to bend and process the metal material, personal injury is avoided, and the protection curtain 9 and the horizontal U-shaped plate 29 shield scraps generated after the metal material is fractured in the processing area, so that the personnel injury is avoided; personnel are effectively prevented from approaching the bending metal material to be prevented from being injured, and the safety performance of the bending machine is effectively improved by the protection mechanism; after the metal material is bent, the controller controls the first motor 13 to enable the electric telescopic rod 11 to move towards the direction close to the upper fixing block 8 to return to the original position, the electric telescopic rod 11 is vertically arranged, the electric telescopic rod 11 extends to enable the connecting rod 10 to approach the upper fixing block 8, the controller controls the second motor 41 to enable the winding shaft 18 to rotate, and the protective curtain 9 is retracted and wound in the rotating disc 19.

the protection mechanism comprises a protection curtain, a rolling curtain component, a telescopic component, a rotary driving component, an upper fixing block and a lower fixing block, one end of the protection curtain is installed on the telescopic component, the other end of the protection curtain is installed on the rolling curtain component, the protection curtain is retracted to be wound through the rolling curtain component or extended and unfolded through the telescopic component, the rolling curtain component is rotatably installed on the upper fixing block, the telescopic component is fixedly installed on the rotary driving component, the rotary driving component is rotatably installed on the lower fixing block, the telescopic component is driven by the rotary driving component to rotate towards the direction close to the upper fixing block or the lower fixing block to enable the protection curtain to be extended to different protection positions, the rotating angle of the telescopic component is 0-90 degrees, the upper fixing block is fixedly installed on a top box of the bending machine, and the lower fixing block is fixedly installed on a bottom box of the bending machine;
the end part of the telescopic assembly close to the lower fixed block is a fixed end part, the middle part of the telescopic assembly and the end part of the telescopic assembly far away from the lower fixed block are telescopic parts, and the protective curtain is connected with the telescopic parts of the telescopic assembly.

The protection mechanism of a bending machine according to claim 1, wherein the telescopic assembly comprises a connecting rod and two electric telescopic rods, one end of each electric telescopic rod, which is close to the lower fixed block, is fixedly connected with the rotation driving assembly, one end of each electric telescopic rod, which is far from the lower fixed block, is fixedly connected with two ends of the connecting rod, the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the protection curtain, the two electric telescopic rods synchronously extend or contract to drive the connecting rod to move, and the protection curtain retracts, winds or extends and stretches along with the movement of the connecting rod;
