In the preferred technical scheme of the fresh air conditioner indoor unit, the number of the mounting hole groups is multiple, the number of the swing blades is equal to that of the mounting hole groups, each swing blade is provided with a group of rotating shaft groups, and two rotating shafts in each rotating shaft group are respectively inserted into two mounting holes in the corresponding mounting hole groups.
In the above-mentioned fresh air conditioner indoor set's preferred technical scheme, the pendulum leaf includes annular installing frame and sets up the dustproof filter screen in the installing frame, and the pivot setting that sets up on the pendulum leaf is on the installing frame.
In the preferred technical scheme of the fresh air conditioner indoor unit, the fresh air conditioner indoor unit further comprises a controller and a motor; the controller is in control connection with the motor, and the motor is in transmission connection with the swinging blade; when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a fresh air mode, the controller receives a first control signal and controls the motor to drive the swing blade to rotate so as to open the air outlet of the fan, and when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a non-fresh air mode, the controller receives a second control signal and controls the motor to drive the swing blade to rotate so as to close the air outlet of the fan.
In the preferred technical scheme of the fresh air conditioner indoor unit, the air outlet frame is also provided with a mounting plate, and the mounting plate extends out of the air outlet frame; the mounting panel is fixed on new trend casing.
In the preferred technical scheme of the fresh air conditioner indoor unit, the fan is a centrifugal fan, the fan comprises a volute and a centrifugal impeller arranged in the volute, and an air outlet of the volute is provided with a first convex ring; the air outlet frame is provided with a second convex ring which protrudes towards the air outlet direction of the volute, the second convex ring is provided with a butt arm, the first convex ring is inserted in the second convex ring, and the butt arm is in butt joint with the first convex ring.
In the preferable technical scheme of the fresh air conditioner indoor unit, the mounting plate is arranged on the second convex ring, and a first assembling hole is formed in the mounting plate; be provided with the second pilot hole that corresponds with first pilot hole on the new trend casing, wear to adorn in first pilot hole and the second pilot hole and be used for fixing the fastener on the new trend casing with the mounting panel.
In the preferred technical scheme of the fresh air conditioner indoor unit, the shell is provided with an installation opening communicated with the installation cavity; the fresh air shell is also provided with an avoiding port communicated with the fresh air cavity, and the avoiding port is arranged opposite to the mounting port; the fresh air module further comprises a filter assembly, the first end of the filter assembly is arranged in the fresh air cavity, the second end of the filter assembly is penetrated and installed in the avoiding opening and the installing opening, the filter assembly comprises an installing frame and a filter element arranged on the installing frame, and the filter element is shielded from a second fresh air inlet.
A second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a fresh air conditioner, which includes the fresh air conditioner indoor unit in the above technical solution, and a fresh air conditioner outdoor unit used in cooperation with the fresh air conditioner indoor unit.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the fresh air conditioner indoor unit and the fresh air conditioner comprising the fresh air conditioner indoor unit of the embodiment of the invention are characterized in that the shell is provided with an installation cavity, a first fresh air inlet and a first fresh air outlet which are communicated with the installation cavity, the fresh air module is arranged in the installation cavity, the fresh air module comprises a fresh air shell, a fan, a fresh air pipe and an air outlet frame assembly, the fresh air shell comprises a fresh air cavity, a second fresh air inlet and a second fresh air outlet which are communicated with the fresh air cavity, a first end of the fresh air pipe is communicated with the second fresh air inlet, a second end of the fresh air pipe is arranged at the first fresh air outlet in a penetrating mode and extending out of the shell, the fan is arranged at the second fresh air outlet, an air outlet of the fan is connected with the air outlet frame assembly, the air outlet frame comprises an air outlet frame, the air outlet frame, outdoor air enters the fresh air cavity from the second fresh air inlet through the fresh air pipe, enters the fan from the second fresh air outlet, and enters the room from the first fresh air outlet through the air outlet frame assembly to realize fresh air exchange; the air outlet frame assembly further comprises a swing blade arranged inside the air outlet frame, the swing blade is rotatably connected with the air outlet frame, when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a fresh air mode, the air outlet frame is opened by the swing blade, the fan runs, outdoor air enters the indoor space, fresh air exchange is realized, when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a non-fresh air module such as shutdown or refrigeration and heating, the fan is shut down, the swing blade closes the air outlet frame, outdoor air cannot enter the indoor space, indoor dust is also blocked by the swing blade, and the fresh air cannot enter the inside of the fresh air module through the air outlet frame through the first fresh air outlet.

In order to solve the problem that indoor dust enters the fresh air module from the fresh air outlet, the fresh air conditioner indoor unit provided by the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the air outlet frame assembly is arranged at the air outlet of the fan of the fresh air module, the swinging blade in the air outlet frame assembly is utilized to relatively rotate relative to the air outlet frame in the air outlet frame assembly, when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a fresh air mode, the swinging blade is utilized to open the air outlet frame to realize fresh air exchange, and when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a non-fresh air mode, the swinging blade is utilized to close the air outlet frame, so that the indoor dust is effectively prevented from entering the fresh air module.
The fresh air conditioner indoor unit provided by the embodiment of the invention is usually matched with a fresh air conditioner outdoor unit for use, when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a refrigerating or heating mode, the fresh air conditioner indoor unit and the fresh air conditioner outdoor unit are simultaneously in a working state, and when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a fresh air mode, only the fresh air conditioner indoor unit can be in the working state.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fresh air indoor unit of an embodiment of the present invention includes a casing 100 and a fresh air module 200, the casing 100 has an installation cavity 101 therein, the fresh air module 200 is disposed in the installation cavity 101, the casing 100 provides an installation space for the fresh air module 200 and protects the fresh air module 200, and the fresh air module 200 is used to implement a fresh air exchange function. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the fresh air conditioning indoor unit is a cabinet air conditioning indoor unit, and the fresh air module 200 is disposed inside the casing 100 and near the bottom of the casing 100.
The structure of the housing 100 will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the casing 100 is a hollow cylindrical structure, the casing 100 has an installation cavity 101 therein, the casing 100 is provided with a first fresh air inlet 102 and a first fresh air outlet 103 which are communicated with the installation cavity 101, the first fresh air inlet 102 and the first fresh air outlet 103 are disposed at the side of the casing 100, the first fresh air inlet 102 may be circular, the first fresh air inlet 102 is used for inserting a fresh air pipe 203, the first fresh air outlet 103 may be circular, rectangular, etc., and the first fresh air outlet 103 is used for discharging fresh air indoors.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the housing 100 is further provided with an installation opening 104 communicated with the installation cavity 101, the installation opening 104 is disposed on a side wall of the housing 100, the installation opening 104 may be rectangular, and the filter element 205 is installed in the fresh air cavity 206 of the fresh air housing 201 through the installation opening 104, or is taken out from the fresh air cavity 206 of the fresh air housing 201 through the installation opening 104.
The structure of the fresh air module 200 will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the fresh air module 200 includes a fresh air housing 201, a blower 202, a fresh air duct 203, an air outlet frame assembly 204 and a filter assembly 205. Fresh air shell 201 is inside to have new trend chamber 206, is provided with the second new trend import 207 with new trend chamber 206 intercommunication on the new trend casing 201 to and the second new trend export 208 with new trend chamber 206 intercommunication, new trend casing 201 is used for providing the space of installation filter assembly 205, and is used for installing fan 202 and air-out frame subassembly 204. The filter assembly 205 is disposed in the fresh air chamber 206, and the filter assembly 205 can be close to and cover the second fresh air inlet 207, and can also be close to and cover the second fresh air outlet 208, and the filter assembly 205 is used for purifying and filtering air entering the fresh air chamber 206. The fan 202 is installed at the second fresh air outlet 208, the air inlet of the fan 202 is communicated with the second fresh air outlet 208, the air outlet of the fan 202 is installed with the air outlet frame assembly 204, the air outlet frame assembly 204 comprises an air outlet frame 209, the air outlet frame 209 is communicated with the first fresh air outlet 103, the fan 202 is used for driving outdoor air flow to enter the fresh air cavity 206 and to be discharged from the first fresh air outlet 103, the fan 202 is a centrifugal fan 202, and the fan 202 comprises a scroll 210 and a centrifugal impeller 211 arranged inside the scroll 210. The air outlet frame assembly 204 is configured to communicate an air outlet of the fan 202 with the first fresh air outlet 103, and is configured to open the air outlet of the fan 202 in a fresh air mode, and close the air outlet of the fan 202 in a non-fresh air mode, where the non-fresh air mode refers to a stop mode, a cooling mode, a heating mode, a dehumidification mode, a self-cleaning mode, and the like of the fresh air conditioner indoor unit. The first end of the fresh air pipe 203 is communicated with the second fresh air inlet 207, the second end of the fresh air pipe 203 is arranged in the first fresh air inlet 102 in a penetrating mode and extends out of the shell 100, and the fresh air pipe 203 is used for guiding outdoor air to the fresh air cavity 206 when the fan 202 runs, so that the air enters the room from the fresh air cavity 206.
Referring to fig. 2, the second end of the fresh air duct 203 is a free end, the end face of the free end of the fresh air duct 203 is blocked, the side face and the end face of the free end of the fresh air duct 203 are both provided with a plurality of filter holes 212, and the plurality of filter holes 212 can filter air entering the fresh air duct 203, so as to effectively prevent outdoor impurities and rainwater from entering the fresh air duct 203 through the filter holes 212.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the fresh air housing 201 is a substantially rectangular box, and can be formed by two half shells 235 being fastened together, the inside cavity of the fresh air housing 201 is a fresh air cavity 206, the inside of the fresh air cavity 206 is used for installing the filter component 205, the side of the fresh air housing 201 is provided with a second fresh air inlet 207, the second fresh air inlet 207 can be a circular hole, the second fresh air inlet 207 is used for connecting a fresh air pipe 203, the top of the fresh air housing 201 is provided with a second fresh air outlet 208, the second fresh air outlet 208 can be a circular hole, the second fresh air outlet 208 is used for installing the fan 202, and the air inlet of the fan 202 is communicated with the second fresh air outlet 208.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fresh air casing 201 is further provided with an avoiding opening 213 communicated with the fresh air cavity 206, the avoiding opening 213 is disposed opposite to the mounting opening 104, the avoiding opening 213 may be a rectangular hole, and the filter element 205 may be mounted to the fresh air cavity 206 through the avoiding opening 213 or taken out of the fresh air cavity 206 through the avoiding opening 213.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the fresh air housing 201 further includes a first mounting rail 214 and a second mounting rail 215 located in the fresh air cavity 206, the first mounting rail 214 and the second mounting rail 215 are located on opposite sides of the avoiding opening 213 and extend along a depth direction of the avoiding opening 213, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the first mounting rail 214 and the second mounting rail 215 are oppositely disposed, and the avoiding opening 213 is located between a first end of the first mounting rail 214 and a first end of the second mounting rail 215.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the filter assembly 205 is rectangular, a first end of the filter assembly 205 is disposed in the fresh air chamber 206, a second end of the filter assembly 205 is disposed in the escape opening 213 and the installation opening 104, and a handle 216 can be disposed at the second end of the filter assembly 205, so that when the filter assembly 205 needs to be replaced or cleaned, a user can operate the handle 216 to install the filter assembly 205 in the fresh air chamber 206 from the installation opening 104 through the escape opening 213 or take the filter assembly 205 out of the fresh air chamber 206 through the installation opening 104 and the escape opening 213.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a first edge of the filter assembly 205 and a second edge of the filter assembly 205 are disposed between the first end of the filter assembly 205 and the second end of the filter assembly 205, the first edge of the filter assembly 205 is inserted into the first mounting rail 214, the second edge of the filter assembly 205 is disposed opposite to the first edge of the filter assembly 205, and the second edge of the filter assembly 205 is inserted into the second mounting rail 215, so that the first end of the filter assembly 205 is disposed in the fresh air cavity 206.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the filter assembly 205 includes a mounting frame and a filter element 219 disposed in the mounting frame, the mounting frame includes a first layer 217 having mesh holes 236 and a second layer 218 having mesh holes 236, the first layer 217 and the second layer 218 are stacked, the filter element 219 is disposed between the first layer 217 and the second layer 218, the first layer 217 and the second layer 218 are used for fixing the filter element 219, and the filter element 219 blocks the second fresh air inlet 207.
In the fresh air conditioner indoor unit of the embodiment of the invention, the filter element 219 comprises an antibacterial filter screen and an HEPA filter screen or an IFD filter screen which are arranged on one side of the antibacterial filter screen in a stacking manner. The antibacterial filter screen can inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria in the air, and can be a silver ion antibacterial filter screen, a biological enzyme antibacterial filter screen and the like which can kill bacteria, inhibit the growth of bacteria or inhibit the reproduction of bacteria. HEPA screens or IFD screens can filter smaller particulate matter, smoke, pollen, odors, and the like. The HEPA Filter screen is called a High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter in English and a High Efficiency Air Filter in Chinese, and can effectively Filter particles with the particle size of more than 0.3 micron. The IFD Filter screen is called an Intense Field direct Air Filter in English, and adsorbs charged particles through an electrostatic Field. Through antibiotic filter screen and HEPA filter screen or IFD filter screen, can carry out effectual filtration purification to the air.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the filter assembly 205 further includes a primary filter screen disposed on the first layer of support 217, the first layer of support 217 is disposed on a side of the antibacterial filter screen facing away from the HEPA filter screen or the IFD filter screen, the primary filter screen is a mesh fabric, and the mesh fabric covers the mesh holes 236 of the first layer of support 217. The primary filter screen can purify the larger particles, hairlines and the like contained in the air in a primary mode, and the service life of the filter element 219 can be prolonged. The mounting bracket can be nylon plastics material.
Referring to fig. 3, the fresh air module 200 further includes a primary filter screen 220, the primary filter screen 220 is used for filtering air that enters the fresh air duct 203 and does not enter the fresh air cavity 206, for example, small insects, impurities, etc. can be filtered, the primary filter screen 220 may be disposed in the fresh air duct 203, or the primary filter screen 220 is disposed at the second fresh air inlet 207. The primary screen 220 assembly may be a stainless steel screen.
Referring to fig. 5, the air-out frame assembly 204 further includes a swing blade 221 disposed inside the air-out frame 209, the swing blade 221 is rotatably connected to the air-out frame 209, and when the indoor unit of the fresh air conditioner is in a fresh air mode, the swing blade 221 opens an opening on the air-out frame 209 to exchange fresh air; when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a non-fresh air mode, the swing blade 221 closes the opening on the air outlet frame 209, so that indoor dust is prevented from entering the fresh air module 200.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 7 and 8, the air outlet frame 209 is an annular frame, the air outlet frame 209 is shaped as a rectangular ring, the inner wall of the air outlet frame 209 is provided with a mounting hole group 222, the mounting hole group 222 includes two mounting holes 223 arranged oppositely, the center lines of the two mounting holes 223 are overlapped, the swing blade 221 is provided with a rotating shaft group 224 corresponding to the mounting hole group 222, the rotating shaft group 224 includes two rotating shafts 225, the axes of the two rotating shafts 225 are overlapped, the two rotating shafts 225 in the rotating shaft group 224 are respectively inserted into the two mounting holes 223 in the corresponding mounting hole group 222, so that the swing blade 221 is rotated relative to the air outlet frame 209, and further the air outlet frame 209 is opened by the swing blade 221 in a fresh air mode, so that outdoor air enters the fresh air cavity 206 through the fresh air pipe 203 and the second fresh air inlet 207, and the air entering the fresh air cavity 206 enters the room through the fan 202, the air outlet frame 209 and the first fresh air outlet 103, and the air outlet frame 209 is closed by the swing blade 221 in the non-fresh air mode, so that indoor dust is blocked by the swing blade 221 on the air outlet frame 209, and the indoor dust is effectively prevented from entering the fan 202 from the first fresh air outlet 103 and the air outlet frame 209 and entering the fresh air shell 201 through the air inlet of the fan 202.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the number of the mounting hole groups 222 is multiple, the number of the swing blades 221 is equal to the number of the mounting hole groups 222, each swing blade 221 is provided with a group of rotating shafts 224, and two rotating shafts 225 in each rotating shaft group 224 are respectively inserted into two mounting holes 223 in the corresponding mounting hole group 222. In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the number of the mounting hole sets 222 may be three, the three mounting hole sets 222 have six mounting holes 223 in total, two mounting holes 223 with coinciding center lines form one mounting hole set 222, the number of the corresponding swing blades 221 is three, and the two rotating shafts 225 on each swing blade 221 are respectively inserted into the two mounting holes 223 in the corresponding mounting hole set 222.
Referring to fig. 3, 8 and 9, the swing vane 221 includes an annular mounting frame 226 and a dust-proof filter screen 227 disposed in the mounting frame 226, and the dust-proof filter screen 227 and the mounting frame 226 may be integrally formed by injection molding. The pivot 225 that sets up on the swinging vane 221 sets up on the installing frame 226, so, when the air-out frame 209 is closed to swinging vane 221, can utilize dustproof filter screen 227 to block indoor debris, the inside that the dust enters into fan 202 from the air outlet of fan 202, and then enter into the inside of new trend casing 201 for new trend chamber 206 and fan 202 keep clean, effectively reduce the pollution of indoor dust to filter component 205 in the new trend chamber 206, improve filter component 205's live time.
Referring to fig. 6, the air outlet frame 209 is provided with a second protruding ring 228, the second protruding ring 228 protrudes toward the air outlet of the volute 210, the second protruding ring 228 is provided with a butting arm 229, the air outlet of the volute 210 is provided with a first protruding ring 230, the first protruding ring 230 is inserted into the second protruding ring 228, and the butting arm 229 is butted against the first protruding ring 230, so that the air outlet frame 209 can be installed at the air outlet of the fan 202, the installation process is simple and convenient, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, the air outlet frame 209 further includes an installation plate 231, the installation plate 231 is disposed on the second protruding ring 228, the installation plate 231 extends out of the air outlet frame 209, the installation plate 231 is fixed on the fresh air casing 201, and the air outlet frame is installed on the fresh air casing 201 through the installation plate 231, so as to improve the connection strength of the air outlet frame 209, the fan 202, and the fresh air casing 201.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the mounting plate 231 is provided with a first mounting hole 232; the fresh air casing 201 is provided with a second assembling hole 233, a fastening piece 234 for fixing the mounting plate 231 on the fresh air casing 201 is arranged in the first assembling hole 232 and the second assembling hole 233 in a penetrating manner, and the fastening piece 234 can be a threaded rod piece such as a bolt, a screw and the like. The mounting plate 231 and the fresh air housing 201 can be securely connected by the fastening members 234 inserted into the first and second mounting holes 232 and 233.
Referring to fig. 5, the fresh air conditioner indoor unit further includes a controller and a motor, the controller is in control connection with the motor, and the motor is in transmission connection with the swing vane 221; when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in the fresh air mode, the controller receives the first control signal and controls the motor to drive the swing blade 221 to rotate so as to open the air outlet of the fan 202, and when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in the non-fresh air mode, the controller receives the second control signal and controls the motor to drive the swing blade 221 to rotate so as to close the air outlet of the fan 202. In the actual use process, the controller can be in communication connection with the remote controller, the remote controller is used for sending a first control signal to the controller, the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a fresh air mode, the controller controls the motor to drive the swing blade 221 to rotate, the remote controller is used for sending a second control signal to the controller, the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a non-fresh air mode, and the controller controls the motor to drive the swing blade 221 to rotate. The controller can also be in communication connection with a terminal, people can send a first control signal to the controller through a network through a program arranged on the terminal, so that the indoor unit of the fresh air conditioner is in a fresh air mode, and then the controller is used for controlling the motor to drive the swing blade 221 to rotate. The second control signal can be various signals for enabling the fresh air conditioner indoor unit to be in a non-fresh air mode, such as a signal for enabling the fresh air conditioner indoor unit to be shut down, a signal for enabling the fresh air conditioner indoor unit to be refrigerated, a signal for enabling the fresh air conditioner indoor unit to be heated, a signal for enabling the fresh air conditioner indoor unit to be dehumidified and the like.
In the fresh air conditioner indoor unit of the embodiment of the invention, in the fresh air mode, the fan 202 operates, outdoor air enters the fresh air cavity 206 from the fresh air pipe 203 penetrating the first fresh air inlet 102 through the second fresh air inlet 207 and the primary filter screen 220, passes through the primary filter screen, the antibacterial filter screen and the HEPA filter screen or the IFD filter screen, enters the fan 202 from the second fresh air outlet 208, passes through the air outlet of the fan 202, passes through the air outlet frame 209, and is discharged into a room from the first fresh air outlet 103, so that not only is fresh air replaced, but also fresh air entering the room is filtered, and the fresh air entering the room is filtered in multiple stages, so that the quality of the fresh air entering the room is high.
In the fresh air conditioner indoor unit of the embodiment of the invention, the air outlet frame component 204 comprises an air outlet frame 209 and the swinging blade 221 arranged inside the air outlet frame 209, when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a fresh air mode, the swinging blade 221 opens the air outlet of the fan 202, so that fresh air exchange can be realized, and when the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is in a non-fresh air mode, the swinging blade 221 closes the air outlet of the fan 202, so that indoor dust can be effectively prevented from entering the fan 202 of the fresh air module 200 and the inside of the fresh air shell 201.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a fresh air conditioner, which comprises the fresh air conditioner indoor unit and a fresh air conditioner outdoor unit matched with the fresh air conditioner indoor unit, wherein the fresh air conditioner indoor unit is usually arranged indoors, and the fresh air conditioner outdoor unit is usually arranged outdoors.
The fresh air conditioner of the embodiment of the invention comprises the fresh air conditioner indoor unit in any one of the embodiments, so that when the fresh air conditioner is in a fresh air mode, fresh air can be exchanged, and when the fresh air conditioner is in a non-fresh air mode, indoor dust can be effectively prevented from entering the fan 202 of the fresh air module 200 and the inside of the fresh air shell 201.
