Detailed Description
The table lamp of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
A table lamp according to a preferred embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 1, and includes a lamp holder 1, a lamp post 2, and a lamp socket 3. The lamp cap structure is shown in fig. 3, and includes a housing 101 and a light source board 102 disposed in the housing 101. The housing 101 is formed with a light outlet 103, and a light-transmitting mask 106 is disposed at the light outlet 103. The light-transmitting face mask 106 may be a diffuser plate, a prism plate, or an optical panel having a surface provided with microlenses, a frosted layer, or a diffuser film. The light source board has a plurality of light emitting sources 1021 arranged thereon to emit light toward the light outlet 103.
In order to meet the requirement of light shielding property of 6.3.3 in GB/T9473-. The light blocking part 104 can be disposed on one side close to the user, such as the illumination area of the desk lamp of the present embodiment shown in fig. 2 in the use state, the user faces the desk lamp, and the light blocking part 104 should be disposed on the opposite side of the lamp post 2. The base 1 may be provided with a light barrier projecting out of the light exit 103 only on the side facing the user, but for the sake of integrity of the base and from an aesthetic point of view, the light exit 103 is surrounded by a rim extending from said light exit 103 to the side facing away from the light source panel 102. In the present application, a portion of the convex edge facing the user is defined as the light blocking portion 104, and according to the illumination area diagram in the use state of fig. 2, the light blocking portion 104 in the present embodiment is a portion of the convex edge facing the lamp post 2. As shown in fig. 3, the lamp cap 1 includes a connecting portion 105 connected to the lamp post 2, and the light blocking portion 104 and the connecting portion 105 are disposed at opposite sides of the light outlet 103.
As described above, the height of the light blocking part 104 of the base 1 is higher than the height of the light outlet 103 of the base 1, so that the anti-glare angle of the desk lamp is increased, and the visual glare is reduced. However, since the light blocking portion 104 blocks part of the light emitted from the light source 1021, the illuminance and the illuminance uniformity of the desk lamp on the desk surface are reduced. The lamp cap of this embodiment is disc-shaped, the light outlet 103 is circular, and the light sources 1021 are arranged on the light source plate 102. The light sources 1021 are LEDs, and the LEDs used as the light sources 1021 in the prior art are uniformly arranged, as shown in fig. 4, in a plurality of concentric rings. When the LED light sources are uniformly arrayed, the LED light sources are uniformly distributed at equal intervals among circles. After the light emitted from the light source 1021 near the light blocking portion 104 is blocked by the light blocking portion 104, the light cannot irradiate the area outside the desktop facing the user, i.e. the area with a radius of 500mm below the desk lamp as shown in fig. 2, but the area with a radius of 300mm is not affected, so that the uniformity of the whole desktop is reduced. Meanwhile, the light path of the part of the shielded light is as shown in fig. 6, and the part of the shielded light is reflected by the light blocking part 104 and then illuminates the lamp post 2, and then illuminates the human eyes through the reflection of the lamp post 2, so that reflection glare is generated, and the comfortable light sensation of the desk lamp is reduced.
In order to increase the illumination and the illumination uniformity of the desk lamp, the present embodiment proposes to rearrange the light sources 1021 on the light source board 102. Through analysis, the light emitting source 1021 at the position close to the light blocking part 104 in the outermost circle does not contribute to the illuminance value of the 500mm position of the illumination area, part of light rays emitted by the light emitting source 1021 in the area directly irradiate the light rays of the lamp post, and the light rays are reflected to the lamp post through the structural part of the desk lamp, and then the light rays are reflected through the lamp post to form reflection glare to stimulate human eyes, so that the discomfort of the human eyes is increased. Therefore, we consider dividing different areas on the light source board to reduce the number of the light emitting sources 1021 in the non-contributing area. As shown in fig. 5, the light source board 102 includes a first region 1022 and a second region 1023, and the first region 1022 is disposed adjacent to the light blocking portion 104 compared to the second region 1023. The pitch of the light emitting sources 1021 in the first region 1022 is greater than the pitch of the light emitting sources 1021 in the second region 1023. As mentioned above, the light sources 1021 in this embodiment are arranged in a plurality of concentric circles, and therefore, the first region 1022 is an arc of a circle formed by the outermost light sources 1021, and the central angle thereof is θ. Through experiments, theta is more than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 120 degrees, and preferably more than or equal to 40 degrees and less than or equal to 65 degrees. In the present embodiment, the light emitting sources 1021 in the first region 1022 and the second region 1023 are uniformly arranged, and in other preferred embodiments, in the ring formed by the outermost light emitting sources 1021, the pitch of the light emitting sources 1021 is gradually decreased from the midpoint of the first region 1022 along the circumference, that is, the pitch near the light blocking portion 104 is the largest, and the pitch of the portion closer to the lamp post 2 is smaller.
Compared with the prior art shown in fig. 4, the number of the light sources 1021 on the light source board 102 is actually reduced, which will decrease the overall illumination of the desk lamp, and in order to ensure the central illumination of the desk top is not changed, the reduced light sources 1021 are moved to the position contributing to the area of 500mm on the desk top on the light source board 102. The additional light sources 1021 and the original light sources 1021 can be uniformly distributed. In this embodiment, in order to simplify the design, the third area 1024 is additionally disposed on the light source board 102, the light-emitting sources 1021 to be added are disposed in the third area 1024, so that the distance between the light-emitting sources 1021 in the third area 1024 is smaller than the distance between the light-emitting sources 1021 in the second area 1023. The third region 1024 is disposed adjacent to the lamp post 2, that is, near the connecting portion 105, in consideration of the uniformity of the whole. In this embodiment, the third section 1024 is an arc of the outermost light emitting sources 1021 in the ring, and the arc of the third section 1024 extends towards two sides with the corresponding position of the connecting portion 105 as a middle point. The light emitting sources 1021 can be uniformly arranged, or the distance between the light emitting sources can be gradually increased by taking the corresponding position of the connecting portion 105 as a midpoint.
In this embodiment, by reducing the light sources 1021 that does not contribute to the illuminance value at 500mm of the illumination area in the angle area θ at the far rod, the light sources 1021 are reduced and arranged at the positions of the light source plates 102 contributing to the illuminance area, and on the premise of ensuring that the illuminance at the center of the desktop is not changed, the illuminance values at 300mm and 500mm are increased, so as to improve the illuminance uniformity, which is beneficial to the comfort of human eyes, and meanwhile, the reflection glare generated when the light sources 1021 at the far rod illuminate the lamp post 3 is also reduced. Tests show that the lamp meets the requirements of light shielding and illumination in GB/T9473-2017 'performance requirement of reading and writing operation desk lamps'.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention has been presented for purposes of illustration and description and is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed, and it will be apparent that numerous modifications and variations may be made thereto, which will be apparent to those skilled in the art, and are intended to be included within the scope of the invention as defined by the following claims.
