According to the invention, the motor 3 drives the rotating disc 4 to rotate, the sterilizing mechanism 5, the drying mechanism 7 and the cleaning mechanism 6 are arranged on the outer side of the rotating disc 4, and the patient can be sterilized, cleaned and dried by rotating the rotating disc 4, so that the whole operation is simple, the medical personnel do not need to manually sterilize and clean, the probability of cross infection is effectively avoided, and the whole cleaning effect is good.
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5, the cleaning mechanism 6 includes a second electric pushing rod 601, a water tank 602, a water storage box 603, a communicating pipe 604 and water spraying holes 605, the second electric pushing rod 601 is fixed on the top of the rotating disc 4, the output end of the second electric pushing rod 601 is fixedly connected with the water storage box 603, the water tank 602 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the rotating disc 4 and is positioned obliquely above the water storage box 603, the bottom of the water tank 602 is communicated with the water storage box 603 through the communicating pipe 604, and a plurality of groups of water spraying holes 605 are uniformly arranged on one side of the water storage box 603 away from the rotating disc 4.
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 6, the drying mechanism 7 includes a third electric push rod 701, a support frame 702, a purple light tube 703 and a transparent cover 704, the third electric push rod 701 is installed at the center of the bottom of the rotating disc 4, the support frame 702 is fixedly installed at the output end of the third electric push rod 701, three groups of purple light tubes 703 are uniformly and fixedly installed in the support frame 702, the transparent cover 704 is fixedly installed at the outer side of the support frame 702, and the drying mechanism 7 is installed to dry and sterilize the patient.
Please refer to fig. 3, a conductive slip ring 8 is fixedly disposed at a central position of one end of the rotating disc 4 far away from the motor 3, four corners of the conductive slip ring 8 are connected with wires 11 electrically connected with the sterilizing mechanism 5, the cleaning mechanism 6 and the drying mechanism 7, and a second fixing frame 10 matched with the conductive slip ring 8 is fixedly disposed at one end of the top of the main body 1.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 7, the four corners of the bottom of the main body 1 are all fixedly provided with the telescopic legs 12, and the four corners of the bottom of the main body 1 outside the telescopic legs 12 are all fixedly provided with the universal wheels 13.
Please refer to fig. 1, 7 and 8, a placing mechanism 9 is fixedly disposed on one side of a main body 1, the placing mechanism 9 includes a supporting frame 901, a driving motor 902, a main gear 903, a rotating plate 904, a rotating shaft 905, a fixed block 906, a bidirectional screw rod 907, a pinion 908, a connecting rod 909, an arc plate 910 and a fixed shell 911, the supporting frame 901 is fixedly disposed at the bottom of one side of the main body 1, a fixed shell 911 is fixedly disposed at the top of the supporting frame 901, the rotating plate 904 is rotatably connected to two ends of the inside of the fixed shell 911 through the rotating shaft 905, the driving motor 902 is mounted at one end of the inside of the supporting frame 901, the main gear 903 is fixedly disposed at the output end of the driving motor 902, the fixed blocks 906 are fixedly disposed at the bottom of the two groups of rotating plates 904 close to one side of the supporting frame 901, the bidirectional screw rod 907 engaged with the two groups of fixed blocks 906, the pinion 908 engaged with the main gear 903 is fixedly disposed at the middle position outside of the bidirectional screw rod 907, according to the invention, by arranging the placing mechanism 9, the driving motor 902, the main gear 903 and the pinion 908 drive the bidirectional screw rod 907 to rotate, so that the two groups of rotating plates 904 rotate along the two groups of rotating shafts 905, the two legs of a patient can be driven to open or close to a proper angle, and the perineum part of the patient can be sterilized and cleaned more conveniently.
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 7 and fig. 8, the bottom of the two sets of rotating plates 904 far from the supporting frame 901 is fixedly provided with a connecting rod 909, and the bottom of the connecting rod 909 is fixedly provided with an arc plate 910 extending to the inside of the main body 1.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 8, a handle 14 is fixedly and obliquely arranged on one side of the main body 1 away from the placing mechanism 9, and a silicone sleeve is fixedly arranged on the surface of the handle 14.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, a power supply is switched on, the motor 3 drives the rotating disc 4 to rotate, the first electric push rod 501, the second electric push rod 601 and the third electric push rod 701 can be powered through the conductive slip ring 8 and the lead 11, and the vibration motor 507 and the purple light lamp tube 703 can be powered;
when the patient needs to be disinfected and cleaned, the patient lies on the patient bed, two legs of the patient are placed on the tops of the two groups of rotating plates 904 of the placing mechanism 9, the surfaces of the two groups of rotating plates 904 are provided with convex blocks which are better adapted to the bending state of the legs of the patient, the main gear 903 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 902, the main gear 903 drives the auxiliary gear 908 to rotate, the bidirectional screw rod 907 can rotate, the bidirectional screw rod 907 is meshed with the two groups of fixing blocks 906, when the bidirectional screw rod 907 rotates, the two groups of fixing blocks 906 slide close to or away from each other, and as the tail ends of the two groups of rotating plates 904 are fixedly provided with rotating shafts 905 which are rotatably connected with the fixing shell 911, therefore, when the driving motor 902 works, the two groups of rotating plates 904 rotate along the rotating shafts 905, the legs of the patient can be opened or closed along with the rotating plates 904 for a certain angle, and the subsequent disinfection and cleaning are more convenient, Cleaning and drying operation processes;
the first electric push rod 501 drives the liquid storage box 503 and the disinfection sheet 510 extends outwards to enable the disinfection sheet 510 to be attached to a patient right, when the liquid storage box 503 moves relative to the first electric push rod 501, the two groups of opening and closing plates 511 are separated from the communicating hole 505, so that liquid medicine in the liquid storage cavity 504 can flow into the liquid medicine cavity 506, at the moment, the liquid medicine is sucked through the liquid suction cotton stick 509, so that the liquid medicine permeates into the disinfection sheet 510, high-frequency vibration is generated through the vibration motor 507, the disinfection sheet 510 is attached to the patient to be vibrated and disinfected, the vibrated disinfection sheet 510 can be better disinfected, bacteria of the patient can be killed more comprehensively, the vibration motor 507 generates vibration to achieve a massage effect on the patient, the vibration effect lasts for a period of time, and the disinfection process is finished;
