obtaining historical consumption data and historical interaction data of a user from the historical data, and grading the user according to the historical consumption data and the historical interaction data;
presetting a plurality of loss user groups with different grades, wherein each loss user group corresponds to a different scoring range and is endowed with different loss coefficients;
and determining the loss user group to which the user belongs according to the score of the user and the score range of each loss user group, and determining the loss coefficient of the user according to the loss user group to which the user belongs.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the user payment withholding method of the shared massage armchair is characterized in that:
the historical consumption data of the user comprises: the number of historical consumption orders, the accumulated amount of historical consumption and the consumption frequency;
the historical interaction data comprises: general user registration data at the shared massage chair platform and member user registration data at the shared massage chair platform.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the characteristic behavior comprises: the behavior of the user clicking a payment button in the order page, the behavior of switching consumption gears in the order page, and the retention behavior in the order page.

A user payment withholding apparatus of a shared massage chair, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the program, implements a user payment withholding method of a shared massage chair as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
