Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
The terms referred to in this application are explained first:
the credit file refers to the data with legal significance, historical material value and investigation utilization value formed in the processes of acceptance, investigation evaluation, approval, issuance, post-loan management and the like of the credit business, and comprises the file data range of various credit businesses such as contracts, files, accounts, letters, records, charts, sound images and the like.
The credit archive management system is a system for managing credit archives, and comprises a credit archive management client and a credit archive management server, wherein business personnel can download and view the credit archives through the credit archive management client. The credit file management client can be called a credit file management system front end, the credit file management system front end can be a PC end, and the credit file management server can be called a credit file management system back end. The credit profile referred to herein may be a credit profile generated using credit profile data collected by the mobile credit service system.
A mobile credit service system is a system for collecting and managing credit profile data, which may constitute a credit profile. The system may include a mobile credit client for collecting credit profile data and a mobile credit server for storing the credit profile data collected by the mobile credit client. Wherein the mobile credit client may be referred to as a front end of the mobile credit service system and the mobile credit server may be referred to as a back end of the mobile credit service system.
It should be noted that, because the credit archive management system is an important platform for implementing credit risk refinement management, and is applied to the whole life cycle from before credit business, during credit to after credit, the mobile credit client only focuses on convenient and flexible functional design, and therefore, only includes the medium-high frequency function of the PC end of the credit archive management system. I.e. the collection of credit profile data.
In addition, with the rapid development of mobile internet, the portability of mobile devices makes it undoubted the convenience of mobile credit Application (APP) business operations. Thus, the aforementioned mobile credit client may be an electronic device installed with a mobile credit Application (APP). And the business personnel realizes the collection of credit archive data through the mobile credit APP on the electronic equipment.
Currently, business personnel can manually collect and enter the following credit profile data, for example, by using a mobile credit client whenever and wherever:
(1) after the loan, the log is checked on site, and the log comprises information of legal clients, interview departments, interviewees, jobs and the like which are checked and visited on site, and the filling of questionnaire investigation similar to the examination of whether the legal clients go to a production and management place of the clients or not;
(2) the working log of the same face sign comprises information of legal clients, face sign persons, certificate numbers, identity marks, identity verification results, dealers, transaction dates and the like of the same face sign;
(3) the credit card is classified into electronic credit investigation authorization form, the user reads the credit investigation authorization form in the mobile credit client and carries out electronic signature.
The post-loan field inspection log and the contract surface sign working log are non-picture and non-video credit archive data, and the content field information of the post-loan field inspection log and the contract surface sign working log is independently stored in a plurality of database tables in a database of the mobile credit service system; the electronic credit investigation authorization book (including signature picture) is composed of diversified elements such as text and picture.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of existing credit file processing, which considers the importance of a credit file as user privacy and banking information. Thus, for security, the databases of the mobile credit service system and the databases of the credit archive management system are independent of each other.
Under the scene, at present, after business personnel need to acquire credit data from a mobile credit service system, the data are manually input at the front end of a credit file management system so as to generate a credit file by using the data and store the credit file to the rear end of the credit file management system, so that the processing efficiency of the credit file is low.
The reason why the credit file is processed less efficiently is known from the above description: business personnel need to manually input credit archive data in the mobile credit service system, and meanwhile, business personnel also need to manually input credit archive data in the credit archive management system to generate a credit archive.
In consideration of the characteristic that a database of a mobile credit service system and a database of a credit file management system are mutually independent due to the importance of credit files as user privacy and banking business information, and meanwhile, in order to avoid repeated information filling, modification, credit file uploading and the like of business personnel at the front end of the credit file management system, the application provides a method for collecting credit file data at any time and any place by using the front end of the mobile credit service system, dynamically generating credit files and synchronizing the credit file data with the credit file management system.
When the method is implemented, the following two points need to be considered:
1. how to generate a credit profile on the mobile credit service system side. 2. How to enable the credit profile management system to acquire the credit profile generated by the mobile credit service system.
For the point 1, considering that the existing credit archive management system mostly adopts a single electronic document to store credit archives, the convenience and the fine granularity of mobile APP input enable credit archive data to tend to be atomized. Furthermore, it is considered that since different types of credit profile data are generally independently stored in different database tables in the mobile credit service system, it is difficult to establish an association with the credit profile management system directly through a file system.
Therefore, in order to uniformly manage data and not destroy the atomicity of newly added data, the method of the application generates an uneditable credit file by the back end of the mobile credit service system by using the diversified credit file data collected by the front end. Because the generated credit file is not editable, manual modification can be guaranteed, and the safety, the compliance, the formality and the like of the generated credit file can be further guaranteed. However, in this scheme the memory footprint of the credit profile generated is greater than the memory footprint of the raw acquisition data and data redundancy results. However, the storage increment and data redundancy are negligible in view of data backup and security.
It should be noted that, although the front end of the mobile credit service system may also use the collected credit file data in a page screen capture manner to obtain a credit file that cannot be modified manually. However, limited by the importance of credit archives as user privacy and banking information, the front end of the current mobile credit service system generally has privacy constraints on archive data entry, and prohibits functions such as screen capture and screen recording, and therefore, the above scheme of using page screen capture is not applicable to the scheme of the present application.
In the method of the application, a third-party system is introduced, namely the file management system stores the credit file, so that the credit file information can be stored in the file management system, and business personnel can check the credit file at the front end of the credit file management system. In this way, under the condition that the database of the mobile credit service system and the database of the credit archive management system are mutually independent, the safety of the data is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the backup of the data can be realized. That is, a "direct" association of the mobile credit service system and credit management system is achieved without changing the existing architecture. In the whole process, business personnel only need to manually input the credit archive data at the front end of the mobile credit service system and do not need to manually input the data at the front end of the credit archive management system, so that the storage efficiency of the credit archive is improved.
The technical solution of the present application will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a credit profile processing method provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
a mobile credit client in the mobile credit service system sends credit profile data for a target credit transaction to a mobile credit server in the mobile credit service system 201.
Accordingly, the mobile credit server receives the credit profile data for the target credit service.
Wherein, the mobile credit client sends the credit profile data to the mobile credit server, which can be understood as that the mobile credit client uploads the credit profile data to the mobile credit server.
It should be appreciated that the mobile credit client collects credit profile data according to the type of targeted credit business before the mobile credit client sends the credit profile data for the targeted credit business to the mobile credit server. The types of credit services are different, and the credit file data collected by the mobile credit client is different. Wherein the type of the target credit service is determined according to the credit service provided by the credit file management system.
The credit profile data includes at least one type of data from the group consisting of: the mobile credit system comprises a photo directly shot by the mobile credit client, video data directly shot by the mobile credit client, metadata and the like, wherein the metadata is input through the mobile credit client and is filled in and stored in a database of the mobile credit service system, and the metadata can refer to a certain field.
202, the mobile credit server obtains a first non-editable credit file according to the credit file data collected by the mobile credit client. Wherein the non-editable first credit profile may include at least one of: video data, PDF documents, other non-editable documents, etc. For example, a first credit archive that is not editable may include both video data and PDF documents. The PDF document may include text paragraphs, pictures (photos), tables, and the like.
The mobile credit server receives the credit file data collected by the mobile credit client, and it can be understood that the mobile credit server receives the credit file data collected by the mobile credit client and receives a "submit" confirmation message sent by the mobile credit client, where the submit confirmation message is used to indicate that the credit file data of the target credit service is completely uploaded.
Optionally, if the credit profile data is video data, the mobile credit server uses the video data as the first credit profile, that is, does not perform any processing on the video data.
Optionally, if the credit archive data is non-video data, the mobile credit server generates the PDF document from the non-video data, and uses the PDF document as the first credit archive.
Optionally, if the credit profile data includes both video data and non-video data, the mobile credit server generates a PDF document from the non-video data, and uses the PDF document and the video data as the first credit profile. The non-video data includes a photo, a field for input, and the like.
Specifically, the mobile credit server may obtain a target template of the PDF document, and populate the target template with non-video data to obtain the PDF document.
Optionally, the mobile credit server may determine a target template for obtaining the PDF document according to the type of the non-video data and a mapping relationship between the data type and the template, where different data types may correspond to different document templates. Optionally, the same data type may also correspond to a plurality of different document modules for selection by the mobile credit server, which is not limited in this application.
The mobile credit server uploads 203 the first credit file to the file management system, which stores the first credit file. The file management system generates a first credit profile identification for the first credit profile and sends the first credit profile identification to the mobile credit server. The mobile credit server receives a first credit profile identification from the file management system generated for the first credit profile. It should be understood that the file management system is a third party system that is independent of the mobile credit service system and credit profile management system.
The mobile credit server sends 204 the first credit profile identification to the mobile credit client.
205, the mobile credit client receives the first credit profile identification sent by the mobile credit server and stores the first correspondence between the first credit profile identification and the identification of the target credit service to the credit profile management system.
The first correspondence is for a credit profile management client of the credit profile management system to query the first credit profile from the file management system. The first correspondence between the first credit profile identification and the identification of the target credit service is stored to the credit profile management system, which may be understood as sending the first correspondence between the first credit profile identification and the identification of the target credit service to a credit profile management server in the credit profile management system and storing it in a database of the credit profile management system.
When the credit file management client needs to inquire the credit file data of the target credit service, the client of the credit file management initiates an inquiry request to the credit file management server, the credit file management server determines the identifier of the first credit file corresponding to the target credit service according to the identifier of the target credit service and the corresponding relation between the identifier of the credit file stored in the database and the identifier of the credit service, and inquires the first credit file from the file management system according to the identifier of the first credit file.
Optionally, if a second correspondence between a second credit file identifier and an identifier of the target credit service is stored in the credit file management system, the mobile credit client replaces the second correspondence with the first correspondence, where the second credit file identifier is an identifier generated by the file management system for the second credit file; the second credit profile is generated by the mobile credit server based on the credit profile data of the target credit business prior to generating the first credit profile, which may be the initial credit profile data or the voided credit profile data of the target credit business. The correspondence of the credit profile identification to the identification of the target credit service may be updated in real time.

(2) creating Writer objects for writers associated with document target templates by which PDF documents can be written to a defined output stream:
ByteArrayOutputStream baos=new ByteArrayOutputStream();
PdfWriter writer=PdfWriter.getInstance(document,baos);
(3) opening a document: open ();
(4) adding data to the PDF document, for example, the data is "field job work log":
add (new para job log));
(5) closing the document: close ();
(6) closing the writing device: close ().
303, base64 encoding the PDF document byte output stream.
In step 302, a textpdf and an itext-asian open source component are introduced, wherein the itext-asian open source component can solve the problem that the Chinese font in the generated PDF document cannot be normally displayed in the PDF file.
