Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供内部受压组合垫圈,包括骨架、O型圈,骨架内侧按O型圈直径尺寸切削出定位O型圈的圆弧槽,O型圈安装在骨架内侧的圆弧槽内,圆弧槽的端部设置防止密封受压时O型圈损坏的倒圆角。本发明应用于液压端面密封,属于通用垫圈,不需要设计垫圈专用槽孔道进行安装,通过O形圈和骨架两道密封,提高了密封效果增加系统安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种密封结构,具体地说是液压端面密封结构。
背景技术
船舶汽轮机油系统中跑冒滴漏是常有的现象,如何规避跑冒滴漏现象一直是困扰油系统一大关键难题,油系统的泄漏会存在安全隐患,容易造成船舶火灾。油系统管路复杂,主要靠法兰和接头进行连接,解决法兰与接头连接处的密封问题就可以解决大部分跑冒滴漏的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供不需要设计垫圈专用槽孔道进行安装,且能提高密封效果增加系统安全性的内部受压组合垫圈。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明内部受压组合垫圈,其特征是:包括骨架、O型圈,骨架内侧按O型圈直径尺寸切削出定位O型圈的圆弧槽,O型圈安装在骨架内侧的圆弧槽内,圆弧槽的端部设置防止密封受压时O型圈损坏的倒圆角。
本发明还可以包括:
1、所述骨架为金属骨架,金属骨架上、下表面加工有受压时与O型圈共同受力密封的齿形密封槽。
2、所述骨架为非金属材料骨架,O型圈在先行变形密封且达到设定值后,所述非金属骨架随O型圈一同变形密封。
本发明的优势在于:本发明应用于液压端面密封,属于通用垫圈,不需要设计垫圈专用槽孔道进行安装,通过O形圈和骨架两道密封,提高了密封效果增加系统安全性。

下面结合附图举例对本发明做更详细地描述:
实施方式1:
结合图1,本发明内部受压组合垫圈属于通用垫圈,不需要单独设计槽孔道进行安装;O形圈1安装在骨架2内,骨架2内按O形圈1直径切削圆弧槽,用以定位O形圈1,防止O形圈1发生串动,圆弧端部倒圆角,防止密封受压时O形圈1损坏,骨架2采用金属骨架,金属骨架上下表面加工齿形密封槽,再垫圈受压时与O形圈1共同受力密封,增加密封的冗余度,提高密封的安全性。
通过外部骨架进行定位,内部受压组合垫圈受力时O形圈先变形密封,当受力达到一定程度时,骨架受力变形与O型圈共同进行密封。
内部组合密封垫圈也适用于水及其他液体介质的密封。
实施方式2:
骨架改为非金属材料时,上下表面不加工密封槽,受力时,O形圈先变形密封,当受力达到已成程度时,非金属骨架随O型圈一同变形密封。
