The maintenance boards of the outdoor unit of the commercial air conditioner at present are divided into a fixed maintenance board and a single rotary shaft type maintenance board.
1. Fixed maintenance board: the fixed maintenance board is fixed on the outdoor unit through the screw, so that the disassembly and assembly time during machine overhaul is increased, and the humanized design degree and the user experience degree of the product are reduced.
2. Single rotation axis type maintenance plate: because the maintenance plate is positioned on the main appearance surface, the existence of the screw is not allowed in the right front; the maintenance plate is required to meet the requirements of final installation and first disassembly during assembly and disassembly, so that the maintenance plate is difficult to rotate by installing a hinge; or the hinge structure is used, so that the mounting and dismounting are difficult. The single rotation shaft type maintenance plate 1 shown in fig. 1 realizes the rotation function by means of clamping the clamping jaw 1-1 to the clamping groove 2-1 of the front panel 2, and the reference numeral 3 in fig. 1 is the rotation axis of the maintenance plate 1. When the claw type single-rotation-shaft maintenance plate is used, the following defects exist:
(1) The clamping structure of the clamping claw and the clamping groove can realize the function of partial rotation, but after the rotation angle exceeds a certain angle (about 40 degrees), the maintenance plate can automatically fall off, so that maintenance personnel are easily injured by smashing, and potential safety hazards exist (the weight of a single maintenance plate of the air conditioner outdoor unit is more than 10 Kg).
(2) The maintenance plate with a single rotation shaft is required to be detached entirely when the machine is overhauled. The process of carrying and storing the maintenance board and the process of disassembling and installing can increase the workload and working hours of maintenance and overhaul of the machine.
(3) The gap between the maintenance plate and the front right panel is controlled poorly.

The rotating function of the maintenance plate 12 can reduce the maintenance difficulty of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the connecting structure can be hidden at the back of the maintenance plate 12 in a two-stage door opening mode, the effect that the front of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is free of screws is achieved, and meanwhile, the gap between the maintenance plate 12 and the front panel 11-1 can be effectively restrained; in this embodiment, the maintenance board 12 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is quickly disassembled and overhauled by a two-stage door opening method.
Embodiment II,
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the connection structure is different, and the other structures are the same as the first embodiment, specifically referring to the description in the first embodiment, and not repeated here.
The connecting structure of the embodiment comprises a slideway 13, a hinge 14, a first connecting plate 15, a second connecting plate 16 and a plurality of rotating pieces 17, as shown in fig. 15.
The slide 13 has a limit flange 13-1, a limit flange 13-2, a limit portion 13-3, and a bolt 13-4, the hinge 14 includes a first hinge piece 14-1, a second hinge piece 14-2, and a hinge shaft 14-3, and the specific structure of the slide 13 and the hinge 14 is described in the first embodiment. The first connecting plate 15 has a bar-shaped limiting notch 15-1, and when the first connecting plate 15 slides along the length direction of the slideway 13, the limiting part 13-3 is located in the limiting notch 15-1 and slides along the length direction of the limiting notch 15-1.
The first loose-leaf piece 14-1 of the loose-leaf 14 is connected with the slideway 13 in a sliding way; the second loose-leaf pages 14-2 of the loose-leaf pages 14 are fixedly connected with one end of the first connecting plate 15; the second connecting plate 16 is positioned in front of the first connecting plate 15, and a plurality of rotating members 17 are arranged in parallel and at intervals; the second connecting plate 16 is rotatably connected with the first connecting plate 15 through a rotating member 17, and the rotating shaft of the rotating member 17 is parallel to the hinge rotating shaft 14-3. The second connecting plate 16 is fixedly connected (e.g., welded) to the service plate 12. Thus, the service plate 12 is both rotatably connected to the first connecting plate 15 and also rotatably connected to the hinge 14 via the second connecting plate 16 and the rotation member 17.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the embodiment has the technical effects of the first embodiment, is convenient for disassembling and assembling the maintenance plate 12, and has more degrees of freedom because the rotation path of the maintenance plate 12 is not fixed during rotation by designing the second connecting plate 16 and the rotating piece 17, so that the gap between the maintenance plate 12 and the front panel 11-1 is high in controllability, and the problem that the gap between the maintenance plate 12 and the front panel 11-1 (sheet metal part with three rows of air inlet grids) is poor in controllability after the installation is completed is solved.
The connecting structure is provided with a plurality of slide ways in a plurality of connecting structures which are parallel to each other. The slide ways in the plurality of connecting structures are vertically spaced and are arranged in parallel. When the upper slide rail and the lower slide rail are installed, uncontrollable flash gaps can be formed in the gap between the maintenance plate 12 and the front panel 11-1, and the rotation piece 17 is designed to enable the maintenance plate 12 to have more degrees of freedom, so that after the maintenance plate 12 is installed, even if the upper slide rail and the lower slide rail are not completely parallel, the maintenance plate 12 can be forced to the front panel 11-1 through the fastening piece 12-2 on the left side of the maintenance plate 12, and the gap between the maintenance plate 12 and the front panel 11-1 is ensured to be uniform.
When the maintenance plate 12 is excessively hard to be matched with the upper and lower shell sheet metal parts, the rotation piece 17 is designed, so that the maintenance plate 12, the second connecting plate 16, the first connecting plate 15 and the hinge 14 can be prevented from being bent and deformed.
The specific structure of the rotating member 17 is not limited, and may be a hinge, a loose leaf, or the like, as long as the first connecting plate 15 and the second connecting plate 16 can be connected and relative displacement can be provided.
As a preferred design of the present embodiment, each rotating member 17 is a U-shaped rotating member having a side 17-1, a side 17-2, and a connecting side 17-3, the connecting side 17-3 connecting the side 17-1 and the side 17-2 to form a U-shaped rotating member. The first connecting plate 15 is provided with a mounting edge 15-4, and the mounting edge 15-4 is provided with a perforation for penetrating the side edge 17-1; the second connecting plate 16 has a mounting edge 16-1, and the mounting edge 16-1 has a through hole for passing through the side edge 17-2. In each rotating member 17, the side 17-1 is rotatably connected to the first connecting plate 15, and the side 17-1 is a rotation shaft; the other side 17-2 is rotatably connected with the second connecting plate 16, and the side 17-2 is a rotating shaft. Thus, each rotating member has two rotating shafts, further improving the degree of freedom of the service plate 12 in rotation. The rotating piece 17 is selected to be a U-shaped rotating piece, and has a simple structure and is convenient to realize.
When the maintenance port 11-2 needs to be opened, the maintenance plate 12 is pushed to slide in a direction away from the front panel 11-1, as shown in fig. 12; when the service plate 12 is slid to a certain position, the service plate 12 is pulled forward (pulled in a direction away from the housing back plate) by a certain distance, as shown in fig. 13; the service plate 12 is then rotated to expose the service port 11-2, as shown in fig. 14. To facilitate pulling or pushing of the service plate 12, a handle 12-3 is provided at an end of the service plate 12 remote from the front panel 11-1 for pulling or pushing the service plate 12. When the service plate 12 needs to be pulled forward, the handle 12-3 and one end of the service plate 12 near the front panel 11-1 (the position B of the front panel 11-1 in fig. 13) are gripped, and then the service plate 12 is pulled forward, so that time and labor are saved and the operation is facilitated.
When the maintenance opening 11-2 needs to be closed, the maintenance plate 12 is reversely rotated until the maintenance plate is parallel to the front panel 11-1, then the maintenance plate 12 is pushed backwards until the maintenance plate 12 is in the same plane with the front panel 11-1, and then the maintenance plate 12 is pushed to slide in the direction close to the front panel 11-1 until the maintenance plate 12 abuts against the front panel 11-1, at the moment, the maintenance plate 12 covers the maintenance opening 11-2, and the maintenance opening 11-2 is closed.
The method for installing the service panel of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes the following steps, which are shown in fig. 17.
Step S21: securing the slideway 13 to the housing 11; the second loose-leaf pages 14-2 are fixedly connected with one end of the first connecting plate 15, the first connecting plate 15 is rotatably connected with the second connecting plate 16 through the rotating member 17, and the second connecting plate 16 is connected with the maintenance plate 12.
Step S22: the first loose-leaf pages 14-1 are inserted into the slide ways 13, and the maintenance plate 12 is pushed to slide in the direction approaching the front panel 11-1 until the maintenance plate 12 abuts against the front panel 11-1.
Step S23: the end of the service plate 12 remote from the front panel 11-1 is fixedly connected to the housing 11 by a fastener 12-1.
Through the steps S21 to S23, the connection structure is mounted on the housing 11, so that the sliding connection and the rotating connection between the maintenance plate 12 and the housing 11 are realized, and the maintenance plate 12 is convenient to mount and dismount.
In the present embodiment, the three-stage door opening method is adopted, wherein the slide 13 is used as a main body member for the first stage operation, the rotating member 17 is used as a main body member for the second stage operation, and the hinge 14 is used as a main body member for the third stage operation.
Assuming that the service port 11-2 is located on the left side of the front panel 11-1, the opening process of the service plate 12, i.e., the opening process of the service port 11-2 is:
(31) The fastener 12-2 on the left side flange 12-1 of the service plate 12 is removed.
(32) First stage action of the service plate 12: the maintenance plate 12 is pushed horizontally leftwards to drive the second connecting plate 16, the rotating piece 17, the first connecting plate 15 and the loose-leaf 14 to slide in the slideway 13, and when the sliding is carried out to a limit position (the limit part 13-3 is abutted with the hole wall at one end of the limit notch 15-1), the sliding action is forced to stop.
(33) Second stage action of the service plate 12: the service plate 12 is pulled forward and the second connecting plate 16 is rotated about the rotating member 17.
(34) Third stage action of the service plate 12: the service plate 12 is rotated along the hinge shaft 14-3 of the hinge 14 to open the service port 11-2.
The closing process of the maintenance port 11-2 is performed by reversing the above-described opening process.
Therefore, the present embodiment realizes the rotating function of the service plate by three-stage door opening. The rotating function of the maintenance plate 12 can reduce the maintenance difficulty of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the connecting structure can be hidden at the back of the maintenance plate 12 in a three-section door opening mode, the effect that the front of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is free of screws is achieved, and meanwhile, the gap between the maintenance plate 12 and the front panel 11-1 can be effectively restrained; in this embodiment, the maintenance board 12 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is quickly disassembled and overhauled by a three-stage door opening mode.
It should be understood that the above description is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed, but to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed, and that other variations, modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
